MMuxi456A legendary hotel. Designed by Zaha Hadid, with an investment of 6.5 billion, utilizing 28,000 tons of steel, and managed by Lawrence Ho, it opened in 2018.
The service is impeccable; guests are escorted to their rooms, and luggage is handled for them. The soundproofing in the rooms is excellent, and the fully smart features were truly ahead of their time 8 years ago. Don't miss the open-air pool on the 50th floor.
Breakfast is served directly to the room. Guests in executive rooms can also have breakfast at the lounge on the 30th floor. It's a semi-buffet style, and the quality is superb.
I do have to complain about the behavior of some mainland Chinese guests. Half of them were wearing slippers in the lounge, speaking loudly, playing audio on their phones without headphones, and generally lacking etiquette. Such 'uncouth' individuals really shouldn't be present in such an establishment.

GGuest UserExtremely satisfied! The hotel environment is comfortable and very clean. The staff are well-trained, warm, and attentive. A special shout-out to Tel at the front desk who helped me with my luggage to my room. Knowing I like to drink tea and Coke, they immediately had a staff member bring me drinking water and Coke. A five-star hotel with first-class service!

GGuest UserThe Londoner Macao is excellent in every aspect â facilities, location, and service. It's also very convenient to get around, offering fantastic value for money.
My only complaints are that the pillows aren't comfortable and the shower enclosure isn't sealed well enough, so water leaks out, leaving the floor quite wet after showering. These two issues are consistent every time.

GGuest UserThe room was incredibly spacious, and the view is arguably one of the best in all of Macau â truly a breathtaking, 'influencer-worthy' scene. The location is absolutely prime, right above the Londoner North Wing. To the west, you have The Venetian; to the north, City of Dreams; and to the east, MGM and Wynn Palace. A short walk through The Londoner brings you to The Parisian and Studio City to the south. The St. Regis butler service lived up to its excellent reputation; not only were drinks delivered promptly whenever we called, but they also perfectly solved our tricky issue of needing to store breast milk.

Hygiene: The bed was comfortably soft, the pillows were cozy, and bottled water was refilled endlessly. Service: Attentive service; front desk staff member He Xiaoying was exceptionally thoughtful. Our luggage was delivered directly to our room, and we even received Eiffel Tower chocolates as a souvenir.

GGuest UserStayed at the W with my grandma and baby. You can take the Studio City shuttle from the airport, and the hotel is the second stop. My little one exclaimed how beautiful the hotel was while we were waiting to check in. The front desk staff even upgraded us to a room with a great view and provided excellent service. We could see the Parisian's Eiffel Tower and the Ferris wheel nearby. It's currently Disney-themed, and my child had so much fun they didn't want to leave. The 40th-floor restaurant, 'Hua,' also has an amazing view, and their set menus are a great value â just be sure to book in advance. This trip was a bit rushed, so we didn't get to experience the Ferris wheel or the water park, but we'll definitely be back next time.

GGuest UserThe hotel is truly grand and impressive, and the room amenities are excellent. Room service was also very prompt and efficient. I honestly have very little to complain about.
The only thing I think could be improved is the toiletries provided in the room. It would be great if they could switch to disposable ones, as it can be off-putting for someone with a phobia of germs.

LLoloAugBeautiful hotel and great amenities. Rooms are spacious with a wonderful view of the garden or ocean. Although we are a couple sans children, the hotel is very family friendly with two pools (one indoor, one outdoor). Outdoor pool had an area for children with a zip line and balance obstacles. Childrenâs club with indoor bounce house, board games, table tennis table, pool table, foosball table and outdoor jungle gym. Changing room has a steam room, sauna and showers. Easy to order food and drinks pool side via QR code however service can be a little slow therefore expect to wait a little bit for what you ordered to be delivered. Breakfast buffet had a lot of options and price is very affordable, with a discounted price for children. Highly recommend staying here and we will stay here again in the future.

It's super convenient for getting things done, there are lots of food options nearby, and it's easy to get to the border crossing. Plus, the hotel offers shuttle service. Oh, and the egg tarts in the lobby are absolutely delicious!

GGuest UserThe hygiene is good, and the sea-view breakfast environment is pleasant. It's convenient to get there by taking the Galaxy Shuttle and crossing the skybridge after getting off. The hotel offers a shuttle bus to The Venetian, but it only runs a few times a day. The facilities are a bit old, especially the hairdryer. A deposit of 500 MOP is required, payable only by Alipay or cash, WeChat is not accepted. The service is decent; I didn't have a power adapter for charging, and they sent one up immediately.
