What truly shocked me was that when I picked up the two rolled-up long bath towels (I assume that's what they were) from the bed, one of them had a clump of hair inside, like a small bird's nest – it looked like it came from cleaning or something. I can't believe I forgot to take a picture to show you! Also, when I checked in, they said the Wi-Fi was under maintenance or something. I stayed for two days without internet and had to use my phone's data. Aside from the front desk, you'll have to figure out the rest for yourself, alas. Perhaps I was just unlucky to get this particular room (though I did ask about the toothbrush etc. downstairs, and they said they don't provide those, so fair enough). But that clump of hair? I genuinely didn't expect that. I don't want to condemn the place entirely, but you really need to consider these points."
