⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Amazing stay! The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. The swimming pool was relaxing, and the overall atmosphere was peaceful. Everything exceeded my expectations. I truly enjoyed my stay and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area. Looking forward to staying here again!

Excellent hotel with the best location, making it very convenient to explore the city. The staff were outstanding—friendly, professional, and always willing to help. The only downside was that the bathroom exhaust fan was not working during my stay. Other than that, everything was great and I would happily stay here again.

The hotel is located right next to Retiro Park, on the edge of Madrid's central business district. It takes over half an hour by subway to get to the Royal Palace or the Prado Museum area, or about 15 minutes by taxi. The nearest metro station is a very close 3-minute walk away. The hotel's cleanliness was decent, but it's clear the facilities are quite old. I booked a room without breakfast, but for some reason, breakfast was complimentary, which was a nice surprise. The variety wasn't extensive, but the taste was acceptable. You could also order from a menu.

I stayed at this hotel for three consecutive nights. The room was very spacious and comfortable, and there was a supermarket conveniently located right outside. A particular highlight was their underground parking garage: the entry and exit points were very wide, allowing even large vehicles to maneuver in and out smoothly, and the parking spaces themselves were very generously sized. The only minor downsides were that the hotel facilities felt a bit dated, and the shower water pressure was quite low. However, the breakfast was excellent, offering a wide variety of choices. Overall, everything else was great – it was clean and the service was good.

Great location, very close to Goya station. Most of Madrid's main attractions are just a few stops away. We booked a family room, which was spacious and well-equipped. One day we had the 'do not disturb' sign on the door, so no room cleaning was done. In the evening, a staff member brought extra towels and toilet paper. The drinks and snacks in the mini-bar were complimentary. Overall, we were very satisfied!

Conveniently located near Chamartín Station with easy access to transport. The breakfast selection is extensive, but it can get crowded, so expect to queue. While the hotel is a bit older, it's clean, and the rooms are spacious.

We had a great stay at Leonardo Hotel Madrid City Center. The hotel is in a fantastic location, making it easy to explore Madrid and get around the city. The room was comfortable, clean, and offered great value for money. What made our stay even more memorable was the timing of our visit during the World Cup. We were incredibly lucky to be able to experience the Spain World Cup parade right from our hotel room balcony! It was such a unique and unforgettable experience. Overall, a very enjoyable stay with a great location, good value, and a wonderful World Cup memory. Highly recommended!

Everything is perfect except the hotel location which is a little far from the nearest metro station and of course, away from the main shopping district and attractions. However, the comfort of the room more than made up for it. The shower head pressure was strong, the sheets were clean and crisp, and the a/c and heater worked fine. The housekeeping service was pretty stellar as well, and we even got a can of olive oil as a welcome gift as well as a bagel as part of the Three Kings’ celebration. If you are looking at doing your laundry, note that the nearest laundromat is abt a 7mins walk away (300m). Bring your bedroom slippers too as the hotel doesn’t provide any. Overall, we had a great stay at Hard Rock Madrid and will recommend all who are looking for a lux stay at a reasonable cost.

The location is fantastic, right next to the train station. The entire building has been newly renovated and feels very comfortable. We booked a quad room, and one of my fellow travelers had incredibly smelly shoes. Luckily, he agreed to open the windows, and since my bed was by the window, I had a constant supply of fresh air. The downside of open windows was the street noise, which was loud all night. On the ground floor, the owner runs a bar. We added breakfast for 10 euros, which was a very standard continental breakfast. The basement has a common room, as well as coin-operated washing machines and luggage storage. The guy at the front desk yesterday wasn't very friendly. :-)

Good hotel room, very nice morning buffet with lots of different dishes. Hotel's restaurant at late night also serves pretty fancy food. Also, I really loved the free water and drink dispenser there. Got myself lots of free hot milk and fruit flavor water there. Would really recommend this place!
