"Really rubbish, refunding the deposit nm can drag on for more than a week. Take the deposit in one second. It doesn't take a week to transfer money from within the country. Will never choose this hotel again"
"Especially good, the location is super good, after renovation, the glass is very soundproof, double-layer, give me room and terrace, the room is also very large, the hand soap is very good, the staff is very warm, the sol is there in the west of the hotel. In the construction, the raspberry bear ( ́-ω-`) is just east, there is no construction here. Not far from the airport bus, in short, I like it very much. It’s not good to be entangled in Samsung before. It’s really great after I live. I like it very much. Very good, better than the Metz hotel."
"The location is good as it’s very central. The room was a bit small but it was on discount and the facilities were alright. We had a bathtub and had no problem going around Madrid. It’s not a bad choice but depending on the room your views could be better as our view was facing the building and there wasn’t much to see. Either ways it’s not a resort so I think the experience was good"

"Good accessibility, convenient transportation, not far from the surrounding tourist spots, safe surroundings, clean accommodation, friendly staff,
There is no shortage of delicious breakfast."
"Today the word ”luxury” has been diluted by overuse. Everything has its ”luxury” tag nowadays - from coffee blends to detergents. Coco Chanel once said that luxury is not the opposite of poverty, it is the opposite of vulgarity. And that sums up the Belle Époque Ritz in a nutshell! Everything about The Ritz madrid is elegance. From the beautiful interior, the luxurious upholstery and beautiful carpeting woven in the Royal Tapestry Factory founded in 1720. The staff are silently gliding around dressed impeccably, with equally matched service."
"The hotel and breakfast are very good. The staff is very friendly.
One thing to note is the ”swimming pool”... It is not really a pool, it is a jacuzzi that does not work properly.... I initially booked this hotel only because of the supposed pool that I could not use because it is disgusting, but it was worth it because the hotel is very good.... thank you"
"Just on the edge of Plaza de España, super convenient, go to the airport, go to attractions or shopping. After buying, you can go back to the hotel.
The subway station is 30 meters away, next to the bus stop. Although at the attraction, it will not be noisy at all.
There is also a kitchen refrigerator to use."
"The hotel is in a very good location, within walking distance of various attractions.
The room is a bit small, but the bathroom is big enough
The breakfast is very satisfactory. There are many varieties
The service staff is warm and friendly."
"The hotel is about 15 minutes from the international airport by taxi. It's about 15 minutes by taxi from the train station. There is a subway station nearby within a 3-minute walk. Very convenient. There are only six stations to take the metro to the palace. The hotel room is very spacious and clean, and there is a sofa bed, which is enough for a family to share a room. "

BbinconThe hotel is better than InterContinental, the luggage is delivered to the room, the decoration is high-end, the service staff is enthusiastic, and the hotel is in a good location near Ritz Park. It is highly recommended.

Very Good
TTraveler 123recently had the pleasure of staying at Hotel Palacio de los Duques in Madrid, and I must say that it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. From the moment I entered the magnificent palace-like building, I was captivated by the grandeur and elegance that surrounded me.
The hotel's location in the heart of Madrid's historic center is perfect for exploring the city's attractions. Many iconic landmarks, such as the Royal Palace and Plaza Mayor, are within walking distance, making it convenient for sightseeing enthusiasts like me.
The staff at Palacio de los Duques Madrid truly went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and satisfaction throughout my stay. From the warm welcome at check-in to the attentive service provided by the concierge, every interaction was marked by genuine hospitality and professionalism.
The room I stayed in was beautifully appointed and exuded a sense of luxury. The elegant decor, comfortable furnishings, and modern amenities created a perfect sanctuary after a day of exploring the city. The attention to detail was impeccable, and I appreciated the little touches that enhanced my stay, such as the plush bathrobes and high-quality toiletries.
One of the highlights of my stay was the hotel's stunning rooftop terrace. Offering panoramic views of Madrid's skyline, it provided a breathtaking backdrop for enjoying a drink or simply unwinding while taking in the city's beauty. The on-site restaurant also surpassed my expectations with its delectable cuisine, showcasing a fusion of traditional and contemporary flavors.
Hotel Palacio de los Duques Madrid seamlessly blends historical charm with modern luxury. The preservation of the building's architectural heritage, combined with the impeccable service and attention to detail, creates an unforgettable experience.
Overall, my stay at Hotel Palacio de los Duques Madrid exceeded all expectations. It is a true gem in the heart of Madrid, offering a perfect blend of comfort, elegance, and convenience. Whether you are visiting for business or leisure, I highly recommend this hotel for an unforgettable stay in the vibrant capital city of Spain.

GGuest UserWe decided to stay in the Hard Rock Madrid for our short stay because we knew there would be high standards of accomodation and service. Everything was perfect in respect of the facilities, including the room but the best thing about our stay was the service provided by the staff. They were all fantastic! The gym is great, outdoor space is well designed and the breakfast was excellent!
GGuest UserThere are four stages in the journey, and I am now on the third stage. Madrid is the second stage.
This hotel is the best one among the three stages so far!!
The room is very clean and spacious. There is a safe and a refrigerator.
The toilet is separated into wet and dry areas. There is a circle of mirrors in the toilet, which makes it convenient for me and my friend to move separately. While she washes, I can also put on makeup. There are hand soap/shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, and body lotion.
Free water every day!! Super considerate.
The service is also very nice. There is a restaurant on the 0th floor. Those who push large luggage can enter from the side door of the restaurant. There are only steps at the hotel entrance.
There is a bus stop and a subway station next to the hotel, so the transportation is relatively convenient. You can walk to Retiro Park in the morning. You can also pass by two large supermarkets on the way.
GGuest UserAll very well!! The location is WONDERFUL! Ideal for exploring the center of Madrid on foot from one side to the other, a 10. The building is beautiful and everything is very clean. There is only one drawback, the bells of the monastery next door... they ring from 6 in the morning, every hour. If you have no problem going back to sleep, or it doesn't affect you, the superior rooms are wonderful, the views over the rooftops of Madrid... spectacular. If you are bothered by noise, it is better to choose one of the interior rooms. They also have windows, but they face the interior patio of the hotel, which has a glass window that separates the bar-rest area and makes these rooms very quiet. We stayed in a junior suite on the 5th floor one night, my husband was not bothered by the bells, but they kept me awake and for the next night we asked for a change. And in the interior room on the 2nd floor, although it was half the size of the other, we were very comfortable. No noise, very comfortable bed, shower with a lot of pressure, everything new, but preserving the charm of the old embassy. I would repeat without hesitation!

CChesterBryanthe aircon cannot be adjusted.🙁 the pillow that i got was a little thin, nevertheless the staff especially at the bar and restaurant were friendly and very accomodating. the hotel was also clean and neat☺️
JJoelAfter traveling extensively in China, returning to Spain highlighted some noticeable differences, particularly in Madrid. While the city and its infrastructure may feel a bit outdated compared to other global hubs, the Hotel Madrid Chamartín Affiliated by Meliá was a decent and comfortable place to stay.
The hotel’s location is its strongest feature—it’s directly across from Chamartín Train Station and its adjacent subway station. While the train station and subway facilities are not the most modern or impressive, the convenience of being so close to transportation hubs is a definite plus. The street leading to the hotel is a bit unusual, set on a slope, but it’s manageable.
The room was clean and functional, though slightly dated. The beds were comfortable, albeit with older spring mattresses that could use an upgrade. Despite the slightly worn feel, the room provided a comfortable space to rest after a day of exploring or work.
The standout feature of this hotel was undoubtedly the breakfast. It was absolutely amazing, with a wide variety of fresh and delicious options that catered to different tastes. It was easily the highlight of my stay and set a great tone for the day.
The service was also pleasant and friendly, which is a nice touch, especially given the sometimes lackluster service standards in Spain. The staff were helpful and made the stay more enjoyable.
Overall, while the Hotel Madrid Chamartín Affiliated by Meliá may not be the most modern or luxurious option, it offers good value for its location, a comfortable stay, and an exceptional breakfast. If you’re looking for a convenient and reliable place to stay near Chamartín Station, this hotel is a solid choice.
MMd Rakin SarderNice hotel within budget which is kinda close to the airport. Rooms were a big small, but that’s understandable because of the budget, however the hotel services were excellent.
Their only thing I think they should improve is their breakfast, they didn’t have the best breakfast items and they also didn’t taste good.
GGuest UserThe hotel is not bad. The bed is big, comfortable, everything for a comfortable stay is there, wi-fi is good. But before that I rented an apartment for the same money closer to the center, I liked them more. However, for one night it is quite possible to stay in this hotel. There is a metro nearby. It is 40-50 minutes to the center on foot, but I went for a walk. The room is old, but clean, you can leave your things for free. However, the hotel has good audibility, you can hear all conversations, but at night no one made noise.
VVioletaIn our case, everything was fine, quite clean, comfortable bed, the balcony is huge and the heating worked wonderfully, not to mention the location, which was just 3 minutes from Puerta del Sol.
The girls at the reception of 10, made sure that we have the taxi at the door at 5 in the morning
The bad, we had suitcases for a vacation and we had to carry them up to the 4th floor by stairs
