"The hotel advertises a free airport pick-up, but I guess it's just a promise because their phone was always busy. They do offer drop-off service for 5 euros per person. The breakfast was good though."

"The room was nice and had everything one would expect. It's also quite close to the subway station, which is great. The hotel itself is a bit on the older side."

"Everything was great, the only thing is that they mention private parking, but they don't initially state that it costs €18 per day. If you check carefully, you'll find a section that does mention it, but it really should be specified when making the reservation. We weren't the only ones this happened to, otherwise, everything else was really good."

"The hotel is quite close to Madrid Airport. Upon check-in, we booked a time at the front desk, and there's an airport shuttle every 15 minutes that takes you to Terminal 1 or 2, which is very convenient. Our flight was at around 11 AM the next day, but we needed to go to the airport for tax refunds and other things, so we arrived 4 hours early. Staying here made everything feel much more relaxed. Breakfast starts at 6:30 AM, so we just took our luggage down for breakfast, checked out after eating, and then waited at the entrance for the shuttle at 6:55 AM to take us to the airport. Everything went smoothly."

"There was a fly 🪰, and the place is so outdated. Such a shame for Zaha's design. The towels were frayed, and the carpets weren't white anymore!"

"Overall, I was fairly satisfied; they even upgraded me. Two things I wasn't satisfied with: First, the breakfast was terrible and had very limited variety. Second, on two separate occasions, I was woken up at 3 or 4 AM by a lot of noise from people partying downstairs. However, the service was good; the cleaning staff even helped me tidy up my data cables."

"This is the last stop of our trip to Spain, and it is also the hotel with the highest quality! First of all, the service staff are very enthusiastic. When we checked in, we were given a map of Madrid and introduced to the surrounding area. They helped us carry the box to the door of the room and did not ask for a tip. When we left, we did not have time to eat breakfast, and they packed sandwiches, fruits, yogurt, and water for us. When we left at 7 am on January 23, a waitress at the front desk helped us carry the box and sent us to the taxi door despite the cold. I did not have time to see her name tag. I would like to say thank you here! This hotel has a good location, which is convenient for sightseeing and shopping. It is close to the museum, Retiro Park, and the British Palace. There is free water and fruit in the hotel lobby."

"Nice hotel with good restaurant. But the hotel aircon could not be turned off and the room was cold . We spoke to someone at the bar and they were moving to another hotel as they were staying for 3 nights . We were only there for one so put up with it"

"A nice modern hotel in a residential area of Madrid, far away from the center, but very close to where I needed to be. Easy to get from the airport too. Comfortable room with a good bathroom, good air conditioning. Nice staff at the reception, who speak good English. And the best thing - a small rooftop pool, which is excellent in the hot summer. Definitely recommend."

"Highly recommended, location is prefect, surrounded with restaurants and retails, breakfast is good with 10 types of fruit. Room is clean and spacious."

Inhala Hotel Garden Hotels in Madrid

Inhala Hotel Garden

"-The hotel's location is excellent for those interested in visiting Madrid's most iconic sights. Everything is within walking distance, allowing you to plan routes that cover the most representative sites. -Breakfast is not included, but we recommend it. It is varied, well-stocked, and the restaurant staff are always willing to help. Having breakfast allows you to make the most of your morning visiting places of interest. -The hotel is not new and this is noticeable in the details, but all the amenities work without any problems. -The terrace is a great place to end the night (it closes at 2 AM). It is intimate, quiet, and has good views."

Ibis Budget Madrid Aeropuerto ★
"This is a very new hotel with excellent facilities and friendly, smiling staff. It's also super affordable, offering great value for money, especially for a budget hotel. While the rooms are compact, the space is incredibly well-designed and utilized. I tried a snack from the vending machine which was delicious, if a little salty. You can purchase a liter of water from the restaurant for 6 Euros. Do remember to bring your own toiletries, as Europe is quite committed to environmental protection these days. The airport shuttle service is very convenient, costing 5 Euros per person per trip."

"I chose this hotel for its convenient location near museums. It's within walking distance of both the Prado and Thyssen-Bornemisza, and there are plenty of dining options nearby, which was really handy! The room was small but tidy, and the breakfast spread was generous. The bellhop who helped with luggage storage was incredibly patient and attentive."

"The hotel is super nice. Very big and welcoming lobby, with nice comfortable armchairs. The gummy bears and the water by the reception desk are definitely a plus aftet a long trip. The room was very decent size and clean, the bathroom spotless, and the soap, gels and shampoo smelled so nice I wonder how can I get them. The buffet was really good, nice coffee (it doesn't happen often in buffets), great tortilla de patatas, and the bacon and scrambled eggs were cooked perfectly. There was also plenty of fruit, cheese and other meats. Only ten minutes from the airport. Just watch out, you are actually in Alcobendas, not Madrid city, si taxies can get a bit pricier. Very nice mall nearby as well."
