my usual business hotel in penang. love the room, the location, love the gym, love the breakfast especially the crowd are well control. the staff are awesome and great service.

The location is excellent, making it very convenient to get around by taxi. It's also close to a shopping mall with plenty of dining options. The room was clean and tidy, and the overall environment was quiet and comfortable. My stay was very pleasant.

Extremely satisfied with this hotel! **Location:** Excellent! It's in the Gurney commercial district, right next to Paragon Hotel, Gurney Plaza, and Parkson shopping mall. **Facilities:** There are two Gurney G Hotels nearby, and this one is very new with modern decor. The rooftop pool has an amazing ambiance, offering views of both the mountains and the sea. Watching the sunset over the mountains from the pool in the evening is incredibly relaxing. There's also a bar by the pool with live music performances at night. **Service:** Excellent! Upon check-in, we received complimentary ice cream. The in-room minibar was well-stocked, completely free, and replenished with drinks daily. Every staff member greeted us proactively. Breakfast was rich and exquisite, and most importantly, incredibly affordable at only 45 MYR per person! Children pay half price (4-year-olds are free), making it exceptional value for money. Highly recommend it overall!

The rooftop infinity pool is fantastic, and there's a small bar right next to it. The breakfast offers a good variety, but I hope they'll add more salmon in the future. Had a pleasant stay overall. The room was spacious, and the complimentary minibar drinks were a nice touch. The reception staff were friendly and helpful, especially in arranging an early check-in so my elderly parents could rest, which we really appreciated. The only downside was that the hotel lobby was very crowded on our check-in day, making the entrance difficult to access. Hopefully, the hotel can manage the crowd better in the future to ensure smoother access for guests.

Best Location . Left side of the hotel with walking distance 3 mins is gurney paragon. At the back of the hotel is gurney plaza. They provide free buggy service to-from.

We stayed here for one night after it was recommended by a friend. As this is supposed to be a 5-star hotel, we were very disappointed to find visible stains on the bed sheet of our king bed. When we reported it to reception, the first response was, "Do you want to change your room?" There was no apology, which was surprising. After speaking with the manager, who confirmed that the bedding is supposedly changed after every guest, we were upgraded to another room. While the upgrade was appreciated, the lack of a sincere apology left a poor impression. The breakfast was also the worst we've had at a hotel. Considering it comes at an additional cost, I would recommend skipping it. Unfortunately, based on this experience, we would not choose to stay here again.
