Great location, wonderful food, and outstanding service! Perfect spot for exploring Penang on foot, with easy walks to Padang Kota, the Penang State Museum, and KOMTAR nearby. Our 2-night stay was very comfortable in a clean room with a great bed. A big thank you to duty manager Mr. Raj for his fast and professional handling of our rooming issue, and to Mr. Asweed and the team at Urban Palette Coffee House for their energetic, attentive service. The staff here are wonderfully friendly, always greeting you with a smile. Make sure to try the nasi lemak at breakfast—it's delicious!

The location is super convenient! There's a food court right downstairs with all sorts of delicious options, and even a few durian stalls. You can walk to all the attractions from here. The room was clean and very quiet, with a great view.
