GGuest UserThe facilities were quite disappointing. On the first day, the shower drain was blocked, causing water to overflow everywhere. It was late, so I just used the bath mat to soak it up myself. The next day, I specifically called the front desk, and they left a message confirming it was resolved. Yet, it clogged again the following day, forcing me to stop showering halfway to call them. Additionally, the room phone had a loose connection, making it difficult to dial out. Even after requesting an air purifier, my throat still felt quite irritated.
At check-in, I specifically requested not to be given a room at the end of the corridor, yet they assigned me the very first room. Two staff members then came up to show me how to operate the curtains... However, the housekeeping attendant was excellent – very patient and promptly responded to all my requests.
The location is indeed quite out of the way. During peak hours, taxis were scarce, while it was much easier to hail one from The Londoner at the same time. If you're traveling with minors, I wouldn't recommend staying here; if you can't cut through [redacted], you'll have to walk a considerable distance. I'm unsure how people manage to explore Macau in a single day; for me, returning from The Venetian felt incredibly far, and even The Londoner was quite a trek. I was so exhausted I wanted to take a taxi even to Wynn.
The cleanliness was generally acceptable. I didn't experience any allergic reactions while sleeping, and overall, the room was quite clean. However, I suspect my irritated throat was likely related to the carpet.

SSharoncaopengThe hotel is located in a residential area, so there are many local eateries and restaurants right downstairs. It takes about 25-30 minutes by bus to get to the Ruins of St. Paul's. The service is standard for an international five-star hotel. However, when I booked, I thought breakfast would be a buffet in the restaurant, but upon arrival, I was informed it was room service breakfast. So, if you're someone who expects a lot of choices for breakfast, that might be a drawback.

Overall, I was pretty satisfied with my trip; the location was convenient, with a bus stop right downstairs. There's also a shuttle service on the B1 level, which was helpful.

For the airport shuttle, you have to use the one from the Grand Lisboa Palace next door. Breakfast was a bit too casual; I tried two of the three restaurants, and you can get full, but it's nothing special. Since there's no casino, I wish they'd offer something else interesting, but even the shopping mall is pretty uninspired. I'm not sure what the unique selling point is. Anyway, I wish the hotel great success.

KkatherineThe room is very spacious and comfortable, clean and hygienic. The bathroom's wet and dry separation is very convenient. Families with children might want to consider some of the themed rooms. Downstairs there's a shopping mall with a tea restaurant and convenience store, making it very easy to grab food or other items and bring them back to the room. There's a bus stop right in front of the hotel, and the East Asian Games Dome light rail station is also within walking distance. Highly recommended! 👍

GGuest UserThe best part was definitely the swimming pool: it's 25m long and about 1.5m deep. The water quality was good, and there were also three hot tubs for relaxation. In the changing rooms, they provided L'Occitane shampoo, shower gel, and body lotion. The bathtub in the room was quite large, and the magnifying mirror was a nice touch. The room decor was very European and had a 'girly' style.
However, there were quite a few downsides: 1. The bed was too narrow; it was hard to turn over if you're not small. Both my friend and I experienced unbearable itching at night, which made it difficult to sleep. I'm not sure what was wrong with the duvet. 2. The standard twin room we checked into didn't have body lotion. 3. Some of the charging outlets were broken. 4. The bathroom door made a loud creaking noise when opening and closing, which would wake up the other person in the room. 5. The location is a bit out of the way, at the very end of Fisherman's Wharf, so you need a taxi to get to the city center.
Overall, the value for money was still pretty good. It's worth noting that I stayed at three hotels over these three days, and the other two offered free room upgrades, whereas this hotel refused.

CCC TourThis hotel is right next to the Jai Alai Hotel. From Outer Harbour Ferry Terminal, it only takes a few minutes to walk here, so not having a good view isn't a big deal—it's really convenient. Although they're currently renovating the exterior, and it can be a bit noisy during the day because they’re working next door, it’s not a problem if you’re out exploring during the day. Also, this hotel has an indoor pool. It's not huge, but you don't have to worry about the weather affecting it, which is a nice bonus! Another thing is that this hotel is very close to the Racing Museum, making it super convenient to visit. It's suitable for both adults and kids, so it's definitely worth a trip!

The room was spacious and clean, the bedding was comfortable, and it was very quiet at night, allowing for a good rest. The front desk and customer service staff were all very friendly, efficient, and professional, making both check-in and check-out smooth. The hotel's location is also great, with convenient access to restaurants and supermarkets nearby, and it's easy to get around on foot. The facilities are well-maintained, and attention to detail is evident, which made for a very reassuring stay. Overall, it offers great value for money, and I would definitely consider staying here again on my next trip to Macau.

MMargie The room is clean. But their service sucks. Right after we checked out, i called them to say i left my chromecast cable at the back of the tv. They said they ll call me back. But no one call me back. I called again 3 times. But keep saying theyll ask the housekeeping. Atlast i came there again personally and manager just dont care i think to look for it. They ask me to come back just to say they didnt find, i dont its lost. I just think they didnt look for it properly at the back of the tv. Its very small. No one can find it if not intentional.
