The room decor was high quality, I especially loved the wallpaper and tiles. The staff were friendly and attentive. The location was excellent. It was just a few minutes' walk from the Prado Museum, which meant I could go to the free evening sessions every day to see my favorite artworks.

This was my second stay here. The hotel has an excellent location, with a subway station right downstairs. Upon arrival, there were thoughtful snacks on the bed, and the toiletries were L'Occitane, with plenty of bottles provided. The best part, of course, was the large bar of soap, so I didn't have to ask the hotel for one. They also offer turn-down service. Additionally, the hotel thoughtfully provides charging adapters for Chinese guests, which is very convenient. For a hotel costing nearly 3000, it would be even better if the minibar were free. The breakfast was quite rich for a European hotel, though there were slightly fewer hot food options.

mccccccService: All staff were very helpful, polite, and energetic when communicating 😊 Lots of smiles and genuine hospitality throughout my stay. 💫
Food: Didn’t have their breakfast, but I tried the tomato pasta at the lobby — it was perfectly al dente with fresh tomatoes 🍅 The portion was a bit small, but overall very tasty! 🍝
Room: Very clean, tidy, and has a modern-classic look 🛏️ The only small complaint is that I wish the bathroom countertop were a bit bigger so two people could use it comfortably, and there was a bit more storage space. 🚿

The hotel is not far from the metro station, very accessible to go anyway. It's not in the city centre, but as mentioned very accessible. Breakfast is amazing, it has everything you could imagine, and also has special food that is kid friendly. The rooms are spacious, have water, tea, and coffee provided in the room. Really lovely stay.

The SuperB room I stayed in for a week was spacious and nice, but did it have a courtyard view? Garden views should be avoided at all costs. The sound of the restaurant setting up early in the morning woke me up with a clatter and clang, and I woke up at 6 a.m., and in the evening, I slept wrong until 12 o'clock every night because of the sound of music... .It would have been perfect if it weren’t for this… I recommend changing that window to a soundproof window.
The hotel itself was nicely done.

Oliver_Peng❗️ The door handles are very sharp metal, which I think would be dangerous in a slippery area like the bathroom, especially if you have children with you. For me personally been traveling quite a lot countries and stay different luxury or normal 4/5 stars hotels, it is the first time seeing this kinda unreasonable design. I cannot imagine what gonna happen if someone slipped.❗️
😉 The room was of a good size, well maintained, the mattress was very comfortable, the smart curtains were nice, and free drinking water was provided every day.
😅 The hot water temperature was not high enough and the water pressure was a little lacking.
🤓Overall, it was a great opportunity to experience a 30-story restaurant, given that there aren't many high-rise buildings nearby. But for the same price, there might be more exciting options downtown.

We stayed at The Madrid Edition while celebrating my friend’s 40th birthday in Spain, and it was the perfect choice for the trip. From the moment we arrived, the experience felt special and well thought out.
The hotel kindly surprised us with complimentary cava and a birthday cake, which was such a lovely touch and made the celebration even more memorable. We had also requested a flower arrangement in advance, and it was done beautifully—exactly as we had hoped.
The location is another huge advantage. The hotel sits right in the middle of the city, making it extremely convenient to walk to restaurants, bars, and shopping areas. It made exploring Madrid effortless.
What truly stood out was the staff. Everyone we interacted with was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and professional, which made our stay even more enjoyable.
The only small downside was the room ambience lighting felt a little too dim at times. Aside from that minor detail, everything—from the lobby and facilities to the rooms—was excellent.
Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would happily recommend The Madrid Edition to anyone visiting Madrid, especially for a special occasion.

The hotel is magnificent, but before the reconstruction in the rooms was quiet. Now the room is not led by a soundproof door (seen under the door from the corridor),when guests in the corridor talk or when baggage or service carts are rolled, they are heard in the room. This is The only significant shortcoming of the hotel.

The location is excellent, close to museums and art galleries like the Prado, Thyssen-Baptiste, and Reina Sofia, and convenient for traveling to other Spanish cities from the train station. The room was more refined than the official photos, and the space was quite large. Hotels in Madrid generally offer lower value for money compared to other cities, but overall, we were satisfied. The room included a list of recommended restaurants in the area; be sure to check the ratings on Google Maps before choosing, as we trusted the hotel's recommendations too much and ended up with a terrible experience.
