Despite the language barrier, Ito-san's attentive nature and willingness to go above and beyond to assist me in navigating the area made a significant difference in my stay. Her use of Google Translate to communicate with us was impressive and demonstrated her dedication to providing top-notch service. I was thoroughly impressed with her professionalism, positive attitude, and exceptional customer service skills, which were evident in every interaction I had with her. Her talent is remarkable, and I hope that your hotel will continue to support and develop her professionally. Breakfast and dinner are very good! The food materials are fresh.

This is a long-established hot spring hotel with a very comfortable outdoor hot spring and a cave hot spring. I stayed in a tatami room, which was generally okay. The package included one night's stay and two meals, but it didn't suit Chinese tastes.

When my wife suddenly searched for the starry sky, I was able to take the inn of Mito Tsukishita. It was a very satisfying trip with hospitality to the lady general, Nakai, star sommelier, and everyone. The starry sky was cloudy at first and I couldn't see it, but as the sommelier said, the weather in the mountains was easy to change and when I went to see it again, the natural planetarium spread out and it was so beautiful that I forgot the time.
