"This hotel delivered a full 5-star experience, and I couldn't be happier! It's super convenient to get to – we just hopped in a taxi from the ferry terminal straight to the hotel. And for our return trip to Hong Kong, there's a direct shuttle service to Tsim Sha Tsui right from the hotel lobby (the 'HK-Macau Express'), which was a great way to experience the Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macau Bridge. The hotel is connected to The Londoner and The Parisian, so you could literally spend an entire day exploring and still not see everything. The service was excellent, and the room was incredibly spacious. With two queen-sized beds, it could easily accommodate four people. Definitely much better value for money than the 'pigeon-hole' hotels you find in Hong Kong!"

A special shoutout to Alex, who handled our check-in; he was enthusiastic and professional, actively communicating with guests about their needs. It happened to be my child's birthday, and he had a surprise service and chocolates prepared in advance. Highly recommend!"

YYuhanxiaojiejieFacilities: The hotel is very new, both the software and hardware are up to par, meeting the star rating standards. Hygiene: I absolutely trust the hygiene in Macau, no issues there. Environment: The environment is great, smells lovely, thumbs up. Service: In terms of service, the only thing is that check-in at the lobby was a bit slow, even though it wasn't peak season. Hope they can improve on that, but the service itself was otherwise flawless.

It was during Chinese New Year again, and at midnight on ***** New Year's Eve, watching the countdown to Big Ben while eating dumplings 🥟, celebrating the new year with Pipi at E-Joo was truly enjoyable this year! I stayed for three consecutive nights, and E-Joo's breakfast is also very rich, especially the daily dim sum selection (different every day) which is quite unique! Also, thanks to E-Joo for the birthday cake and gift! Happy New Year!

Hygiene: Housekeeping was very thorough; the bathroom was disinfected daily, and the carpets were vacuumed meticulously, with thoughtful touches added. Service: ALDY provided incredibly attentive service. Seeing our swimsuits hanging, they immediately brought a drying rack. My glasses were cleaned and placed back by the bed when I returned. They also promptly refilled water when they noticed a child needed milk.

WWilliam HariI stayed at The Londoner Grand from March 22 to March 25, and the experience was exceptional from start to finish. The hotel’s location is incredibly strategic—directly connected or within walking distance to The Venetian, The Parisian, Four Seasons, MGM, City of Dreams, and Wynn. It made exploring Cotai extremely convenient.
The room was spotless, quiet, and very comfortable. I especially appreciated the bathtub, the complete amenities, and the fact that the air‑conditioning could be adjusted so it wasn’t overly cold like many other hotels. This small detail made a big difference, allowing us to sleep very well. We also requested extra pillows during our stay, and they were delivered promptly.
The hotel facilities are extensive, including a 24‑hour gym, steam room, sauna, and jacuzzi—although I didn’t have the chance to use all of them, it’s impressive to have such options available.
The staff were consistently warm, polite, and responsive. Every request was handled quickly and professionally. During checkout, we asked for a late checkout because our flight was at 9 PM, and the team accommodated us without any issue. I would also like to give special appreciation to Koenig from the Concierge/Bell Boy team, who was extremely helpful when we were heading to the airport. His assistance left a very positive impression.
Overall, we truly enjoyed our stay at The Londoner Grand. It was comfortable, convenient, and supported by excellent service. We will definitely return to this hotel the next time we visit Macau.

In the afternoon, they sent a birthday cake [cake], balloons 🎈, and fruit, which made me really happy. Then, I had another pleasant surprise at breakfast the next morning! Every day at 6 PM, there's a champagne toast ceremony 🍷 using Veuve Clicquot, which truly made me feel joyful and happy 🥳 [celebration]. The service attitude was excellent 👍. XXiaofeitutu4424Stayed at the nearby W Hotel during the Qingming Festival to watch the World Cup. The price was quite high, but it's only a few minutes' walk from the Galaxy Arena. It's just one light rail stop from Hengqin Port. Honestly, the hotel lobby is quite small and hard to find, and the rooms are pretty standard. However, the service was decent; check-in and luggage storage were quick. The restaurant staff were also very friendly, and breakfast had a wide variety of options. From the Cotai room, you can see The Parisian, and the night view is lovely. There's also an airport shuttle bus stop just a two-minute walk downstairs, which is very convenient.

GGuest UserThis hotel was called The Westin when it first opened, and it was one of the best hotels in Macau at the time. Going back 30 years later, I still found the environment to be first-class and the hygiene facilities excellent. My 12-year-old son thoroughly enjoyed the facilities and surroundings, and he insisted we come back again next time. Although it's a bit far from the city center, it's still acceptable, and it's not too far from the newly opened [resort/area, assuming '群' refers to a new development or cluster of attractions]!

GGuest UserWe had a great stay in this hotel. It’s just 8-10 mins walk from Senado Square, it’s quite and convenient. The staff are very nice and accommodating, and very friendly too. They always greet and smile each time they see us, which made us more comfortable during our stay. We will definitely book and stay with them again in the future.
