"Wow ... What a fantastic hotel. Awesome staff and service -- the front reception ladies were fantastic. Very professional and speedy check in. Bernadette and Maria were excellent - They gave us lots of great information regarding the hotel and lots of excellent recommendations for restaurants and sightseeing; and greeted us with a smile every time we walked through the door. The hotel was new, modern and clean. Loved the decor as well as the view from the room and rooftop. The hotel location was excellent - walking distance to lots of main sightseeing places as well as great restaurants. The Opera metro station was right at the front door making it very easy to get to the train station or to Retiro Park/Prado/etc."

"The hotel location was so convenient in central Madrid, the breakfast was in excellent choices and quality with very reasonable price.  The roof top bar view was great and the gym facility was also good.  The staff members were all so friendly and helpful.  The room was very well-equipped with a mini fridge, a safe, a brand new kettle and an Illy coffee machine.  This made us like in the heavy especially after we came from the Passage House Hotel in Devon UK!   We would highly recommend this hotel to the potential guests who plan to visit Madrid."
