MMuxi456A legendary hotel. Designed by Zaha Hadid, with an investment of 6.5 billion, utilizing 28,000 tons of steel, and managed by Lawrence Ho, it opened in 2018.
The service is impeccable; guests are escorted to their rooms, and luggage is handled for them. The soundproofing in the rooms is excellent, and the fully smart features were truly ahead of their time 8 years ago. Don't miss the open-air pool on the 50th floor.
Breakfast is served directly to the room. Guests in executive rooms can also have breakfast at the lounge on the 30th floor. It's a semi-buffet style, and the quality is superb.
I do have to complain about the behavior of some mainland Chinese guests. Half of them were wearing slippers in the lounge, speaking loudly, playing audio on their phones without headphones, and generally lacking etiquette. Such 'uncouth' individuals really shouldn't be present in such an establishment.

A special shout-out to Tel at the front desk who helped me with my luggage to my room. Knowing I like to drink tea and Coke, they immediately had a staff member bring me drinking water and Coke. A five-star hotel with first-class service!

The room was incredibly spacious, bright, comfortable, and spotless. They even provided fresh fruit. The bathroom was expansive, and the walk-in closet was huge. A little more light at the vanity would be a nice touch. Breakfast was also very refined. Overall, it was excellent, a full five-star review! 👍👍👍👍👍

GGuanzizai79I used to stay in a king-size bed room, but this time I booked a twin room. The mattress was already sunken in, and the pillows were a problem too – one was too high, and the other was too flat and soft. Plus, the floor drain in the bathroom was extremely slow, causing a flood in no time. I called for maintenance, and they arrived pretty quickly, but they couldn't fix the slow drain itself. This time, I booked three rooms, and all my relatives and friends complained about the beds and pillows, saying they weren't comfortable to sleep on.
Previously, I booked four king-size bed rooms, and they were excellent, with none of these issues. To sum it up, for couples, booking a king-size bed room is much better. Definitely don't book a twin room; it's noticeably worse.
Also, when I went to the 5th floor for food, PinYue was decent, but the other options were just average. The Parisian Food Court is a bit better than the one at the Venetian!

GGuest UserI came to Macau for a concert this time, and the W's price was relatively more reasonable, plus the hotel is quite new, so I booked it. During check-in, we met a super nice front desk staff member, Alex, who helped us upgrade to a suite! That really set a wonderful and lucky tone for our entire Macau trip. We even managed to perfectly avoid several intermittent rain showers later on. The hotel breakfast was also good; I saw many recommendations for the seafood congee, and the Danish pastries were quite tasty. But the best thing was the walnut bun!!! Unfortunately, on the second day, it was replaced by a lava bun at breakfast. Oh, and the hotel's shuttle bus is very convenient. If you're traveling to and from Macau Airport, it goes all the way to the last stop, and you can quickly walk to the hotel from there. Plus, the drop-off point has a roof, so no worries about rain. All in all, a great experience! 👍

LLoloAugBeautiful hotel and great amenities. Rooms are spacious with a wonderful view of the garden or ocean. Although we are a couple sans children, the hotel is very family friendly with two pools (one indoor, one outdoor). Outdoor pool had an area for children with a zip line and balance obstacles. Children’s club with indoor bounce house, board games, table tennis table, pool table, foosball table and outdoor jungle gym. Changing room has a steam room, sauna and showers. Easy to order food and drinks pool side via QR code however service can be a little slow therefore expect to wait a little bit for what you ordered to be delivered. Breakfast buffet had a lot of options and price is very affordable, with a discounted price for children. Highly recommend staying here and we will stay here again in the future.

I've been there for how many times but the last time we stay we are so so disappointed with that Chinese old lady staff in swimming pool area for Not allowing my niece (6 and 11yrs old) to go in big pool area with thier dad bcoz staff said there are people there just let them only stayed in JACUZZI area hahaha We are wondering Why??. Because THEY ARE HER REGULAR CUSTOMER? Paying daily just to swim How about their Guest? Booked the Hotel Room? She must be polite to everyone because WE ARE THIER GUEST ALSO.
Hoping no more diisappointment next time.

It's super convenient for getting things done, there are lots of food options nearby, and it's easy to get to the border crossing. Plus, the hotel offers shuttle service. Oh, and the egg tarts in the lobby are absolutely delicious!

The transport guide provided at the front desk was a thoughtful touch. However, the overall room facilities are quite old, and I even found false eyelashes on the carpet. This definitely needs improvement.

GGuest UserThe hygiene is good, and the sea-view breakfast environment is pleasant. It's convenient to get there by taking the Galaxy Shuttle and crossing the skybridge after getting off. The hotel offers a shuttle bus to The Venetian, but it only runs a few times a day. The facilities are a bit old, especially the hairdryer. A deposit of 500 MOP is required, payable only by Alipay or cash, WeChat is not accepted. The service is decent; I didn't have a power adapter for charging, and they sent one up immediately.
