The Central House Madrid Lavapiés

Oneof the best hostels I’ve stayed at! The location is very central within walking distance from attractions, also very close to Metro Tirso de Molina so easy access to stations and airport. There is a big launge area and a bar with welcome drink, the staff was friendly and helpful. The shared dormitory is well-designed with everything you can think off, en-suite shower and toilet were very clean too! I’d come back again!

It was alright, downside for toilet being slightly dirty as it’s shared. Common areas and bed were clean. Friendly staff too! Location is great

Provide toiletries but no towel, towel rental is 2.5€. The cleanliness of the hostel is not great, I wake up late so I see the cleaning ladies when they come to clean; they were changing the duvet sheets on the floor. Also doesn’t really clean the washroom. The bed however is comfortable. The location is okay, at night could be sketchy. Very close to metro and supermarkets though.

I truly enjoyed my stay at this hostel. The food was always fresh and delicious, and there were engaging events organized every day, which made the experience even more special. The interior felt warm and cozy, creating a very comfortable atmosphere. I especially appreciated the 24-hour reception — it was incredibly convenient. I had quite a few questions during my stay, and the staff was always kind, patient, and ready to help. A special thank you to the reception team for their friendliness and care — they really made my stay memorable. I had a wonderful time here!
