The rooms are very clean and the service is excellent. The hotel provides two type of parking; Parking directly adjacent to the hotel cost 1,600 yen per day, but if you are willing to walk for 5 minutes, parking is free. The breakfast was quite repetitive, with the same food served every day. We stayed for three nights, and for two of those days, the coffee machine was broken, so only basic coffee was provided. A five-star hotel should not have these issues. Additionally, the seafood bowl (Kaisendon) must be ordered separately as a special à la carte item."

The restaurant hours were short and inflexible for breakfast and dinner. The indoor pool was very busy and full of children so not able relax. Sky bar was only open one day whilst we there. Outside bar was closed. Gym was small quiet but didn’t have any free weights no cups or towels. The room was a little tired the view was of a car park. The amenities in room however were very good. 7 eleven was very convenient on the ground floor. Overall not worth the price!"

"We understand that prices are often higher during Chinese New Year, but we paid HK$2,408 per night including breakfast for two—about three to four times the lowest room rate—and stayed for three nights. At this price point, we expected better maintenance. The air conditioning and the bathroom ventilation both had a noticeable odor and clearly needed deep cleaning. Every day, black particles were blown from the air conditioner onto the bed (photo attached), which was quite unpleasant. On the positive side, the location is excellent. It’s about a 15‑minute walk to Kokusai Dori, and Don Quijote is conveniently located on the second floor, so I could shop every evening. The hotel is also just a 5‑minute walk from Tsubogawa Station and only a short ride from Naha Airport. The room itself is practical, with a microwave and an in‑room washer/dryer, which is a big plus. If the room rate had been more reasonable and the ventilation properly deep‑cleaned, I would have no hesitation recommending this hotel."
