Muxi456A legendary hotel. Designed by Zaha Hadid, with an investment of 6.5 billion, utilizing 28,000 tons of steel, and managed by Lawrence Ho, it opened in 2018.
The service is impeccable; guests are escorted to their rooms, and luggage is handled for them. The soundproofing in the rooms is excellent, and the fully smart features were truly ahead of their time 8 years ago. Don't miss the open-air pool on the 50th floor.
Breakfast is served directly to the room. Guests in executive rooms can also have breakfast at the lounge on the 30th floor. It's a semi-buffet style, and the quality is superb.
I do have to complain about the behavior of some mainland Chinese guests. Half of them were wearing slippers in the lounge, speaking loudly, playing audio on their phones without headphones, and generally lacking etiquette. Such 'uncouth' individuals really shouldn't be present in such an establishment.

fishwingI've always wanted to stay at Hotel Okura, but it's so hard to get a reservation. I finally managed to book a two-night, three-day stay last week, and I was so impressed by the meticulous and thoughtful service. I have to give it a big thumbs up:
1. Before checking in, I emailed the hotel to let them know it was my husband's birthday in June and asked for some birthday decorations. They replied quickly, and to my surprise, they even sent a delicious matcha cake! [Strong]
2. The hotel lobby is open and airy with a simple, understated design. The bamboo garden courtyard is serene and luxurious, creating a wonderful ambiance. The front desk staff are all attractive and friendly. When we checked in, Johnny thoughtfully extended our check-out time to 1 PM. When we checked out, Alsen proactively asked about our stay and even gave us a hotel fridge magnet. The service from both gentlemen was truly exceptional.
3. The guest room layout is well-designed, comfortable, and practical. The Japanese design details are perfectly executed. The tea set is very practical, and there were also candies and fruit, with complimentary beverages. The housekeeping staff did a fantastic job cleaning and thoughtfully organized all my jewelry and cosmetics. It's been years since I've seen such a comprehensive turndown service – water, slippers, and a bathmat were all meticulously placed, and they even provided a sleep spray and paper cranes. Coming back to a tidy room every day after enjoying the Grand Resort Deck was incredibly comforting.
4. I've already decided to bring my mom to Hotel Okura next time, and I hope it will be easier to book then. I do wish the trash can in the bathroom was a bit bigger. All in all, my stay at Hotel Okura was very pleasant and excellent.

XiaobudianerererererThis was the best hotel experience we had during our trip to Hong Kong and Macau. I really care about service, and I went in with high expectations, but St. Regis truly lived up to its reputation as having the best service. The attention to detail in their service was astonishing and kept surprising me. Most of the staff were expatriates, and they were very prompt with pick-ups and drop-offs, and incredibly perceptive. The 6 PM evening ritual was quite grand. My husband and I were at the very back of the line, just hoping to grab a glass of champagne to try, and the front desk staff immediately brought one over to us. They were thoughtful, professional, enthusiastic, and gentle. Fruits and coffee were delivered whenever we wanted. The room was very clean and beautiful, and directly across from a mall where we could eat. If this hotel were in mainland China, I'd definitely want to stay here repeatedly.

Guest UserThis time it was a family trip. The room was very clean and tidy, and spacious enough, facing the Parisian Macao with an excellent view. The water park is right downstairs, and the kids had an absolute blast, saying they want to come again next time!

Traveling from mainland China to Hong Kong and then Macau, we stayed at the Art House Macau. The lobby immediately impressed us with its vibrant, artistic vibe. The cartoon wall, filled with various comic characters, brought out a sense of childlike wonder. Upon entering the room, a refreshing artistic atmosphere enveloped us. The room wasn't just fresh and elegant; our family room for three was incredibly comfortable and clean. Highly recommended! Special thanks to Zika, Mia, Delia, Leslie, Yoyo, Erica, and Wilson for their excellent service.

LoloAugBeautiful hotel and great amenities. Rooms are spacious with a wonderful view of the garden or ocean. Although we are a couple sans children, the hotel is very family friendly with two pools (one indoor, one outdoor). Outdoor pool had an area for children with a zip line and balance obstacles. Children’s club with indoor bounce house, board games, table tennis table, pool table, foosball table and outdoor jungle gym. Changing room has a steam room, sauna and showers. Easy to order food and drinks pool side via QR code however service can be a little slow therefore expect to wait a little bit for what you ordered to be delivered. Breakfast buffet had a lot of options and price is very affordable, with a discounted price for children. Highly recommend staying here and we will stay here again in the future.

Guest UserI have stayed at the Macau Legend Palace Hotel many times, and each visit has left me with a deeply positive impression of both the overall living environment and the hotel's comprehensive service standards.
The front desk staff's service particularly stands out. They are thoughtful and warm towards guests, always smiling, humble, and sincere. Every time I check in, the staff handles the procedures meticulously and efficiently, with attention to every detail, ensuring a smooth and comforting experience that always makes me feel at home after a long journey. Their solid professional skills and heartfelt service philosophy are truly the hotel's shining service hallmark.
The hotel's facilities are equally outstanding. The living environment is tranquil and elegant, the rooms are well-equipped and immaculately maintained, and the parking lot is well-planned, making it very convenient for those traveling by car.
As a long-time returning guest, I genuinely appreciate the hotel's consistent commitment to quality. The frontline staff's dedicated and meticulous approach to guest service not only reflects their excellent professional qualities but also fully showcases the Legend Palace Hotel's high-quality service foundation. It's truly commendable and deserves widespread praise.

Every time we renew our child's passport, we stay here. It's super convenient for getting things done, there are lots of food options nearby, and it's easy to get to the border crossing. Plus, the hotel offers shuttle service. Oh, and the egg tarts in the lobby are absolutely delicious!

PulishendinachuangwuerThis hotel offers great value for money. It's very close to Galaxy Macau, just across the road. The view from the window is also lovely. Getting a taxi right outside the hotel is super quick, and the metro is also nearby. For food, there's a good restaurant called Macao Restaurant just a few hundred meters away; their pork chop bun is especially delicious and it's very affordable. From the restaurant, Taipa Village (Rua do Cunha) is also very close, perfect for a stroll.
