Hotel gave connecting rooms which was much appreciated. The configuration for king and twin rooms is slightly different. Alot of cafes and non halal food options walking distance from hotel.

Indeed we repeat our stay in this hotel. We love the good view and the comfortable bed. The hotel cleanliness was superb.
The hotel is near to many eateries along the road. Limited halal food thou. There is Pelita Nasi Kandar nearby for us to have our dinner.
The hotel is having some renovation works. The noise however quite disturbing as u are on holiday. Cant have our afternoon nap due to the noise.
We did enjoy our breakfast buffet. They served delicious variety of food.

This hotel is pretty new, comfortable, clean, spacious and located in the heart of the city. The front officer, Sazzu is very hospitable and friendly. The housekeeping, a Nepal guy is friendly and hardworking to keep the room clean. Next to the hotel is one of the famous biscuits shop in Penang. However, the better biscuits is "Him Heang" which is not far away from hotel too. Within walking distance you can get to many eateries, convenience shops and cafes. If you can walk, it's easy to walk around the city to enjoy Penang.
Else, it is very easy to take a Grab to tour the city with reasonable fare. It is an enjoyable stay for me and I will come back again.

Had a great two-night stay. The room was clean, well soundproofed, and the air conditioning was already on, making the transition from hot to cool seamless. Highly recommended.

The service is great, and the staff is very helpful. The room is large, with a nice view overlooking the town. I would love to come back if I visit again.
