JJiafeiaichiniangaoOh my goodness, this hotel is absolutely fantastic! The front desk staff are all incredibly nice and accommodating, always ready to help and very friendly towards children. They even give you hand cream before bed, and everything in the mini-bar except alcoholic drinks is complimentary â there are even instant noodles, which my kids loved! The semi-buffet breakfast is also wonderful. I've stayed at The Londoner and Four Seasons in Macau before, and this time I tried Morpheus and St. Regis. I have to say, I highly recommend The Londoner and Morpheus; I'll definitely choose these two again next time. Of course, I'd also like to try other hotels, haha. And a big shout-out to YĂ LĂłng HĂš at Morpheus â the food is delicious, the service is excellent, and for my birthday, they even gave me longevity buns and a pen with the YĂ LĂłng HĂš logo. This was the most comfortable stay! I do have one small suggestion though: it would be even better if the customized birthday room key card also included the birth date.

AAhn Hyun JooAll was good except the smoking smell in the room althogh it was a non smoking room. The smoking smell was so strong that I couldn't sleep well. They changed the room next day and it was ok. The Ramen resturant was just down there and many shops connected to other hotels.

GGuest UserThe lady who handled our check-in was incredibly meticulous and patient, and the bedding in the room was exceptionally comfortable â those were the two best things. I was traveling with my mother, and they happily switched us from a king room to a twin room, which we appreciated. The area around the hotel is very picturesque for photos. For shopping, it's not as extensive as the Londoner. We went primarily for the Eiffel Tower and booked a lunch set menu at La Chine. After our meal, we were able to use our receipt to get free access to the top observation deck of the Eiffel Tower, which was a lovely bonus and fulfilled a little wish of ours!

GGuest UserThis hotel is huge! They offer shuttle services to major attractions and the airport, which makes getting around super convenient. We arrived a bit past 1 PM, and the front desk was able to get us into a room early. Our room was spacious and beautiful, and the garden was absolutely delightful. The breakfast here is also excellent â I've had many hotel breakfasts, and this one really stands out (though I haven't tried any super high-end places). There's even a mall within the hotel with plenty of dining and shopping options, although it's so big my feet hurt from all the walking! It's also very close to the airport. I'd definitely come back if I get the chance.

GGuest UserThe room size was just right, clean and hygienic, and the L'Occitane toiletries made it feel very luxurious. The only downside is the location, which is a bit out of the way. However, the price was good, so it's definitely worth recommending.

Vvivian_eastwoodThis is my second stay here, and I absolutely love it! The environment is great, and the service is excellent. They even upgraded my room. Currently, they also have an Indian food night dinner event. A taxi to the Galaxy Arena costs 50, but if you want to save money, you can take bus 21A right outside the hotel. Get off at The Londoner, and The Venetian is just across the street. The Londoner also has a direct shuttle to the airport. I really like it here and will definitely come back next time!

LLvlailvquThe facilities are a bit old, but the location is great. After clearing customs, I just followed the navigation and walked there. The room isn't big, but it has all the amenities, which is really good. To experience Macanese culture, I even went for dim sum early in the morning.

Cleanliness: Clean and tidy. Housekeeping comes to clean every day.
Environment: Quiet and comfortable with floor heating, which kept it very warm.
Service: Very warm and welcoming. It's right across from Fisherman's Wharf, so it's perfect for watching the sunrise.

Ppeggy7758Our room was on a higher floor, so it was pretty quiet with minimal noise. Overall, the room was clean, though the facilities were a bit dated. The main drawback was the air conditioning at night; it was very loud and constantly rattling. Everything else was generally acceptable.
When calling a taxi from the front desk, there were often issues with the line being busy. If you urgently need a car, it's best to check if someone is getting out of a taxi at the entrance, or head over to the taxi stand at Galaxy, or use their dedicated ride service.
The location isn't right next to Galaxy, but it's still quite close. We were able to walk to Rua da Cunha (Taipa Village) in the evening and back from there without any trouble. The Grand Hyatt Residences are right next door, as is the Inn Hotel Yacht.
