Fabulous hotel! Service was excellent throughout the hotel including reception, concierge, restaurant/bar, housekeeping. When we checked in, the concierge was able to make a reservation on the spot for us at a very popular restaurant in Madrid!

The hotel has complete facilities ~ considerate service ~ friendly and warm ~ It is worth mentioning the toiletries: L’Occitane’s ~yyds The service staff also provided considerate turndown service and presented L'Occitane hand cream~very nice~ The room comes with free mineral water~ The only drawback is that the street leading from the hotel to the roadside smells like urine...very disgusting~ (the hotel entrance is in the alley)

Room Quality The room was spacious and decorated in a boutique hotel style. The bed was comfortable, and the cleanliness of the room was impressive. Location The hotel is ideally located, close to popular attractions, shopping areas, and restaurants. It's very convenient to get around, allowing us to easily explore nearby landmarks.

Very convenient location within walking distance to shops and major attractions, with a lively atmosphere at night. The staff were friendly and accommodating, allowing my friend to check in early after her morning flight. Breakfast was enjoyable and served in a charming basement dining area. A decent hotel with a touch of vintage character.
