Within walking distance to several interesting spots. The breakfast offers a wide variety of choices, and the staff are friendly and polite. The hotel is well-maintained, and the rooms are clean, tidy, and well-equipped for a comfortable stay.

Everything was okay! The older parts were still acceptable. The pool was nice! The only issue was the noise from motorcycles revving their engines at night, especially on the side facing the road. It really affected my sleep! I'd suggest requesting a room on the opposite side, not facing the street, which might be better. The location is good though; you can walk everywhere from here.

The hotel's location is fantastic; it's just a few minutes by taxi to get anywhere. A highlight of the room is the spacious bathroom with a wonderfully strong shower. The bedding was quite comfortable, and the pillows weren't overly soft, which made for a good night's sleep. The air conditioning was very quiet. I had requested a quiet room via email before arriving, and the soundproofing seemed pretty good. You can also easily 'Grab' delicious restaurants nearby, and there's a mall right across the street with Skechers, CHAGEE, and other convenient shops. There's also a 7-Eleven not too far away, making the overall experience excellent.

For our anniversary trip to Penang, I contacted the hotel in advance via email. They arranged anniversary decorations, gifted us a cake, and upgraded our room, which made us feel very cared for and warm. The hotel's location is excellent, right in the heart of George Town, within walking distance to all the nearby attractions. Breakfast was abundant with a wide variety of choices. Upon check-in, we received two 10 MYR vouchers for use within the hotel, which could be combined. We used them for room service, which was very convenient. Choosing The Wembley was the best decision of our Penang trip. I'll definitely choose to stay here again on future visits to Penang and will recommend it to others too.
