The location is super convenient, just a two-minute walk from the subway exit, and the building itself is quite new. The biggest issue was the lack of hot water for showering at night – only cold water. This might be okay in the summer, but it's completely unacceptable in winter. When I tried calling for assistance, I only got an AI response. I spent an hour texting back and forth trying to sort it out. Most of the staff only spoke Spanish, making communication difficult for non-Spanish speakers. Also, the TV in the room had no remote control, so there was no way to watch anything. The safe was also broken and unusable, which made it hard to reach customer service.

Centrally located in Madrid, it's walking distance to Plaza Mayor and within a block of Raspberry Bear Plaza Mayor. Be aware, there are a lot of people drinking until the early hours, so it can be quite noisy at night.

Everything was very clean and tidy, and above all, the location was excellent—a great place to enjoy as a couple.

Excellent location, within walking distance of everything, with many restaurants nearby. Large room, super comfortable bed and pillows. Highly recommended.

I am waiting for a refund for a stay I had from May 15th to May 19th, 2026, because the elevators were out of service for two 3/4 days of my stay. I was told via email that I would be refunded within 21 business days, but more than 40 days have passed and now they are telling me that they first have to send it to the TripAdvisor platform and then they will refund me. Completely unprofessional.

Excellent location, very comfortable room. Easy check-in and check-out system. The only downside was that the elevator wasn't working.
