The room was clean and tidy, the service was very attentive, and the staff were all very helpful. Communication was seamless. The breakfast was especially rich and served in the Western restaurant on a high floor, offering panoramic views of Tokyo.

We stayed at Shinjuku Granbell Hotel for 5 days, and we absolutely loved our stay! The hotel is clean, comfortable, modern, and very accessible. The bathroom was spotless, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The only thing we felt could be improved was the pillows, as they weren’t as comfortable as we expected. Hopefully, the hotel can consider replacing them with newer or firmer pillows. Other than that, everything was excellent. Shinjuku Granbell is definitely one of the best hotels we’ve stayed at in Japan, and we highly recommend it to anyone visiting Tokyo. The location, cleanliness, comfort, and overall experience made our stay truly enjoyable. We would definitely choose this hotel again on our next trip to Japan!

We had a wonderful stay at Shinjuku Granbell Hotel. The location is excellent, especially if you want to explore Shinjuku and Tokyo. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Our room was comfortable and had everything we needed for our stay. We especially loved how convenient the location was — there are plenty of restaurants, shops, and convenience stores nearby. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely consider staying here again on our next trip to Tokyo. Highly recommended!

Location is 15 mins to Shinjuku station but along the way quite a lots to see. I’m enjoy the price offered for this location and distance. Laundry a bit expensive with 600 yen for 1kg. The location is next to night clubs too (you can choose to walk to Shinjuku station with other street) and worst is the hotel signboard is not obvious as it is small and in front of the hotel, , comparing to others to put up big and tall at the junction. You will easily miss it as I have walked back 3 times and finally found it by looking for white building

Hostel is nicely situated in the middle of Kabukicho. Roof top bar have amazing view. Room relatively big. Everything worked just fine :) Breakfast was quite ok too. 100% price for value.

The room is a bit small but very nice and clean. They provide pijamas and clean the room everyday. The hotel has a rooftop bar with a good choice of food and drinks, offering a nice view of the Shinjuku area. The station, the park and local restaurants are just a few minutes walk.
