Hotel had direct limousine bus connections to Narita and Haneda. They are quite strict on check-in/check-out times. Prefer if they have some flexibility on this. Could store bags before check-in times 3pm and after check-out at 12 noon. The staff spoke good English and were helpful. Room was on 8th floor - non-smoking floor. Quite a good size. Two twins and extra bed can fit 3 adults comfortably. The 8th floor seems to be older rooms - maybe not renovated floor compared to some other floors. Location is good, across from Lumine/Tobu Dept Store on the West side of Ikebukuro Station.

Very convenient location and visited few times
Staffs are very nice
Just the price is gowing up very fast
And the air conditioner is not good ＜ too much warm ＞ and unable to adjust

Very convenient location with walking distances to department store TOBU and lots of eateries around that you will never be hungry of not finding a restaurant
