Overall is good,
The staff are helpful and understanding.
Just that Breakfast start at 7am, actually abit late for us as this is a business trip so will need to rush for breakfast!
Room is good just that is next to the main road so abit noisy~

Check in process took awhile, even though we were quite lucky and there was no queue when we arrived. Managed to check in around 1+pm. Lobby and rooms look clean and new, but I did kill a couple of mosquitoes in the lobby and the lift. Pool and gym were unmanned, and no water dispenser or bottled water provided at either facility. Gym is small and quite stuffy, but functional. Equipment is new. Breakfast buffet is average - can do without given the myriad food options nearby.

Overall nice stay, room is about 10 mins walk to chulia street, kimberly street and macalister street. A good location for both food during the day, drinking by night. Staff overall friendly and nice to chat with for recommendation.

Nice spacious room. Breakfast is good and location is right opposite of Linear Nasi Kandar restaurant. We walked to most of the heritage places of interest from the hotel.
