Seagulls can be seen flying over from the breakfast balcony; stay, children love it
The boss gave us welcome drinks and small desserts.

"Amazing location and incredible view of the Blue Mosque from the front of the hotel, especially in the morning light. Breakfast was excellent, good choice of options for a traditional Turkish Breakfast. Would definitely stay here again. Bathrooms were a bit small and some linens and towels were worn out. But location and views were 5 stars."

"There were staff to help with my luggage when I entered the hotel, but my suitcase was pushed away by other guests when I checked in. laugh. In the end, the customer found out that he had brought the wrong item and sent it back. There were many people in the lobby and garden from morning to night, almost full. The most annoying thing is that there are mold spots all over the bathroom wall, and the tiles have dark patterns that are difficult to see clearly. My only request for a hotel is cleanliness and I hope the hotel staff will take the time to clean it thoroughly. The room and garden are small but beautiful."

"Потрясающий номер, с невероятным видом. Сначала останавливалась в номере сама в 2021 году, потом также рекомендовала его родителям, которые посещали его в 2024 г. Отличные завтраки с прекрасными видами. Большая ванная комната. Красивые большие окна с видами на достопримечательности и воду. Месторасположение отличное в пешей доступности все достопримечательности исторического центра Стамбула. Galata Bridge в 2 минутах ходьбы от отеля. Сам отель небольшим количеством номеров что сосздает ощущение камерности и уединенности. Персонал очень вежливый."

"A nice, almost family hotel, didn't take money for early check-in (thank you very much for the boy on the recipe). A small room, but comfortable and almost clean. The problem is noise. You will listen to music from a neighboring club until three nights, and from six in the morning - how the neighbors open and close the doors and clean the rooms of the maid. If you come to Istanbul to stay out of sleep at all, no problem. "

"The room is not as big as Ctrip said, not 50 square meters. It is only 30 square meters at most, and it is not cleaned every day, but every other day. We went out for an exhibition, and we had to ask the front desk to clean the room again and again, otherwise they would not remember to change your towels. When we asked them at night, they said they were off work and there were no towels. The air conditioner remote control in the room had to be turned on by the front desk, and there was no separate remote control."

It’s located right near the spice bazaar, and mosques!
we are family of 4 with 3 and 6 year old, we had lots of fun walking around, and ferry and bus stops are all 5-7 mins walk !Gave us chance makes explore outside the bazar area more easy!Also Uber works great at Istanbul , 5-10 dollar can get your to lots of the areas compares to taxis wait at Palaces area asking for 30 Euro for a 15-20 mins Ride!
Things recommended:The cruises trip definitely a recommended, and take a local ferry to Asian side, they are totally different vibes and no one hassles you to buy stuff or give you tourist price on Asian side!Traditional Turkish Bath to end up our trip with!"

KKasterOne of the staff members was unfriendly and unhelpful. On our first day, we had to wait about 10 minutes at the check-in desk, even though three employees were present. The person who eventually assisted us didn’t even greet us—I said hello, and he simply asked for our passports. Later, this same staff member refused to call a taxi for us. Fortunately, another staff member was kind enough to help and called a taxi.
If you’re traveling with elderly people who can’t walk far and need a taxi directly in front of the hotel, I’d recommend avoiding this place. The streets are very narrow and often crowded, so taxis are reluctant to come. It’s especially frustrating when the hotel staff doesn’t assist with calling one.

JJobi TOverall, the experience was fine. I booked a standard room, which resembles a typical 3-star hotel room, though I believe they offer premium rooms as well. The efficiency of the reception staff varied; some were not up to the mark. For instance, when I asked one receptionist about taking a bus to Istanbul Airport, he responded with, “I have no idea.” It’s surprising that a receptionist wouldn’t know about airport transportation. They front desk was happy to talk to the driver and even helped me confirm pricing. As a single woman traveling I am wanting to take precautions for my safety. The room was authentic and had a comfortable warmth! The rooms were clean with comfortable beds. The location is close to the touristy spots with easy access to public transportation! Travelers be prepared, so many things to see and do-be prepared. I enjoyed the exciting hustle and bustle and with help I found my way on the public ferry to check out the other side for a local experience. I truly enjoyed my stay, Thank you Empire Palace

Close to the metro station.
The meeting was friendly.
When we had found in our kitchen no forks we ordered but the waiting time to fix the problem was too long.
Additionally, there were no spoons, no wine opener, no hair dryer
The room climate was a little cold.
In the room you can hear noise coming from the street even though we were living on the 27 floor.
Internet connection was unstable.
A bed in the bedroom was 1,4m but on Trip.com was stated that it’s 1,8m
No TV set in the bedroom
Because of the bed size we wanted to move to another room on the day however all the rooms we checked had smoke smell so we decided to stay at the room.
Swimming pool facilities not good. Need to be renovated.
The view from the hotel room was nice.

The apartments are clear, but the kitchen does not want ... The household is not properly performed.
