You can see the Tokyo Skytree directly from the top floor, and the sunset views are incredibly soothing. The location is very close to Oshiage Station, and there are plenty of convenience stores and restaurant options nearby. The room is a bit small, but perfectly fine for one person. The bathroom has a separate wet and dry area. The lobby offers a self-service snack and drink bar all day. The staff's English is excellent.

This hotel comes highly recommended! It's located right under the Tokyo Skytree and very close to the subway station, with a shopping mall directly across the street. It definitely exceeded my expectations. Both the service and the environment were excellent. The room was relatively spacious, and I could even open my 28-inch suitcase without a problem. Plus, I got to enjoy a beautiful sunset view!

The environment is great and the service is excellent, especially since we had a lot of luggage to store. We dropped it off at the front desk in two batches, and they patiently helped us store it both times. There's also a scale in the lobby for weighing luggage. Our room had a view of the Tokyo Skytree, and the Skytree mall and Oshiage subway station are right outside, which is super convenient for direct access to both airports. The only downside was a faint, unpleasant odor in the room, possibly like foot odor, which was quite off-putting.

It seems I experienced discrimination... or was treated differently? I really hope not. When I checked in, the front desk told me I needed to inform them if I wanted room cleaning. During my stay, one morning I told a front desk staff member, who seemed Japanese, that I needed cleaning. He noted it down and asked if I wanted the bedsheets changed. My English isn't great, so I used a translator to convey 'change bedsheets,' and I said yes. However, when I returned that evening, my room hadn't been cleaned, and the bedsheets weren't changed. There was no sign of anyone having entered. Then, on my check-out day, I mentioned this to a Chinese front desk staff, who happened to be on duty. I told her I had requested cleaning, but no one came. She checked the records and surprisingly found a line drawn through my request, indicating it had been cleaned! But it clearly hadn't been. She said it might have been a staff error. But even now, thinking back, I really find it hard to believe it was just a staff error... (The front desk staff from HK was very good though). Other than that, I think the hotel environment and overall cleanliness are quite good. It's just this cleaning incident that I found very strange. If you ask me if I recommend it, I do recommend this hotel. No major issues. I booked for three nights, costing 9 RMB, which I thought was very affordable. The surroundings are quiet, and you can see the Skytree. Getting to Tokyo Tower and the city center by subway is also decent, just a few stops away.

We stayed at Lotte Hotel Tokyo as a couple and had a wonderful experience. The hotel has a strategic location, within walking distance to Kinshicho Station, making it very convenient to travel around Tokyo. It is surrounded by shopping malls and plenty of food options which made our stay even more enjoyable. The view from the hotel was stunning, we could clearly see Tokyo Skytree, especially beautiful at night. It really added something special to our stay. The staff were friendly and professional throughout our visit. We would definitely recommend this hotel and would love to stay again.

It is a bit far from the subway but the surrounding area is superb. You have wverything there. Starbucks yoshinoya 24 hour ramen and just cross the botel is sensoji temple. The room is a bit tight. Difficult to open big luggage. I think the room only fit to stay 1 person not 2. The bed is okay. There is mini fridge inside the room too. I would stay here again if the price is right

Absolutely loved my stay here. The hotel was clean, quiet, and really well maintained. There are actually two buildings under the same hotel name, about five minutes apart, so make sure you’re booked into Hotel 11‑1 or 11‑2 for the best experience. One really convenient feature is the laundry setup — you can wash your clothes in the machine, and then use the shower room as a drying space. It takes around eight hours, but it works well and saves you the trouble of finding a laundromat. The place has pretty much everything you need, making the stay super comfortable. I’d definitely consider coming back next time! .

Approx 4 mins walk from Kinshicho. I love this station because it connects you to city center with multiple lines within 10-15mins. Around the area, there’s multiple food (although there’s some sketchy people holding out signs to bring you to their drinking bars) There’s a smoking booth at level 1, convenient for smokers. We had the smoking room but used the smoking booth as the windows in the room can’t be open for ventilation. The room was very small, barely enough to open our large suitcases. The amenities however were fully stocked in level 1. Breakfast was ¥1500 per person. We only paid for one day to try it out. The food was not bad nothing to rave about (you can find cheaper alternatives for breakfast outside) There’s also vending machine, ice machine and laundry. Note that for laundry there’s only 3 washers and 2 dryers. Do go early to wash to avoid waiting as it’s on 30mins cycle and multiple people were using it.

ZZhongguangguangHonestly, aside from the price, this hotel has no flaws. It has its own natural hot spring, free to use after 3 PM as long as you follow the communal bathing rules. After a thorough rinse, you can enjoy a relaxing soak. From 5 PM onwards, there's even complimentary alcohol served on the first floor. Every day, you can choose free pajamas and pillows, with various softness and firmness options available. There's an ice machine on each floor, where you can also get iced water. Fresh and clean bath towels and other linens are provided daily. The service is incredibly attentive and meticulous. Every time you leave, someone at the front desk wishes you a safe journey. When checking out, someone at the door will open it, bow, and wish you a safe trip. Downstairs, there's a ramen shop open until 4 AM, so even if you miss dinner sometimes, you're in the central Ginza area, with countless restaurants open until the early hours just a few steps away. The K S Higashi-Ginza Station is right at the doorstep. Across the street is the Higashi-Ginza Line of the Hibiya Line, and just one more street over is the Ginza Station of the Ginza Line, making transportation extremely convenient.

JJohn Zhu ≧◔◡◔≦Thank MIYU During my trip to Japan, I stayed at this hotel. The front desk staff, MIYU (an intern), left a very deep impression on me. I arrived at the hotel earlier than the check-in time, and my English is not very good. However, MIYU could already understand what I wanted to say before I finished my sentence. This shows that she truly understands the needs of customers and is very empathetic. She is also very familiar with all aspects of the hotel’s operations and answered my questions patiently. Her attitude and work performance are truly commendable, and she made me feel very welcomed. I am very grateful for her help.

MmtmlCleaning is chargeable at 1.5k yen per clean. Otherwise no cleaning whatsoever - but they do give you new towels and a trash bag daily (hung on your door knob). Breakfast is pretty cute and homely - I liked it when I tried it at a different province, so I rebooked dormy inn. They have a luggage scale at level 2, so very convenient if you have been shopping like crazy. The shopping street around the area is pretty interesting, and I love uneo park. However, some pretty strange stuff during my stay: 1. They insisted on entering my room for an ”inspection” but didn't specify why. When I called to ask, they said it was a bedframe inspection. As a solo female traveler my preference is not to let random people into my room, especially if they're not going to clean after these external people enter, but reception said they couldn't wait until my stay was over a few days later. When I came back to the room, my blanket was shifted and untucked entirely from one side, and my electronics were moved around. 2. A bug appeared on my sink mirror, so I gave feedback to the hotel staff as mini bugs means there's more bugs, and suggested that they fumigate. They said ”oh... sorry” suddenly all proceeded to look away from me and pretend I didn't exist, which was super weird treatment, and very rude lol. I didn't even ask them to change my room, the point is that these bugs are likely to have infestations, and if I came back in another trip to this hotel, I would not like to see more. They didn't even bother asking me what floor I was on, so 100% they don't seem to have any intention of dealing with this. Very weird and poor behaviour - I think it was too much to expect Onyado Nono service in Dormy Inn, so I don't think I will come back.

GGuest UserSubway access nearby is quite convenient. At approximately 15.6 sqm, the room felt noticeably more spacious compared to the typical 10 sqm rooms often found in other business hotels nearby. The hotel seemed to attract a lot of international guests. A coin-operated laundry facility is available on the 13th floor (300 JPY for a wash, 100 JPY for drying), though it tends to get quite busy in the evenings. There's a small gym on the third floor, which I considered a nice bonus. Breakfast was decent, and the restaurant also serves lunch. My only minor complaint is that, despite being a non-smoking room, I could faintly detect a smoky smell on the bath towels and pillows.

WWeiHooI have tried a few capsule hotels, this is by far the worst. My capsule was on the fifth floor, but the lockers are located on the fourth floor which is very inconvenient since the shower is on the eighth floor. There is a sitting area outside the capsule room which is an unsightly mess as shown in the pictures. The mattress is hard and uncomfortable. What bothered me the most is the door that supposed to shun off the noise from outside, made a loud noise when it closes. I wonder if they are not aware of it or no one complains to them. Imagine how many people comes in and out the entire night and the cranky noise disturbed my sleep. I hope the management will be made known of this default. I will never come back again.

GGuest UserNice experience!Overall I recommend it for solo travellers. The location is central and it is close to metro stations. Also, the bedsheets are changed everyday, you get clean pyjama and towels everyday. One thing that was annoying is the size of the lockes, it is very small and little bit inconvenient with the card sistem. Also keep in mind that you have to be out of the hotel during the certain hours due to cleaning.

BBep SumangIt was a nice experience staying at Hotel Centurion Ueno. The location is very convenient, with train stations nearby and a convenience store just across the lot. There are also several restaurants in the area, as well as easy access to Ueno Park, Ueno Zoo, and the Ameyoko street market. The room is small but can accommodate two average-built persons. Although the hotel was under renovation at the time, overall it was still an awesome stay, and I give it a 👍👍.
