"The location is a bit out of the way with not many dining options nearby, but the shuttle bus to the airport is super convenient. There's a small supermarket across from the hotel that sells instant noodles, and the hotel service was pretty good too – they even helped me boil water, which was a lifesaver! Breakfast was quite rich and the bread was delicious."

"An absolutely impressive hotel! I loved the gorgeous décor in both the room and the shared areas. The breakfast was outstanding — fresh fruit, smoked salmon, a wonderful bakery station, and even delicious Spanish specialties like ham and chorizo. From the moment you step into the hotel to the moment you enter your room, everything feels truly luxurious. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. I can’t recommend this place enough!"

Overall, it seems to be very good. This time, the photo provided by Ctrip does not match the room. The hotel's room classification is very clear and can be seen on the hotel's own website, but Ctrip's technical department generally refers to the room type photos. The deluxe room is obviously irresponsible. In response to customer service, their reply was that the technical department did not make a mistake. Can only suggest that Ctrip can not visit the hotel in person before sending a room picture, please carefully browse the hotel's website, the picture of the room is carefully classified to be responsible for the performance of the consumer... I have lived this place before. The hotel, knowing the room type, made such a comment. I hope you can see this comment. The hotel is very good, but Ctrip's service is a bit disappointing...

It is next to Starbucks and has all kinds of food and beverage.
It is next door to Hermes and other brands.
The whole hotel is very new, and the room layout is very good.
It is spacious and comfortable, and the bathroom is also spacious and bright.
The lobby is elegant and has the boldness of Spain, and it is magnificent.
The breakfast is average, with too few choices.
But it is nice to sit outdoors and enjoy the scenery.
The enthusiasm of the waiters is also limited... It is just average.
This is the only regret...
In short, if you only consider the living comfort, you will still choose the Four Seasons. The room will not go wrong.

JJasem AThe location of the hotel is excellent and very convenient for exploring Madrid. Check-in was swift and efficient, with great service from Daniel, which set a positive tone upon arrival. Check-out was also smooth and well handled.
The breakfast area and service were good but could use some improvement, both in organization and attentiveness.
Concierge service was good.
All front desk staff, bellboys, and door staff were excellent.
Unfortunately, the overall experience was significantly impacted by the condition of the room/bathroom. Housekeeping services and room cleanliness were extremely poor, to the point that it ruined what could have otherwise been a pleasant stay. Cleanliness is a top priority for me and my family and one of the main reasons we choose 5-star hotels, and in this regard, the hotel fell far short of expectations.
This was particularly disappointing given that we had communicated with the hotel prior to check-in, yet the issue was not addressed despite the repeated and daily requests!
I will not go into details nor post pictures out of respect, and just I hope that the hotel will pay attention to this.
While some departments clearly made an effort, the lack of basic room cleanliness overshadowed those positives and ultimately defined the experience.

GGuest UserThe SuperB room I stayed in for a week was spacious and nice, but did it have a courtyard view? Garden views should be avoided at all costs. The sound of the restaurant setting up early in the morning woke me up with a clatter and clang, and I woke up at 6 a.m., and in the evening, I slept wrong until 12 o'clock every night because of the sound of music... .It would have been perfect if it weren’t for this… I recommend changing that window to a soundproof window.
The hotel itself was nicely done.

JJohnny B GoodThe hotel is far from the city centre. It takes almost half an hour by UBER or taxi to arrive in the city centre. The area near the hotel has 4 tall towers, and a few minutes away is a little sunken area with a few restaurants and clothing shops, but no supermarket nearby. In the lobby of the hotel there were many visitors dressed in suits everyday for conventions. They often blocked us when we tried to pass by or they crowded the elevators. Our room was not new at all; we wanted to change the room but we were told the hotel is full so ”come back tomorrow”. Our shower door would not close, so water leaked out a lot. Our bathroom sliding door was so crooked that there was a big gap when it was ”closed”. The bathroom sink water drained extremely slowly and was almost overflowing. The lights control system is stupid, with no separate light controls for the bathroom. Either all the lights on or all the lights off. Overall the hotel is ok, but many things need fixing.

Food: Didn’t have their breakfast, but I tried the tomato pasta at the lobby — it was perfectly al dente with fresh tomatoes 🍅 The portion was a bit small, but overall very tasty! 🍝
Room: Very clean, tidy, and has a modern-classic look 🛏️ The only small complaint is that I wish the bathroom countertop were a bit bigger so two people could use it comfortably, and there was a bit more storage space. 🚿

LLilyminimiThe hotel is not far from the metro station, very accessible to go anyway. It's not in the city centre, but as mentioned very accessible. Breakfast is amazing, it has everything you could imagine, and also has special food that is kid friendly. The rooms are spacious, have water, tea, and coffee provided in the room. Really lovely stay.

GGuest UserLocation was phenomenal. Staff was great. Hotel itself was very nice. Only downside was no noise at all in room. As no noise from a/c. With it being so quiet you could hear the street noise all night long. Like people partying and sirens off and on. It’s on a busy street so needs some kind of little noise machine to blend out the outside traffic and noise.
