Amazing
AAnonymous UserThe hotel's location is absolutely fantastic, as it's integrated with a theater. It's right by Puerta del Sol, and the back exit makes it even closer. The entire hotel has a very artistic vibe, the interior environment is excellent, and the service is top-notch. Breakfast includes hot, made-to-order dishes, which is quite a good spread. There's also a bar upstairs with great views.

BBuduandetiaoyueWe booked a deluxe triple room. The entire check-in process, from arrival to settling into our room, was very smooth. The hotel itself has a great ambiance, and the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. Our room overlooked the square, offering a beautiful view. The location is superb for exploring, as the Line 10 Metro exit is just 100 meters away, making it incredibly convenient. Overall, we had a very pleasant stay! 😊

GGracefulTravellerWe had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The location is extremely convenient, making it easy to walk to nearby attractions, restaurants, and public transport, which saved us a lot of time during our trip.
The room was clean, well-maintained, and comfortable, providing a relaxing place to rest after a long day of sightseeing. The bed was cozy, and the overall environment felt quiet and safe.
The staff were also friendly and helpful, adding to the smooth experience from check-in to check-out. Overall, it is a great choice for travelers who value a convenient location, cleanliness, and a comfortable stay. We would happily stay here again.
AAnonymous UserThe hotel rooms and bathrooms are spacious with new facilities. It's conveniently located less than 100 meters from the subway station, and most downtown attractions are within walking distance. This will be my first choice for future trips.
GGuest UserMy stay at the Intercontinental Madrid was an absolute delight from start to finish. The hotel's location is truly unbeatable, placing me right in the heart of the vibrant city, allowing easy access to all the must-see attractions. The service was impeccable - the staff went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and satisfaction throughout my stay. The highlight for me was the Club Lounge experience; the exquisite service and attention to detail truly made me feel like a valued guest. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a luxurious and memorable stay in Madrid.
TTTTFreeflyThe hotel's location and staff service were excellent. It was very convenient to get to the palace, old town, and various restaurants. There are plenty of dining options nearby, including Chinese, Japanese, Western cuisine, as well as many pubs and cafes. A department store is just a 5-minute walk away for shopping. The hotel facilities are very automated and new. However, the space layout is a bit impractical: the bathroom door blocks the toilet door from opening fully, and the wardrobe is completely open-concept with only one shelf, a single hanging rod, and two drawers. One of the drawers is mostly taken up by the safe. Long coats and dresses cannot be hung vertically. I suggest the hotel move the ironing board from the hanging area to the bathroom, as it currently takes up valuable hanging space. The bar and terrace are fantastic, with great space and location. You can enjoy beautiful Madrid sunsets and evening glow from there.

Great
GGustianoWent to meet a friend at their cafe and was very impressed with the black and gold colour scheme throughout the lobby and the cafe area.
The cafe has a nice seating layout with very comfortable sofa’s and some decent arm chairs.
The service is also second to none & the coffee was really nice. It also was rather reasonably priced considering the location.
Would definitely recommend it if you’re in the area :)
GGuest UserIf I had known the suite would have a sofa bed and two single beds, I wouldn't have booked it.
The cleanliness and environment were quite good. The room was spacious, and there was a large supermarket a few hundred meters away. The microwave was very convenient.
I asked room service for a bottle opener, and they charged me 6 euros. I later returned it. Remember, delivery to the room costs money, but picking it up at the front desk downstairs is free.
MM ChuahWe stayed at The Madrid Edition while celebrating my friend’s 40th birthday in Spain, and it was the perfect choice for the trip. From the moment we arrived, the experience felt special and well thought out.
The hotel kindly surprised us with complimentary cava and a birthday cake, which was such a lovely touch and made the celebration even more memorable. We had also requested a flower arrangement in advance, and it was done beautifully—exactly as we had hoped.
The location is another huge advantage. The hotel sits right in the middle of the city, making it extremely convenient to walk to restaurants, bars, and shopping areas. It made exploring Madrid effortless.
What truly stood out was the staff. Everyone we interacted with was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and professional, which made our stay even more enjoyable.
The only small downside was the room ambience lighting felt a little too dim at times. Aside from that minor detail, everything—from the lobby and facilities to the rooms—was excellent.
Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would happily recommend The Madrid Edition to anyone visiting Madrid, especially for a special occasion.

DDJ_travelReally like this hotel! Very central located on Gran Via. Close to all the shopping and touristy areas. Easy to walk around everywhere. The room has windows which are able to open, allowing for fresh air to come in. The room is spacious, beds are comfortable. There's a coffee machine also to make espresso. Bathrooms are well laid out and have good amenities. Would stay again!
