Room itself and location were fantastic. Spotless, tidy, well equipped. Very walkable to all main attractions. Only thing was that the reception and concierge weren’t the most friendly / empathetic to our concerns about finding alternative routes when our trains got cancelled and we were trying to ask them for help with it.

The location is great, in the city center. The receptionist was very welcoming, the rooms were clean and spacious, and they even gave us complimentary chocolates and candies. The subway station is right downstairs, and the history museum (free admission) is just across the street.

女Spain has lived in the most satisfying hotel. Although the hotel is not big, it is exquisite, the service is impeccable, the spare parts are full set of L'Occitane, and extra bath supplies and hand cream are given. The favorite photos are taken on the balcony of the room. Very Spanish style, breakfast menu can be single point, rich choice, highly recommended!

孙The location is very good, right next to the place for shopping and shopping, there is McDonald's for breakfast next to the hotel, only 5.6 minutes walk to the subway station, did not eat his breakfast, a bit expensive subway station is also very close

Lilitongxue77Absolutely fantastic! The location is super convenient, with plenty of eateries downstairs. It's lively, yet feels very safe. I highly recommend staying here. They provide towels and tissues, and it's very close to the city center, making it easy to get anywhere.
