I chose this hotel because of Zaha's design, and I was truly amazed by the futuristic setting. All the furniture and amenities in the room were very high-quality, and the perfume, hand cream, and toiletries had a fresh and pleasant scent. Interestingly, there was a picture book in the room that detailed the architectural design and construction process. When ordering room service, a dining table is brought in, and the service is excellent and responsive. The breakfast environment and taste are also fantastic – highly recommended. The only minor downside was that the bathtub wasn't clean; it felt gritty to the touch. Overall, I really loved this hotel and it's definitely worth staying at when in Macau. If I have the chance (and money) in the future, I'll come again and also try the Michelin-starred restaurant on the third floor.

I've always wanted to stay at Hotel Okura, but it's so hard to get a reservation. I finally managed to book a two-night, three-day stay last week, and I was so impressed by the meticulous and thoughtful service. I have to give it a big thumbs up: 1. Before checking in, I emailed the hotel to let them know it was my husband's birthday in June and asked for some birthday decorations. They replied quickly, and to my surprise, they even sent a delicious matcha cake! [Strong] 2. The hotel lobby is open and airy with a simple, understated design. The bamboo garden courtyard is serene and luxurious, creating a wonderful ambiance. The front desk staff are all attractive and friendly. When we checked in, Johnny thoughtfully extended our check-out time to 1 PM. When we checked out, Alsen proactively asked about our stay and even gave us a hotel fridge magnet. The service from both gentlemen was truly exceptional. 3. The guest room layout is well-designed, comfortable, and practical. The Japanese design details are perfectly executed. The tea set is very practical, and there were also candies and fruit, with complimentary beverages. The housekeeping staff did a fantastic job cleaning and thoughtfully organized all my jewelry and cosmetics. It's been years since I've seen such a comprehensive turndown service – water, slippers, and a bathmat were all meticulously placed, and they even provided a sleep spray and paper cranes. Coming back to a tidy room every day after enjoying the Grand Resort Deck was incredibly comforting. 4. I've already decided to bring my mom to Hotel Okura next time, and I hope it will be easier to book then. I do wish the trash can in the bathroom was a bit bigger. All in all, my stay at Hotel Okura was very pleasant and excellent.

We stayed at Andaz Macau for our anniversary with our child, and the experience exceeded our expectations. The hotel is very family-friendly, and during our stay, we had free access to the Grand Resort Deck. The Skywave Pool and Skytop Adventure Rapids kept our child entertained, and they didn't want to leave. The room was clean and tidy, spacious, and well-equipped with children's slippers and toiletries. The staff who helped set up the tent in our room were incredibly friendly and polite. In particular, Josha (not sure if the name is correct), a housekeeping colleague, provided wonderful turndown service in the evening, which was so thoughtful and attentive – a perfect end to a long day of playing. We also want to give a special shout-out to Elena at the front desk. She handled our check-in efficiently, with a warm and friendly smile. She proactively introduced the hotel's family-friendly facilities and helped us confirm the Grand Resort Deck tickets and directions. When we returned to our room in the evening, we found an anniversary cake she had arranged, which made our child incredibly happy. The location is quiet and convenient for getting to Galaxy Macau. We will definitely choose Andaz Macau again when we return to Macau, and we're very grateful for the hotel staff's enthusiastic service ❤️

The genuine warmth and friendliness of the front desk staff set a tone of honored hospitality for this trip. After check-in, a staff member named Chris personally escorted us to our room and meticulously introduced us to all the facilities. During our conversation, he gently mentioned the brand's proud signature butler service – a reassuring feeling of being on-call yet never intrusive. Although we only stayed for one night and were in a hurry, we couldn't fully experience the charm of the butler service. However, this meticulous hospitality was enough to give us a glimpse into St. Regis's ultimate pursuit of professionalism and craftsmanship. What was particularly captivating was the extended breakfast period, stretching from 7 AM until 1 PM. This thoughtful gesture is undoubtedly a romantic gift for late risers. There's no need to rush; you can leisurely enjoy it as a lavish brunch in a quiet, elegant, and peaceful environment, accompanied by the morning light and grace, starting the new day with sophistication.

Our stay at The Parisian Macao was wonderful right from check-in. Even though there was a bit of a queue, the staff were very efficient and we didn't have to wait long. Ruby and Lily at the front desk were particularly attentive; they proactively gave us a hotel map, marked our room location, and patiently explained the breakfast restaurant and nearby routes. The 70-square-meter suite was very spacious, the bedding was comfortable, and the bathroom was large and fully equipped. Being right above a mall and food court meant we had everything we needed for dining, shopping, and entertainment all in one place.

The hotel is nestled by mountains and the sea, offering stunning views 👍. Getting to Macau from Hong Kong via the Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macau Bridge is very convenient. Sitting on the 'Golden Bus' (shuttle bus) and admiring the spectacular bridge and endless ocean is truly a delight. On this trip across the sea, I was lucky enough to spot some dolphins. These sea sprites were incredibly cute, but unfortunately, my hands weren't fast enough to capture them flipping around, so I missed the chance to photograph them. All I can do is wish these sprites a long and happy life 🙏.

I've stayed at this hotel a few times, and it always feels cozy. There are quite a few rooms available, and the transportation is pretty convenient, with a Sands shuttle bus nearby. It's a great option for families, couples, or business travelers. Especially the sea view rooms – you can relax and enjoy the ocean view. A really good choice!

The hotel is within walking distance of the Macau Outer Harbour Ferry Terminal, which takes around 15–20 minutes even with luggage. There’s also a nearby public bus stop that provides convenient access to the Cotai area. The housekeeping staff were friendly as well. Overall, the stay was good, although the design feels a bit old-school. The in-house ****** has also ceased operations since November 2025.

For a one-night stay, the Holiday Inn by IHG proved to be a practical and comfortable choice. Located within walking distance of the city center, the hotel offers convenience without the premium price tag of the ****** resorts. The room was clean and functional, and soundproofing was good. The bed was genuinely restful after a long day of exploration. Service was efficient and friendly, with quick check-in and helpful local recommendations. For travelers seeking a no-fuss base to explore Macau's historic streets and ******* without breaking the bank, this Holiday Inn delivers exactly what it promises: solid, dependable comfort in an unbeatable location.

The location is key, with a nice surrounding area and a bus stop nearby offering routes to various places. It's an established star-rated hotel; the grand and luxurious lobby clearly shows its former glory. The price was acceptable for the summer holiday period. Room facilities and amenities were well-maintained, the bedding was clean and tidy, and the service was good. The breakfast area was also pleasant, with a sufficient variety of Chinese and Western options, and the food was decent. Staff frequently patrolled, promptly refilling items when they ran low. Staying for two nights, it was a satisfying holiday experience.
