"It was beyond expectation and satisfying. The hotel hardware is luxurious and exquisite, clean and sanitary. The software service is even more satisfactory, and the butler service system is particularly considerate. From the moment I checked in, a butler was always available to provide considerate service. I had already added my contact information before I checked in. They added a bed for us as requested and gave us a lot of desserts. The bouquet of flowers to welcome us was also very pleasing. I would like to thank the butler Ken Zhang for his attentive and considerate service, and also thank the butler Lucas Lu for his enthusiastic company. I will definitely stay here again next time I come to Macau."

Opened in 2018, the City of Dreams – Morpheus Macau offers travelers a pleasant stay in Macau, whether for business or leisure purposes. Boasting a convenient location, the hotel is just 3km from Macau International Airport and 11km from Zhuhai Railway Station. There's plenty to do nearby, with Venetian Theatre, Casino at Venetian Macao and Carmel Garden all within a short distance. In their spare time, guests can explore the hotel's surroundings. This Macau hotel offers parking on site.
"I was drawn to the Morpheus hotel's exterior on my last visit to Macau, so this time I specifically booked two nights. The room design is very modern, and all the facilities look brand new, almost unique in Macau.
The front desk service was very warm and welcoming. Whether calling the hotel through the Ctrip app on my phone or contacting room service from the room, the service was professional and attentive. Communication was seamless in either English or Mandarin, and all the staff were very patient. There's luggage storage service available both before check-in and after check-out. If early check-in is possible, the front desk will call to notify you. You can walk to the City of Dreams' free shuttle bus to get to the ferry terminal, airport, and other places. Staff members guide you, and the queues aren't too long, making it very convenient for catching flights.
The hotel lobby is next to the COD casino, with shops and restaurants nearby. The hotel gym isn't 24-hour; it opens at 10 AM, requires registration with a staff member, and is relatively small. My room faced Macau University of Science and Technology and the airport, so there wasn't much of a view. Turndown service in the evening included hand cream/essential oil. The fruit platter and mini-bar items were fully replenished each day. The toiletries were a full set from Acqua di Parma, and there was also a Zaha Hadid book in the room.
Overall, it was an excellent stay, and I will definitely choose this hotel again in the future."

AAlexander JoI stayed at the NUWA hotel in Macau from October 13th to 17th, 2025, and found the front desk service to be excellent, while the breakfast offerings were quite satisfactory. Although construction was ongoing in various areas, which occasionally caused noise, the staff remained remarkably courteous and attentive, consistent with my previous experiences at the property. However, despite visiting during weekdays, complimentary room upgrades were never offered throughout my stays.
The hotel's location in the heart of Cotai makes it exceptionally convenient for exploring Macau's attractions. What particularly impressed me was the turndown service—requests were handled promptly and efficiently. Whenever I had dining reservations or sightseeing plans, I could request the service and return to an impeccably prepared room, allowing me to enjoy the rest of my evening undisturbed. This level of responsiveness sets NUWA apart from other hotels, where such services are typically less accommodating. The turndown service has consistently exceeded my expectations.
My only reservation concerns the water dispensing system. While I appreciate the property's commitment to environmental sustainability, the current setup proves rather inconvenient in practice, which is disappointing.

44399dianjingdashiThis might be my fourth or fifth stay at the Galaxy Hotel, and I really love the interior design here. When the sun shines into the room, it feels so comfortable; it's never dark or gloomy. Every time I check in, there are always little desserts to enjoy while waiting, and Butler Betty is always there to assist. Most of the snacks and drinks in the room are complimentary! As for breakfast, it's quite pricey, similar to The Londoner, but comparing the two, it definitely falls short. I'll continue to choose Galaxy Hotel on my next trip to Macau, but I probably won't opt for breakfast again, haha, because the value for money isn't great. Betty also comes by during breakfast to ask how it was and what could be improved, which is definitely a commendable point! Such thoughtful service!

The room was spacious, and the ocean view from our room was absolutely stunning! The only thing I'd suggest for improvement is adding card-access to the elevators for specific floors to enhance security.

The room was spacious enough, and the living room's floor-to-ceiling windows made it bright and comfortable. The soundproofing and light-blocking of the guest room door were excellent; the Londoner really ought to take a page from W's book on that. The only minor flaw was the walk-in closet's blackout blind, which had gaps on three sides, making the bedroom quite bright even when drawn. This definitely needs optimizing. I couldn't upload a picture of the walk-in closet, but it was very large and convenient, even including a vanity. Breakfast was rather ordinary, and the restaurant layout could be improved.

XXuxiao0007As a Mandarin Oriental fan, I specifically chose the Mandarin Oriental Macau for my birthday stay, and the actual experience lived up to my expectations. As one of the very few high-star hotels in Macau without a casino, the Mandarin Oriental is truly an ideal place to stay. Several details really stood out and earned extra points. First, during check-in, the front desk duty manager, Hallie, proactively recognized it was my birthday and reserved a tower-view room on the highest floor in advance. This kind of luxury service truly lies in these small details. After we arrived in our room, we noticed some stains and imperfections on the bedding. When we informed the front desk before heading out, they meticulously re-housekept the room. Later that evening, returning to our room, we found a heartfelt letter and a fan prepared by the hotel's guest relations manager, Melody, which was very touching. The ability to efficiently and professionally resolve issues, even when they arise, is what guests value most. Finally, on the day of checkout, I went to the gym and met Annie and Leo. Upon learning I wanted to purchase some hotel merchandise to take home, they specifically arranged for a colleague from the spa to open early for us. When I used the pool, Leo was incredibly enthusiastic and attentive throughout. These details were definitely a huge plus. I hope the hotel management recognizes these efficient and professional staff members and conveys our gratitude. Should I return to Macau, MO will still be my top choice.

EE1561****So incredibly satisfied! Traveling with a two-and-a-half-year-old was completely stress-free! The hotel room was spacious, and the complimentary extra bed was also large. They offered free stroller service, and the kids' play area was like a kindergarten – my child didn't want to leave! There's also a swimming pool and spa. The Ruins of St. Paul's and the Science Center are nearby. The hotel is right next to Sands, and it's convenient to get anywhere by shuttle bus, taxi, or public bus. The service was thoughtful and meticulous, and the hotel's restaurants were delicious too! I've already recommended it to my friends with kids!

The hotel is incredibly clean and well maintained. Jockey Club metro station is just a few minutes’ walk away, and there are plenty of shops and supermarkets nearby. All the famous ******* can be reached within a few minutes by bus.
The view from the room is very nice — you can even see Zhuhai. Taipa ferry port and the airport are also not far, which is very convenient.
The staff are friendly, professional, and responsive. All our requests were handled promptly, and the reception kindly allowed us to check out one hour later than the official time. thanks to Charles for helping us with the shuttle bus schedules.

WwewewetwetFor foodies and explorers like us, this location is unbeatable! We could walk to so many places within 30 minutes. The area around the hotel really retains Macau's original charm, so I think those who enjoy a good stroll would love it. Even though I'm a gold member of the group, the member rate wasn't as good as Ctrip's this time. However, the hotel service was absolutely fantastic; as soon as we entered the lobby, we were immediately guided, and every single staff member we encountered was friendly and polite. We also tried the hotel's executive lounge facilities, and the food maintained the usual Sofitel standard – highly recommended. Our room was clean, tidy, comfortable, and spacious, and everything was arranged perfectly according to our booking notes, which we were very happy with. We were just snatching a quick getaway, so it was a bit of a rush, but we'll definitely come back to Macau for a proper vacation and stay at this hotel for more days! A highly recommended hotel.
