Staff are so nice and helpful, always wearing smiles welcoming us! Very convenient to take a bus to Tokyo Disneyland. Many shops, convenient shops and supermarkets nearby and we really enjoy the stay so much.

This bedroom space is good for families and with the laundry service, is excellent! The room service can be improved , though it wasn’t clean enough. Location is great ! Many big shopping malls and food, restaurants nearby, will definitely stayed there again but room service needs to get improvement . There is no airport transfer to Narita airport, hence recommended to ask hotel to book transport at $180 sgd or lug your luggages to take train to airport

The location is relatively convenient, 5 minutes' walk from the subway station. The room is large and the service is good. The room service only collects garbage and changes towels without making the bed. The price is high and the price/performance ratio is not high. It is more suitable for families with more than four people.

Not far from both JR and subway stations. Not far from Tokyo Skytree. Walking to the accommodation from the train station is not more than 5 minutes. There is Family Mart, Lawson near the accommodation. And there are 2 supermarkets near the train station. Anyone who wants to cook can go and buy things. And there are many restaurants to choose from. As for the room, it's clean, as per the cover, very livable. The proportions are a little bigger than expected. The bag is 29" and holds 4 pieces, very comfortable. But they don't clean it every day. The staff will tell you what days you work (I can't remember, haha). The staff are cute. Good service, speak well The price is not expensive too. Cheaper than other branches in other popular spots.
