The Venetian Macao is an incredible, immersive hotel experience. 350 world-class shopping choices line a masterfully reconstructed Grand Canal, bridges spanning each bank, just as they do in Venice. An incredible array of dining options, bring guests the best of global cuisines no matter their appetite.

"The Venetian is an older hotel. I arrived around 2 PM for check-in, and Willson was very enthusiastic. He helped me with the process, gave a general overview of the hotel, provided a map, and pointed out the ongoing renovations, which actually didn't affect my stay at all. I stayed in the North Wing this time, which I found very convenient. Just one floor down to the third floor is the 'Food Paradise,' making dining and shopping very accessible. It's also easy to get to Cunha Street from the West Wing, and taking a taxi to the airport or ferry terminal is very convenient. My room overlooked the golf course and a peek of The Londoner's Big Ben. Toiletries and water were replenished daily!"

The Parisian Macao provides a great place for travelers to relax after a busy day. The Parisian Macao offers a pleasant stay in Macau for those traveling for business or leisure. The hotel is conveniently located a short 4km drive from Macau International Airport. Being just minutes away from Union Hospital Metro Station allows guests to explore the city with ease. There's plenty to do nearby, with House of Dancing Water, Kids' City and The Parisian Macao all within a short distance. In their spare time, guests can explore the hotel's surroundings. For those driving themselves, parking is provided on site. Our guests consider this hotel to have excellent service. This hotel is particularly popular with those traveling with families.

"The room view was great, and the staff were warm and friendly. A special shoutout to Alex, who handled our check-in; he was enthusiastic and professional, actively communicating with guests about their needs. It happened to be my child's birthday, and he had a surprise service and chocolates prepared in advance. Highly recommend!"

YYuhanxiaojiejieFacilities: The hotel is very new, both the software and hardware are up to par, meeting the star rating standards. Hygiene: I absolutely trust the hygiene in Macau, no issues there. Environment: The environment is great, smells lovely, thumbs up. Service: In terms of service, the only thing is that check-in at the lobby was a bit slow, even though it wasn't peak season. Hope they can improve on that, but the service itself was otherwise flawless.

TTubaobao111This is my third stay at E-Joo recently, and I'm still in the unbeatable view room! It was during Chinese New Year again, and at midnight on ***** New Year's Eve, watching the countdown to Big Ben while eating dumplings 🥟, celebrating the new year with Pipi at E-Joo was truly enjoyable this year! I stayed for three consecutive nights, and E-Joo's breakfast is also very rich, especially the daily dim sum selection (different every day) which is quite unique! Also, thanks to E-Joo for the birthday cake and gift! Happy New Year!

GGuest UserFacilities: Everything was great, the room was spacious and well-arranged, and the hot water worked perfectly. Hygiene: Housekeeping was very thorough; the bathroom was disinfected daily, and the carpets were vacuumed meticulously, with thoughtful touches added. Service: ALDY provided incredibly attentive service. Seeing our swimsuits hanging, they immediately brought a drying rack. My glasses were cleaned and placed back by the bed when I returned. They also promptly refilled water when they noticed a child needed milk.

CCarey LoyAltira Macau provides an experience that justifies its reputation, particularly for those who value service over superficial flair. During a four-night stay, the property maintained a high standard of cleanliness and operational efficiency that is becoming increasingly rare in larger integrated resorts. The convenience of the location allows for easy access to the surrounding area without being trapped in the chaotic atmosphere of the Cotai *****, making it a more sophisticated choice for a multi-night visit. What truly distinguishes the hotel is the execution of their service. The staff managed a birthday surprise for my wife with genuine care rather than a scripted checklist. Seeing her reaction to the effort they put in made it clear that this team understands how to personalize an experience. If you are looking for a stay that prioritizes the guest’s emotional experience as much as the technical details of hospitality, this is the place. Plan to improve your travel standards: 1. Mindset: Stop viewing hotel stays as just a bed and a shower. A four-night stay is a significant investment of time. Look for properties that offer ”anticipatory service” like you experienced here. 2. Action: When traveling for milestones, always provide specific details about preferences well in advance. Altira delivered here, but you can maximize these results elsewhere by being the architect of the surprise. 3. Strategy: Prioritize boutique-style luxury over massive resorts. The attention to detail you found at Altira is often lost in 2,000-room hotels. Stay where the staff has the bandwidth to care about your specific itinerary.

WWilliam HariI stayed at The Londoner Grand from March 22 to March 25, and the experience was exceptional from start to finish. The hotel’s location is incredibly strategic—directly connected or within walking distance to The Venetian, The Parisian, Four Seasons, MGM, City of Dreams, and Wynn. It made exploring Cotai extremely convenient. The room was spotless, quiet, and very comfortable. I especially appreciated the bathtub, the complete amenities, and the fact that the air‑conditioning could be adjusted so it wasn’t overly cold like many other hotels. This small detail made a big difference, allowing us to sleep very well. We also requested extra pillows during our stay, and they were delivered promptly. The hotel facilities are extensive, including a 24‑hour gym, steam room, sauna, and jacuzzi—although I didn’t have the chance to use all of them, it’s impressive to have such options available. The staff were consistently warm, polite, and responsive. Every request was handled quickly and professionally. During checkout, we asked for a late checkout because our flight was at 9 PM, and the team accommodated us without any issue. I would also like to give special appreciation to Koenig from the Concierge/Bell Boy team, who was extremely helpful when we were heading to the airport. His assistance left a very positive impression. Overall, we truly enjoyed our stay at The Londoner Grand. It was comfortable, convenient, and supported by excellent service. We will definitely return to this hotel the next time we visit Macau.

MMichelle liewI would give this property more stars, if I could.., just for how every staff member I’ve met made me feel welcome, cared for and important. From the moment we stepped out of our taxi, Tim (a very handsome young man) welcomed us and took care of our luggage’s, walked us up to the check in counter and warmly introduced us to Ryan. Ryan helped us with the check in and immediately made us feel like friends, not just guests. He found us a lovely room (1615 has amazing view) albeit before check in time, helped us orientate around the hotel and Cotai *****, invited us to the champagne ceremony at 6pm and happy hour at The St Regis bar, recommended a lovely restaurant for Macanese food at Taipa Village and of course, walked us to the lift. Behind the scene, he has arranged for Tim to get our luggage sent to the room. It’s a nice gesture to have our luggage’s nicely set up before we got in. Later in the evening, we met Douglas, Hotel GM who hosted us to many different cocktails and mocktails creations at The St Regis Bar. Again, he made us feel like friends, engaging in light conversation while enjoying the relaxed ambience with delicious snacks and drinks. I must recommend cotton club - with the honey comb. Credit goes to Douglas, who led his team to make a difference with every interaction across the hotel. After lunch, we returned to our room to a pleasant surprise. An introduction card and fruit platter from The Butler. Nice touch. I would have requested for a butler drawn bath if we have more time At dinner, Jonathan and his team, Pat and Niles made it just delightful. Every detail was thoughtfully executed - the food (go for beef cheek), ambience and service came together beautifully. We also appreciated the nice gesture of a welcome back dessert and printed photo to bring home at the end of the meal. The next day, seamless check out. Tim assisted us with the taxi and luggages. And as we waited for the taxi, Tim excused himself for a short while and came back with the box of almond cookies (Macao’s specialty) for us to bring home! St Regis really aced at making us feel at home and among friends. We’ll definitely be back soon.

CChaorenmaomiThis hotel doesn't have a casino, so it's not as crowded. The restaurant is quite small, and while the breakfast selection isn't huge, it tastes decent. The room isn't big, but then again, the price isn't high either. The doorman was really enthusiastic; he helped me call a taxi for a long time, which was great! 👍 If you're heading to the airport, you can actually use the hotel's car service for 150, which is pretty close to the 100 it would cost to get there yourself. Overall, I'm quite satisfied, aside from feeling the room was a bit small. I'm planning to go back in March and have already booked again!

XXiaofeitutu4424Stayed at the nearby W Hotel during the Qingming Festival to watch the World Cup. The price was quite high, but it's only a few minutes' walk from the Galaxy Arena. It's just one light rail stop from Hengqin Port. Honestly, the hotel lobby is quite small and hard to find, and the rooms are pretty standard. However, the service was decent; check-in and luggage storage were quick. The restaurant staff were also very friendly, and breakfast had a wide variety of options. From the Cotai room, you can see The Parisian, and the night view is lovely. There's also an airport shuttle bus stop just a two-minute walk downstairs, which is very convenient.

GGuest UserThis hotel was called The Westin when it first opened, and it was one of the best hotels in Macau at the time. Going back 30 years later, I still found the environment to be first-class and the hygiene facilities excellent. My 12-year-old son thoroughly enjoyed the facilities and surroundings, and he insisted we come back again next time. Although it's a bit far from the city center, it's still acceptable, and it's not too far from the newly opened [resort/area, assuming '群' refers to a new development or cluster of attractions]!

GGuest UserThe front desk service was okay, but the environment was subpar. I noticed a musty smell, and the soundproofing was terrible. I could hear people showering in the bathroom of the next room, and it was especially noisy when guests returned around 3 AM!
