"Convenient transportation, about 10 minutes walk from International Pass, about 5 minutes from Meirongqiao Station
Check in self-service check in, there is a simple kitchen to cook heated food"
"The location is good, close to the county office, the room is large and the facilities are complete. It is very clean, the environment is beautiful, and the service is thoughtful. The meeting point for the team participating in the one-day tour is very convenient."
"Great location to nearby shopping and restaurants. Easy to access the bus stop. Very close to the airport. Rooms very clean and extra bonus because you can check your bags into a locker if needed. Very friendly staff. You can check in on a kiosk. The free breakfast is limited to a bagel and a drink. Great staff."
"The hotel was generally clean and comfortable, with the added convenience of a 24-hour English-speaking receptionist. However, the check-in process was a bit chaotic due to the small lobby space. There were only 2 automated check-in kiosks and 1 manual counter, which wasn’t sufficient to handle the crowd. During our check-in, the lobby was packed with guests waiting, making it feel cramped and disorganized.
We booked a standard triple room, which felt just barely adequate for two people. There was hardly any space to place our luggage comfortably. One major issue was the door stopper located in the middle of the walkway — it was quite hazardous, and I accidentally hit my foot on it several times during our stay. Bathroom is wet-dry separated. Bath tub included.
On the positive side, the location is very convenient. It's just a 1-minute walk to Miebashi Station, a 10-minute walk to Kokusai-dori, and about 5-minutes to several convenience stores. Parking is available for 1,500 yen per night, which is slightly above the average rate in the Naha area. Also worth noting: there is no microwave in the room. The only one available is located on Level 2, along with the laundry area, where washing costs range from 300 to 500 yen."
"We had a great stay at this hotel in Okinawa. The location is excellent — just a few quick monorail stops from the airport, with the nearest station about a 5-minute walk away. The main bus terminal is also close by (around 5–7 minutes on foot), making it super convenient to get around the island.
There are plenty of restaurants, convenience stores, shopping malls, and key city attractions right around the corner, so we rarely had to go far for anything.
The room itself was surprisingly spacious by Japanese standards and had everything we needed. We especially appreciated the in-room washer/dryer and kitchenette — both made our stay much more comfortable and practical. The bed was also great, and we liked that they provided two different types of pillows.
Staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Overall, it was a very smooth and enjoyable experience — we’d definitely stay here again."
"This is a fancy hotel with lots of facilities. In addition to restaurants, it has a 7/11 and souvenir shop within. There is an outdoor swimming (closed when we were there), and an indoor swimming pool (we used this instead), indoor and outdoor hot springs."
"beyond expectations! I really wanted to stay here because of the ryokan-inspired rooms and they were so comfortable and homely. There was sufficient space in the room, toilets were modern and impeccably clean, and beds were very comfortable. I didn’t realise I also had access to their private sauna which was wonderful as well. Location is just 10 mins from the main shopping street, and just 5 mins from a departmental store. Staff was also very kind. No complaints at all and would love to come back :)"
"It's very cheap to live in a Japanese-style apartment at this price.
The location is acceptable. It is comfortable and clean inside. There are furnitures. The disadvantage is that the sound insulation between the upper and lower floors is poor. It can be done with public morality."
"The cleanliness, location, and services are great. It could be even better if there are more cutleries given such as plates, spoon and forks. The air conditioning swing is broken which I had to use a pen to keep it hold in place"

CC_PWe booked our stay here thinking that, for the hefty price tag, access to a lounge would be included as standard. Unfortunately, we were disappointed to learn that wasn’t the case. Had we known this upfront, we likely would have chosen a different, more affordable hotel *WITH* a lounge access. That said, the location is fantastic if you want to be right next to the action of Kokusaidori. The facilities are top-notch, and the rooms are incredibly spacious, which was a nice surprise. A highlight of our stay was the restaurant staff, who were exceptional. Breakfast was first class, with high-quality ingredients and a pastry selection that was probably the best we've had at a hotel in Japan. The staff made us feel incredibly welcome and well taken care of, adding to the overall positive experience during breakfast. Overall, while the price didn't quite meet our expectations, the excellent location, impressive facilities, and outstanding service—especially from the restaurant team—made the stay memorable.

GGuest UserWe stayed here 10 years ago and decided to stay here again on our 2nd trip to Okinawa. Its right next to the monorail which makes it convenient to travel without a car. Also theres a car rental right at the hotel which makes pick up and drop off super convenient too! The nearby park is only 5 minutes away and its very lovely. Price is very reasonable, space is quite spacious (can open up my 2 check in luggage) I would stay here again the next time I visit Okinawa.

AAnonymous UserStayed 3 nights here and the rooms were clean and they provided amenities for you to go to the onsen. Room cleaning was provided at a charge so we did not take it up. Location is near naha bus terminal which we use as landmark when getting a taxi. Near donki and opa which has some shopping within the mall. Breakfast is delicious but i had to forfeit my last day’s breakfast to catch an early flight. Tried to communicate with the staff to ask if I could pack some bread to go but the staff did not understand me well so i didn’t pursue my request further :(

AAnonymous UserFeel like this room is smaller than general Japan’s hotel rooms. You can’t really open a luggage larger than 24inches unless your luggage are those front opening ones. I am travelling solo with a 20inches lugg so it’s fine for me but there is not much space for me to put my souvenirs(don’t wanna put them on the floor). If you got more than 1 large luggage and plan to buy lots of souvenirs, then you need to consider booking a larger room or other hotels. However, the bed was larger than it was shown in the pics. There is no wardrobe, you could hang your clothes on the rack. Room lowest temperature is 20 degrees so sometimes I still feel hot. Also, the other drawback is the fridge isn’t cold at all. Feels like room temperature so better not to put food inside!!
Front desk can’t really speak English but they tried their best to help with everything so 10/10 for service! Please be aware that there is a machine on each floor that looks like coin exchange but it’s for VOD. I admit it’s my fault that I didn’t read the sign. However, front desk refunded after I explained the issue. Forgot my room key & gave me a new one without any charges. Service was better than many luxurious hotels👍🏻
Around 6 minutes walk to monorail and DFS mall. Hotel is very easy to find. Main place mall is just opposite the hotel, a few convenience stores nearby. Less than 10 minutes walk to local tour pick up spot. Didn’t try the hot spring and buffet breakfast but there are many restaurants in Main place mall. The neighbourhood is quiet and not as crowded as International Street.

Kkenimal_hk10 mims walk from Meibashi station, half and hour ride from the airport. Rented a room for 3 and still have space in the room. Apart from swimming pool and jacuzzi it also has the welcome drinks for free. Bed and rooms are very clean and no smell at all. Staff are very polite and helpful. There are lots of restaurants nearby and 15mins walk to seafood market near the pier.

KkmendozaPros: staff is so friendly and kind, it’s a great location on Kokusai-dori (near both monorail and a bus stop), and it really is kept quite clean
Cons: loud and cold. I would have left, but I knew they wouldn’t give me a refund
ZERO soundproofing! There’s all these rules telling us “no calls, keep quiet” but you can hear everyone slamming doors in the hallway and using the hair drier and washing machines at night. There was also so much noise from the street, whether it was parties at night or children screaming during the day. I was up until 3 at night because of people both inside and outside. The walls are also so thin, I could actually hear snoring from the room next to me. Why are there all these rules about sound, yet it’s still so loud?! They tell us, “please keep calls to the common area” but the common area’s window is also right on the street, so I had to take a work call with sirens screaming through the area.
The room was also freezing. It was 17-20 degrees outside most days, and even in the hallway the temperature was fine. But in my room, it felt like it was 12. I had to pay to rent extra pajamas from them because it was so cold at night. And there was constantly a breeze coming from somewhere in my room! But because there’s no individually controlled AC, there was nothing I could do. I could feel myself getting sick here

GGuest UserThe room is just right for a family of 3, with 2 single beds used together. The child is 4 years old, and if the child is older, the bed may not be enough. It is recommended to set up more large beds in the room. My husband is thin and I am fat😅, just enough to squeeze together. If the two fathers are both big, it will not be enough. I forgot to take pictures of the inside of the room. These are the exterior photos of the building, the door and the elevator. There is a self-service computer screen for check-in at the door. The language can be selected in Chinese. The operation is simple. You can check in by entering the check-in number. The same operation is done when leaving the hotel. The check-in number will be sent to the email, and you can check it yourself.
RRACHID EL CADI EL HASKABoth location and accommodation are very good, the only thing we don't like is that when we arrived at the accommodation there was nobody anywhere and we had to look for a thousand ways to get check in, because we had to go to another Mr. Kinjo to give us the pars keys to the room, by the way, well.
