The hotel location is near to Ultra Japan that time. Lawson is nearby too. Hotel breakfast was not bad.

Amazing room for a group of three! It was spacious enough for us to open our luggage. The toliet bowl, sink and shower area are all separated which makes it easy for us to multitask. It’s also closed to Ariake Garden Mall which is super convenient.

Actually the location of this hotel a bit far but it wasn't that far from 2 stations of the different train and also u can take bus. Great service and cleaned room

I stayed 2 nights and it was normal not so good and not so bad.
Good: until Aug, there is bus to haneda airport from Ariake Garden.
Location is also good if you choose this, it needed time to go to uptown, and need to use Yurikamome.
Front desk and other communicatinos were normal and not really felt Omotenashi - this is Ariake area and may not normal.
The view from the room was not good. Considering this spot is bit unique in Tokyo, there is no lounge or meeting room to rental unless it is from school or company with some amount of event which was bit not match with Ariake area where event and business guests' needs may be in using those urgent meeting option.
Breakfast was crowded even in weekday but the menu was quite good.

I loved everything about my stay at this hotel! Will surely comeback. If you’re looking for an area in Tokyo that’s not too crowded— this is it! Super love the easy access to the mall: Garden Arieke.

This hotel is so clean and has comfortable beds. Free amenities at the lobby. It’s beside a mall. Very convenient. There is free shuttle bus to Tokyo station. I think they also go to Haneda airport. I’ll book my flight to Haneda airport next time. I also miss out on the spa. :( We can walk to small world exhibition cos nearby. Check in and out using self service machine. After check out, we put our luggage at the luggage storage at the lobby.

It is nice room and quite soundproof and it had a bathtub and it is near to a few train stations so you may walk to it and take the train and also the buses are near so you could take a bus and it is near a shopping mall so you may buy and eat food
