The Granite Luxury Hotel Penang

This is my third time staying this hotel. But there was a hiccup this round as the check in time was 3pm and we waited almost an hour then managed to check in to 1 room. But the manager was nice to help chase the housekeeping to faster clean up. And a sparkling white juice was send to both rooms with an apology card. Otherwise I would have given an excellent.

Every time I go to Penang, The granite luxury hotel is always my best choice to stay. I mostly find that all the staff are welcoming and provide excellent service with a great attitude. The rooms are very good and convenient, and the staff are accommodating, offering great value for money. And I would like to appreciate for Mr. Harun, Room service floor 18 when i stayed for take a good care of my room consistently the rooms and fulfill my requests and handle. And thanks for all security staff front and reception staff they are very friendly and so lovely.A truly heart felt review

Everything just normal, location Okok. Walking distance but still need to take around 15mins walk to the center of George Town. When we first come room has noice but they solved the problem afterward. Pool is fascinating. Toilet bad smell and bathroom drainer stuck, water go down very slow. Will not come back.

We stayed in this hotel for 3 days. And, we really enjoyed our stay here because of varying reasons such as, convenience of location, sparkling clean rooms and friendly staff. Thank u The Granite Luxury Hotel Penang!

This hotel is located at Georgetown. Super convenient, shopping mall, komtar, hidden bar, street food, and many more good things is all is within walking distance. Hotel provide excellent services from u drive in to the reception. Environment all well maintained and in clean condition. Will recommend this hotel to everyone

Perfect location right in the middle of George Town, they don’t offer breakfast buffet however, they do free shuttle bus to the main street food places every morning. A 3 minute walk to 1st Avenue and Prangin Mall. Went for the classic suite, was perfect for a family of 4 (2 adults, 5 year old and 2 year old) Overall, a very well kept clean hotel and would stay here again!

I truly enjoyed my stay with this hotel because it’s very near to every, you can just walk to everywhere it’s near and the hotel is nice too, staff were friendly, room is clean and decorated nicely too.
