MMaomaoxiaohuixiongFirst, let me talk about the service. From the front desk to housekeeping, everything was warm and thoughtful. Ms. Lin at the front desk was incredibly polite and attentive during check-in, which was really touching. And housekeeping was fantastic too – they neatly arranged all my skincare and makeup products on the vanity, from largest to smallest. The turndown service was also very satisfying 👍.
Secondly, the breakfast. It's an à la carte and buffet style, with top-notch dishes and excellent service. All in all, my husband and I were extremely satisfied with our stay, and it will definitely be our first choice next time!

WWilliam HariI stayed at The Londoner Grand from March 22 to March 25, and the experience was exceptional from start to finish. The hotel’s location is incredibly strategic—directly connected or within walking distance to The Venetian, The Parisian, Four Seasons, MGM, City of Dreams, and Wynn. It made exploring Cotai extremely convenient.
The room was spotless, quiet, and very comfortable. I especially appreciated the bathtub, the complete amenities, and the fact that the air‑conditioning could be adjusted so it wasn’t overly cold like many other hotels. This small detail made a big difference, allowing us to sleep very well. We also requested extra pillows during our stay, and they were delivered promptly.
The hotel facilities are extensive, including a 24‑hour gym, steam room, sauna, and jacuzzi—although I didn’t have the chance to use all of them, it’s impressive to have such options available.
The staff were consistently warm, polite, and responsive. Every request was handled quickly and professionally. During checkout, we asked for a late checkout because our flight was at 9 PM, and the team accommodated us without any issue. I would also like to give special appreciation to Koenig from the Concierge/Bell Boy team, who was extremely helpful when we were heading to the airport. His assistance left a very positive impression.
Overall, we truly enjoyed our stay at The Londoner Grand. It was comfortable, convenient, and supported by excellent service. We will definitely return to this hotel the next time we visit Macau.

HHeisemowuThe hotel is located right inside the Grand Lisboa Palace shopping mall. Compared to high-end hotels like The Londoner or The Parisian, we much prefer the commercial layout of Grand Lisboa Palace. This trip, we were traveling with both sets of parents, who are over 70, so we specifically chose an L'Occitane-themed room. It was on a high floor with great views, essentially offering both mountain and sea views. The room was spotless, comfortable, and cozy, and came with a generous variety of L'Occitane miniatures. The staff were warm and courteous. Public transport is very convenient, with bus and Light Rail stops just a 3-5 minute walk away. Getting to Grand Lisboa Palace or Wynn Palace is also easy, and calling a taxi, specifically a 7-seater Toyota Alphard, is very convenient.

My daughter and I used to come here when she was little. Back then, it was quite new, with a beautiful and very comfortable environment, and it was called The Westin Resort Macau.
Originally, The Westin Resort Macau opened in 1993 and was renovated in 2004. In 2013, it won the Silver Award in the 'Macau Green Hotel Award.' In 2020, it was rebranded as the Grand Coloane Resort.
Now, under new management, the attention to detail in the decor is not as good as before, and it hasn't been redecorated, so it feels a bit dated. However, its unique location, right by Hac Sa Beach, makes it perfect for a family vacation away from the hustle and bustle. The original hotel architecture and garden design still retain that holiday vibe.
I'll definitely come back, hoping for some improvements, especially with the details.

HHuajianyihujiu001The room's cleanliness was decent. We checked in with two adults and one child, and even though our child is a teenager, they didn't provide extra slippers. The location is a bit out of the way, but you can get around by taking the Mt4 bus or the light rail. I wouldn't recommend taking the free shuttle bus, as the queues to board are too long. There's dining and shopping available on the first floor of the hotel.
**Travel Tips:** The peninsula has a lot of great food, especially in the residential areas, which are budget-friendly. Tourist areas are a bit more expensive and incredibly crowded.

It's been so long since I stayed in a Macau hotel, and they still require a deposit? And it's 2025, yet the hotel doesn't accept electronic payments? My world just fell apart! I didn't bring my credit card, sobbing... In the end, I had no choice but to pay cash. Seriously, you really need to read the fine print when booking a room.
This stay included breakfast. We arrived at the restaurant around 8:30 AM. There's one area for the buffet and another for à la carte dim sum (self-funded). The food selection is decent, and it looks presentable, but the taste is on the blander side, haha. Overall, the value for money is pretty good.

It's surrounded by other major resorts like The Londoner, The Parisian, and The Venetian, making it super accessible. There are also plenty of direct buses to the Ruins of St. Paul's.
The hotel breakfast was good, and the sea view from our room was beautiful, quiet, and comfortable. Even though it's an older hotel, it was quite dangerous. The suite we booked was perfect for our family of three.
