"The facilities look quite new and modern, but the check-in process at the front desk was incredibly slow; I had to wait in line for a very long time. The washing machine was also broken, and I was standing there in a tank top in the middle of winter for over ten minutes just to talk to someone at the front desk. Luckily, it was fixed later. There's no overhead light in the sleeping area of the room, but there are bedside lamps. You'll need to bring your own lock. The bed quality is excellent; it doesn't make any noise when you move around. The most disappointing thing was my room. My roommates all knew each other and were chatting and laughing loudly late into the night. It was very noisy. They should have been split into separate rooms, or I should have been placed in a room with other solo travelers. Good thing I only stayed one night because I couldn't find another room!"

"Great location and very convenient area, which was definitely the best part of the stay. However, the experience had several issues. The hotel was quite noisy, especially at night, which made it difficult to rest properly. I also requested an extra blanket during the evening, and the night staff member told me it was “too late,” claiming it was past midnight, even though it was clearly well before midnight. That response felt unprofessional and disappointing. Another issue was with the water supply on the higher floors. We stayed on the 8th floor, and the water pressure was very low, with periods where there was almost no water flow at all. Overall, while the location is excellent, the noise, medium service response( the morning staff were very great a lovely), and water problems made the stay less comfortable than expected."

"The room was clean and tidy, and the service was excellent. The breakfast had a great variety, and the fruit was very fresh. The view from the window was beautiful. The hotel is located in the city center, right near the subway, making transportation very convenient. There are many dining options downstairs. Overall, I highly recommend it."

"I stayed at Hotel Chamartin The One in Madrid primarily for its proximity to the train station, as I had an early train to catch. It's right next to Chamartín train station. The entrance looked quite simple, almost like it was under renovation, but once inside, it was perfectly fine. The breakfast spread was quite generous, though the room itself was on the smaller side."

"The location is a bit outside the city center, a 40-minute bus ride (bus 53) from a stop just a few meters away. The airport is a 25-minute drive. The room is large and bright, the welcome was very good, and the breakfast was varied. The only point for improvement is the wear and tear in the rooms; the armchairs have stains, and the toilet seat could use replacing."

"The hotel is located just over 17 minutes (by car) and 40 minutes (by public transport) from the center of Madrid (Moncloa Interchange). It has free surface and underground parking, which sets it apart from other hotels that pass on these rates to their guests. It has several paddle tennis courts, which makes the stay more enjoyable. Its facilities include a cafeteria, restaurant, and buffet service (special mention goes to the restaurant staff, who was kind and considerate enough to microwave my food from home, which is appreciated). In summary: on positive points, I would highlight the location, facilities, and friendliness of the staff, as well as the quietness of the place to sleep. On negative points, I would highlight the reception service (just one person to serve 10 people is insufficient) and the poor soundproofing of the air conditioning. Since there's no suspended ceiling in the bathroom, the indoor unit can't be accessed to clean the filters (they must be completely covered in dust). Calling the hotel's maintenance staff would be helpful to resolve this minor issue during the summer months, when the heat is intense. Otherwise, it was great. A recommended experience."

The bed was clean, I'll give them that, but there's nothing else worth mentioning."

"The exterior looks pretty ordinary, but as soon as you step into the lobby, you're greeted by a grand, warm, and inviting atmosphere. The room itself is a mix-and-match style; it has an elegant purple main theme, but then the bathroom is beach-themed? And on the walls, there are Asian-style goldfish illustrations. Let's talk about breakfast – I absolutely loved it! There were all sorts of sausages and roasted vegetables. I'd eat until I was stuffed every day before heading out to explore. Oh, and before you leave, you can even buy some ham from the Dia supermarket next door to take back home! The location is fantastic, right next to the metro station and Gran Vía! This is super important for a shopaholic like me!"
