The hotel's location is excellent, making getting around very convenient, and it's not far from Shinjuku Station. The room was spacious and clean, well-equipped, with comfortable bedding, and good soundproofing. The front desk service was warm and professional, making both check-in and check-out smooth. There are plenty of dining and shopping options nearby. Overall, I had a very satisfying experience and would consider staying here again on my next trip to Tokyo.

Great location and service! It's just a 5-minute walk to Shinjuku Station, and there's a 7-Eleven right downstairs.

This was my second stay here, primarily because of its excellent location. It's a convenient 5-minute walk from the JR station and about 20 minutes to Isetan, making it easy to get anywhere. Plus, there's a direct shuttle bus to the airport that gets you there in just 1.5 hours. I stayed in the South Wing, and the room was a bit dated, but everything else was fine. There's a Komeda right outside, which is great for a high-value breakfast. On the second floor, there's a Family Mart, so it's super convenient for grabbing anything you need. The service is also very good; they provide complimentary water and buckwheat pillows. I highly recommend this as the top choice for Shinjuku, especially for its unbeatable value for money. Last time, there were Chinese-speaking staff at the front desk to help with check-in, but I didn't see any this time.

Whenever I'm in Japan for business, I always stay at the Keio Plaza Hotel near Shinjuku West Exit. It's super convenient with direct shuttle buses from both Narita and Haneda airports. The hotel itself is huge, and the service is excellent. They provide a full set of L'Occitane toiletries in the room, and the breakfast is delicious with a wide variety of options.

Our room was on the 30th floor or higher, and for Japan, it was incredibly spacious, clean, and tidy. The toiletries were L'Occitane. It's not super close to Isetan, especially on a really hot day. Overall, I'd give it a five-star rating.
