Very convenient and suitable for a family of three. It was also clean, and the staff were very friendly.

The hotel is right across from the lively weekend market. It's also not far from the main attractions, all within 1 km, but it's an awkward distance – a bit too far to walk comfortably, yet not really worth taking a taxi, haha. I booked a family room but got a suite instead, apparently because they were out of family rooms. The suite had an extra, temporary cot with a metal frame that was a bit saggy. The sound of flushing from upstairs was quite loud downstairs. Everything else was good. For three people, it was the best value I could find under 500.

The location is good, and there's a small convenience store on the first floor where you can buy things. There's also a GAMA supermarket nearby to explore. Taking a Grab to George Town city center is also a quick trip.

The hotel is opposite the Holiday Market, and there's a budget supermarket a bit further down. The rooms are small, not very suitable for families. Hot water takes a while to come on, and the shower screen isn't great, so water splashes everywhere. The lighting in the room isn't sufficient, making it not ideal for kids to play in. They do have a water dispenser, which is a plus, and the pool is clean.

Great location with many restaurants nearby. The hygiene was also good. It's right in the city center, so you can easily find tourist attractions everywhere. Perfect for a travel stay. They also offer free parking. I would definitely stay here again.

Excellent hotel in The Top Penang area. The room has everything you need. There's a great pool on the top floor with an amazing view. Breakfast offers a very diverse selection of food, though baked goods are a bit lacking. We found a laundromat nearby, Kimberly, where we got fresh, dry clothes in an hour – very convenient. It's easy to get anywhere quickly from the hotel by taxi or bus. Definitely recommend!
