Wifi is unstable and some apps eg. Trading app or netflix cannot be used. Pots are burnt Lock behind doors are spoilt Toilet is smelly Linen is dirty Didn't fix most issues until 24h later. Booked another hotel nearby, and tried to ask for cancellation and refund for the days I didn't stay. Outright rejection. The root cause of the issue is by the hotel. Yet very inflexible in cancellation.

This was my second time staying at Macalisterz. The service was great and the staff were very helpful. During check-in, I noticed the extra bed for my child was not prepared as requested. After contacting the person in charge and informing her about the issue, she arranged and sent the extra bed very quickly. Overall, it was still a pleasant stay.

New apartment, good location and very clean. We went on long holiday festival and the lift were crowded and waited for very long.

Location is convenient and fairly close to Georgetown city, although it is not within walking distance. The house is clean, moderate studio size, and comfortable for the stay. However, the service could be improved, as I was unable to get in touch with the receptionist or host before and during my stay via phone calls or WhatsApp, and also there is only 4 lift to serve 36th floor and it takes time to wait for the lift

The location was good and it's close to a lot restaurants and cafes. The room was spacious and tidy with water dispenser and microwave. But the TV in my room was not working and I could not watch anything from the network. As the whole building was full of kind of Airbnb apartment rentals, it was very messy in the lobby, and it's extremely difficult to get into the elevator as they were always full. Many people hanging around at the reception lobby and no one is there to regulate the flow and ask those people to give some space for others to move around. There was clear noise from the street and you could also hear clearly the prayer and bell from nearby religious places. Walls are thin and immense noise from corridor and bathroom next door, you know exactly when the next door went to the bathroom. The property owner installed a CCTV directly opposite the door, which made me feel intruded. Not a pleasant stay at all.
