"It was beyond expectation and satisfying. The hotel hardware is luxurious and exquisite, clean and sanitary. The software service is even more satisfactory, and the butler service system is particularly considerate. From the moment I checked in, a butler was always available to provide considerate service. I had already added my contact information before I checked in. They added a bed for us as requested and gave us a lot of desserts. The bouquet of flowers to welcome us was also very pleasing. I would like to thank the butler Ken Zhang for his attentive and considerate service, and also thank the butler Lucas Lu for his enthusiastic company. I will definitely stay here again next time I come to Macau."

"I was drawn to the Morpheus hotel's exterior on my last visit to Macau, so this time I specifically booked two nights. The room design is very modern, and all the facilities look brand new, almost unique in Macau. The front desk service was very warm and welcoming. Whether calling the hotel through the Ctrip app on my phone or contacting room service from the room, the service was professional and attentive. Communication was seamless in either English or Mandarin, and all the staff were very patient. There's luggage storage service available both before check-in and after check-out. If early check-in is possible, the front desk will call to notify you. You can walk to the City of Dreams' free shuttle bus to get to the ferry terminal, airport, and other places. Staff members guide you, and the queues aren't too long, making it very convenient for catching flights. The hotel lobby is next to the COD casino, with shops and restaurants nearby. The hotel gym isn't 24-hour; it opens at 10 AM, requires registration with a staff member, and is relatively small. My room faced Macau University of Science and Technology and the airport, so there wasn't much of a view. Turndown service in the evening included hand cream/essential oil. The fruit platter and mini-bar items were fully replenished each day. The toiletries were a full set from Acqua di Parma, and there was also a Zaha Hadid book in the room. Overall, it was an excellent stay, and I will definitely choose this hotel again in the future."

"Lovely service 🥰. Always available. They prepared a free cake for my husband birthday. Yummy cioccolate 😋 Free Shuttle to ferry and airport pick up and drop off. Breakfast we had alla carta room service healthy bowl. Water bottle in the room and great amenities (toiletries). Gym is spacious and fully equipment. Hope to join you again and again. Also great and accurate Luggage storage service."

"The room was clean and the hotel location was great. It was very convenient to get to The Londoner and The Venetian Macau. This time, they had a collaboration with POP Mart, and the Christmas tree in the lobby made for some fantastic photos. I'll definitely stay here again. Free entry to the 7th floor of the Eiffel Tower observation deck, but you need to buy a separate ticket to go to the top."
