5-Star Hotels in Madrid

We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The location is extremely convenient, making it easy to walk to nearby attractions, restaurants, and public transport, which saved us a lot of time during our trip. The room was clean, well-maintained, and comfortable, providing a relaxing place to rest after a long day of sightseeing. The bed was cozy, and the overall environment felt quiet and safe. The staff were also friendly and helpful, adding to the smooth experience from check-in to check-out. Overall, it is a great choice for travelers who value a convenient location, cleanliness, and a comfortable stay. We would happily stay here again.

The location of the hotel is excellent and very convenient for exploring Madrid. Check-in was swift and efficient, with great service from Daniel, which set a positive tone upon arrival. Check-out was also smooth and well handled. The breakfast area and service were good but could use some improvement, both in organization and attentiveness. Concierge service was good. All front desk staff, bellboys, and door staff were excellent. Unfortunately, the overall experience was significantly impacted by the condition of the room/bathroom. Housekeeping services and room cleanliness were extremely poor, to the point that it ruined what could have otherwise been a pleasant stay. Cleanliness is a top priority for me and my family and one of the main reasons we choose 5-star hotels, and in this regard, the hotel fell far short of expectations. This was particularly disappointing given that we had communicated with the hotel prior to check-in, yet the issue was not addressed despite the repeated and daily requests! I will not go into details nor post pictures out of respect, and just I hope that the hotel will pay attention to this. While some departments clearly made an effort, the lack of basic room cleanliness overshadowed those positives and ultimately defined the experience.

The service was great, very warm and prompt. The room was a bit small, barely any space left after putting down our luggage, but it was clean, and the breakfast was good with a wide variety of choices.

The hotel's location is absolutely fantastic, as it's integrated with a theater. It's right by Puerta del Sol, and the back exit makes it even closer. The entire hotel has a very artistic vibe, the interior environment is excellent, and the service is top-notch. Breakfast includes hot, made-to-order dishes, which is quite a good spread. There's also a bar upstairs with great views.

This was my second stay here. The hotel has an excellent location, with a subway station right downstairs. Upon arrival, there were thoughtful snacks on the bed, and the toiletries were L'Occitane, with plenty of bottles provided. The best part, of course, was the large bar of soap, so I didn't have to ask the hotel for one. They also offer turn-down service. Additionally, the hotel thoughtfully provides charging adapters for Chinese guests, which is very convenient. For a hotel costing nearly 3000, it would be even better if the minibar were free. The breakfast was quite rich for a European hotel, though there were slightly fewer hot food options.

This hotel is incredibly 'designed'! If you stay here, you'll get to 'enjoy': a glass bathroom door that you can't see through at night, making it likely you'll just fall asleep in the bathroom 😵; a luggage rack too small for a 26-inch suitcase 🤷🏻♀️; a leaky, non-sealing shower door 💧; bedside pendant lights you'll bump your head on every time you look up 🌛; the privilege of refilling your reusable bottle with local tap water 🍶; and 'smart features' that weren't mentioned anywhere in the description 😃. On top of that, if you're on the fourth floor or above, you'll experience amazing soundproofing, with the rooftop bar serenading you to sleep 🛌. And the best part? A beautiful price of 2500 RMB per night in the off-season! 💰 I haven't experienced a hotel like this in many places. What a truly 'novel' experience! 👍🏻

Went to meet a friend at their cafe and was very impressed with the black and gold colour scheme throughout the lobby and the cafe area. The cafe has a nice seating layout with very comfortable sofa’s and some decent arm chairs. The service is also second to none & the coffee was really nice. It also was rather reasonably priced considering the location. Would definitely recommend it if you’re in the area :)

The room was decent. The only issue was the extra bed creaked loudly every time you moved. We stayed for three nights, and on the third day, when we returned to the hotel, they hadn't replenished the water or toothbrushes. However, after calling down, the front desk immediately sent someone up with them. The service response time was great. This stay, I happened to encounter a sports team, which was a fun surprise! 🥳

Very good hotel, super well located. The parking service is a shame, it's a pity there's no direct access from the park to the hotel, but the friendly valets work very well in picking up the cars promptly. It's a shame there's no swimming pool; it seems the hotel is a few years old and doesn't have space for that infrastructure. The service from the room attendants and breakfast staff was very friendly, although I found the reception staff a bit colder. The bed in the room was very comfortable.

Staff are friendly and helpful. We had problems in charging our car. We asked for help and they came in a minute to help. Carpark is just in the basement and so we could unload luggages and took the lifts from basement up to our room floor directly. Very convenient. Room : spacious Breakfast : not worth, only few varieties. Cleanliness : looks clean in general. But I think the hotel should pay more attention to the 'little things'. One spoon in the room and a plate in the breakfast restaurant had dirt.
