My stay at this hotel was disappointing on multiple levels, and what is most concerning is that the issues appear to be systemic rather than accidental. The most serious issue is the condition of the bathroom. There is visible black mold along the edges of the bathtub where it meets the wall. This is not just a cosmetic problem — black mold is a known health hazard, especially in damp and poorly sealed environments. The bathtub area appears improperly sealed, allowing moisture to accumulate and creating ideal conditions for mold growth. Staying in a room with this kind of contamination is unacceptable. It raises real concerns not only about cleanliness, but about guest safety. What makes this even more concerning is that this is clearly not a new issue. There are multiple public reviews from months ago mentioning mold, humidity, and overall poor room conditions. This strongly suggests that the problem is known to management and has not been properly addressed. Unfortunately, this was not the only problem. I completed the online check-in in advance, expecting a smooth arrival. Instead, I was still required to go through the full manual check-in process at the front desk. This makes the entire online check-in feature meaningless. While the hotel does provide umbrellas, there are clearly not enough for guests. During the rainy season, umbrellas were simply unavailable when needed. This points to poor planning and a lack of attention to basic guest needs. If you arrive late, be aware that the hotel does not offer any 24-hour bar, room service, or even basic snacks. For a hotel of this level, this is quite surprising. The only practical option is to go outside — thankfully, there is a Seven Eleven on the other side of the building. The room itself shows clear signs of neglect: • Dirty and stained walls • Scratches and damage on furniture and doors • Visible marks and stains on surfaces and tables • Dust and poor maintenance in ventilation areas There was also a very loud refrigerator in the room. The noise level was so high that it was impossible to sleep, and I had to turn it off completely. The problems extend beyond the room. Hallways were cluttered with bags of laundry, trash, and cleaning equipment, forcing guests to navigate around obstacles just to reach the elevator. This is not only unprofessional, but also raises safety concerns. Additionally, other guests have reported issues such as unclean rooms upon arrival, poor housekeeping standards, and unclear or limited basic services. Taken together, this reinforces the impression that these are not isolated incidents, but part of a broader pattern. What is even more disappointing is the complete lack of response from hotel management. Before posting this public review, I sent detailed feedback directly to the hotel. There was no reply, no acknowledgment, and no attempt to address the issues. This silence speaks volumes. Combined with repeated complaints over time, it suggests that guest feedback is not taken seriously and that known problems are simply not being resolved. Frankly, the only apparent advantage of this hotel is the view from the window. Unfortunately, this does not compensate for the serious shortcomings in cleanliness, maintenance, safety, and service. Overall, this experience raises serious concerns about hygiene standards and the hotel’s attitude toward guest well-being. I strongly urge management to address these issues — especially the mold problem — as it is not only unpleasant, but potentially harmful.

While this hotel has a convenient location, the experience was ruined by a lack of basic hospitality and very cramped quarters. The room was so small it was difficult to even open two large suitcases. More disappointing, however, was the staff’s attitude. Everything is followed strictly 'by the book' with zero flexibility. I was told a late check-out would be charged by the hour, and even a simple request for a complimentary bottle of water was flatly denied. The staff were condescending and never offered a smile, making for a very unwelcoming environment. A small gesture like a bottle of water costs almost nothing but earns customer loyalty; unfortunately, this hotel chooses rigid rules over guest satisfaction. I would not recommend staying here.

employees and amazing breakfast. They had many vegetables + yogurt + all kind of meats (I really liked the beef) - really worth it for 2100 yen per person. My only complaint is that breakfast ends quite early at 9:30. It is very close to 2 metro lines (green and orange) so you can easily reach any place in Tokyo. There is a non-stop 7/11 at the -1 floor (you can take the elevator and exit through the shop). It has a very easy to use and good exchange rate ATM. The gym is like the typical hotel gym. Very small and with few dumbbells.

Here's a review of a hotel located in the heart of Akasaka, offering easy access to two subway lines. It's a quiet business-boutique hotel with more spacious rooms than similar establishments, making it ideal for commuting to the city center or exploring Roppongi/Akasaka. **Key Highlights (Reasons to Choose This Hotel):** 1. **Dual Subway Access + Central Akasaka – Convenient for Anywhere:** * Approximately a 4-minute walk to Akasaka Station and a 6-minute walk to Tameike-Sanno Station, covering multiple lines for easy access to Ginza, Shinjuku, Shibuya, and Tokyo Station. Haneda Airport is about 45-60 minutes away. * Within walking distance of Roppongi, Tokyo Midtown, and Akasaka Sacas, boasting vibrant shopping and dining areas. A 7-Eleven is conveniently located downstairs, making daily life easy. * The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful, making it a better option for rest compared to Shinjuku or Shibuya. 2. **More Spacious and Well-Designed Rooms Than Other Japanese Hotels in the Same Category:** * Standard rooms are approximately 15-18 sqm, larger than most business hotels in Tokyo, allowing two large suitcases to be opened without feeling cramped. * Comfortable bedding with memory foam/low-rebound pillows. Bathrooms feature bathtubs and smart toilets, with stable water pressure and temperature. Amenities are comprehensive. * Good natural light, with most rooms feeling bright and airy. Cleanliness is up to Japanese standards. 3. **Practical Facilities, Suitable for Long Stays/Families:** * A coin-operated laundry room is available on the 12th floor (washing 300 JPY/drying 100 JPY), and microwaves are on multiple floors, friendly for long-term guests. * A small, complimentary gym on the 3rd floor is a bonus for business travelers or fitness enthusiasts. * Cribs/children's amenities can be arranged, making it family-friendly. The front desk offers multilingual service, with fluent English, and handles luggage storage/package receiving efficiently. 4. **Consistent Service, Thoughtful Details:** * The front desk staff is enthusiastic and professional, responding quickly. Small items like chargers and hair straighteners can be borrowed, with some guests reporting feeling 'valued'. * Free high-speed Wi-Fi is stable. Some periods offer guidance.
