Hotels in Cotai,Macau
The Venetian Macao is an incredible, immersive hotel experience. 350 world-class shopping choices line a masterfully reconstructed Grand Canal, bridges spanning each bank, just as they do in Venice. An incredible array of dining options, bring guests the best of global cuisines no matter their appetite.

"This is my second time staying at The Venetian, and it's just as amazing as my first visit years ago! It's always bustling and popular. You can get to the hotel in about ten minutes from the Hengqin Port by taking their free shuttle. The hotel's internal walkways connect to popular attractions like The Parisian, The Londoner, and the Shoppes at Four Seasons. It's also a short walk to Rua da Cunha. The Grand Canal Shoppes on the third floor are still very lively, with various performances and food options that keep you entertained! The air conditioning is also incredibly strong! I especially want to commend and thank Mr. Andy, the very gentlemanly front desk staff member. He was so enthusiastic and proactive in understanding our needs. Seeing that we had a child with us and it would be inconvenient, he upgraded our room type. We were able to check in immediately without waiting or having to store our luggage, which was incredibly nice! The room had a fantastic view, and it was very spacious. Five-star rating! I'll definitely be back!"

DDudusimidaHygiene: The room was cleaned meticulously every day, a big thank you to the housekeeping staff. Service: I had such a good experience with my best friend in January that I decided to bring my in-laws and kids back to the hotel. However, the breakfast restaurant service this time was quite subpar. The staff weren't proactive enough, and their service felt stiff and lacked warmth. One specialty breakfast item took an exceptionally long time to arrive. On one particular day, after we were seated, no staff member asked if we'd like coffee or tea. This was a stark contrast to my first visit, where staff even remembered our names. Breakfast: The crackers at the cheese station were already stale. Breakfast has never been about a wide variety of options, but the pastries are exquisite, and the congee is also quite good. Overall, my experience from check-in to check-out this time was quite mediocre compared to my first stay. However, I do want to commend the housekeeping staff. Anyway, a huge thank you to the hotel for preparing an anniversary cake for my in-laws' room.

GGuest UserMy girlfriend and I traveled from Hong Kong to celebrate our 2-year anniversary, and our stay at this hotel completely exceeded our expectations! I originally booked via Trip.com, but wanting to arrange a small surprise, I emailed the hotel directly about three days before our arrival. Ms. Jane Chong handled my request, and she went absolutely above and beyond. Not only did she arrange a beautifully warm and lovely room design for the surprise, but she also proactively shared fantastic local recommendations to help us build a memorable itinerary. Her assistance truly made our trip unforgettable. Throughout our stay, I was consistently impressed by the hotel’s meticulous attention to detail. For example, finding a glasses cleaning cloth provided in the room is a rare and thoughtful touch that most hotels overlook. The entire staff is exceptionally professional and well-trained; every team member who assisted us always made sure to ask if we had any other needs before finishing their service. I also want to give a massive shoutout to Trista at the front desk. Since it was our first time staying here, she gave us a wonderfully detailed walkthrough of the room services and amenities. Later, when she was helping us view a higher-tier room setup, she showed remarkable consideration. She arrived and waited silently outside our door 10 minutes early, purposely not knocking until the exact time just to ensure she didn't disturb our rest. This level of dedication, discretion, and personalized care is world-class. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a flawless experience, and I deeply hope management formally recognizes both Jane and Trista for their outstanding hospitality!

MMuxi456A legendary hotel. Designed by Zaha Hadid, with an investment of 6.5 billion, utilizing 28,000 tons of steel, and managed by Lawrence Ho, it opened in 2018. The service is impeccable; guests are escorted to their rooms, and luggage is handled for them. The soundproofing in the rooms is excellent, and the fully smart features were truly ahead of their time 8 years ago. Don't miss the open-air pool on the 50th floor. Breakfast is served directly to the room. Guests in executive rooms can also have breakfast at the lounge on the 30th floor. It's a semi-buffet style, and the quality is superb. I do have to complain about the behavior of some mainland Chinese guests. Half of them were wearing slippers in the lounge, speaking loudly, playing audio on their phones without headphones, and generally lacking etiquette. Such 'uncouth' individuals really shouldn't be present in such an establishment.

AAHMAD FARHAN F M AL-MASLAMANI⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ An Exceptional Stay at Londoner Grand Macau Our stay at Londoner Grand exceeded our expectations from the moment we arrived until the day we checked out. The hotel feels elegant, modern, and luxurious, yet still warm and welcoming. Our room was beautifully designed, exceptionally clean, and very comfortable. Every detail seemed carefully considered, from the quality bedding and spacious bathroom to the premium amenities and thoughtful touches throughout the room. We especially appreciated the complimentary coffee machine, TWG tea selection, luxury toiletries, and the stunning views overlooking Cotai. The location is excellent, making it easy to explore the surrounding resorts, attractions, shopping, and dining options. The hotel itself is connected to a vibrant complex, so there is always something to see and enjoy without needing to travel far. What impressed us most was the level of service. The staff were professional, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. Check-in and check-out were smooth, and throughout our stay we felt valued as guests. The facilities were equally impressive. Everything was maintained to a very high standard, and the overall atmosphere felt refined, comfortable, and relaxing. It is clear that Londoner Grand aims to provide a premium guest experience, and in our case, it absolutely succeeded. One tip for future guests: if possible, I highly recommend paying the full reservation amount in advance. We prepaid our stay through Trip.com, and when we arrived for check-in, we were pleasantly surprised to find that we were exempt from paying a security deposit, which made the arrival process even faster and more convenient. Overall, this was one of the most enjoyable hotel stays we have had in Macau. We would gladly return and would not hesitate to recommend Londoner Grand to anyone looking for a luxurious, comfortable, and memorable experience.

XXiaobudianerererererThis was the best hotel experience we had during our trip to Hong Kong and Macau. I really care about service, and I went in with high expectations, but St. Regis truly lived up to its reputation as having the best service. The attention to detail in their service was astonishing and kept surprising me. Most of the staff were expatriates, and they were very prompt with pick-ups and drop-offs, and incredibly perceptive. The 6 PM evening ritual was quite grand. My husband and I were at the very back of the line, just hoping to grab a glass of champagne to try, and the front desk staff immediately brought one over to us. They were thoughtful, professional, enthusiastic, and gentle. Fruits and coffee were delivered whenever we wanted. The room was very clean and beautiful, and directly across from a mall where we could eat. If this hotel were in mainland China, I'd definitely want to stay here repeatedly.

GGuest UserIt was an absolutely wonderful time! Ms. Coey at the front desk, in particular, greeted me with a bright smile and helped me check in after 미리 checking on my requests. I was also touched by the housekeeper's thoughtful gesture of kindly checking on the turndown service time. When the toilet wouldn't flush in the middle of the night, a serious emergency(!), they resolved it immediately. I was almost embarrassed when they apologized for not fixing it sooner. Being connected to the Venetian meant I didn't have to go outside, and it was very convenient for getting to the House of Dancing Water. Tim Ho Wan on the first floor was a hit with my boyfriend on our first day. If I travel to Macau again, I wouldn't hesitate to choose this hotel. A big thank you to Ms. Coey once more!

MMYR-777I had a very enjoyable stay at The Parisian Macao. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable, and the location was excellent with easy access to the Cotai *****. The staff were friendly and professional throughout our stay, and check-in and check-out were smooth. We also appreciated the complimentary shuttle services, which made travelling around Macau very convenient. Overall, the facilities were well maintained and we would happily stay here again.

LLoloAugBeautiful hotel and great amenities. Rooms are spacious with a wonderful view of the garden or ocean. Although we are a couple sans children, the hotel is very family friendly with two pools (one indoor, one outdoor). Outdoor pool had an area for children with a zip line and balance obstacles. Children’s club with indoor bounce house, board games, table tennis table, pool table, foosball table and outdoor jungle gym. Changing room has a steam room, sauna and showers. Easy to order food and drinks pool side via QR code however service can be a little slow therefore expect to wait a little bit for what you ordered to be delivered. Breakfast buffet had a lot of options and price is very affordable, with a discounted price for children. Highly recommend staying here and we will stay here again in the future.

GGuest UserThe facilities are quite comprehensive, and the air conditioning works great. The room was clean. The hotel's location is excellent, not far from the Ruins of St. Paul's, and there are bus stops nearby, making it very convenient to get to Coloane and Taipa. It offers good value for money.
