YYuhanxiaojiejieFacilities: The hotel is very new, both the software and hardware are up to par, meeting the star rating standards. Hygiene: I absolutely trust the hygiene in Macau, no issues there. Environment: The environment is great, smells lovely, thumbs up. Service: In terms of service, the only thing is that check-in at the lobby was a bit slow, even though it wasn't peak season. Hope they can improve on that, but the service itself was otherwise flawless.

AAhn Hyun JooAll was good except the smoking smell in the room althogh it was a non smoking room. The smoking smell was so strong that I couldn't sleep well. They changed the room next day and it was ok. The Ramen resturant was just down there and many shops connected to other hotels.

CCarey LoyAltira Macau provides an experience that justifies its reputation, particularly for those who value service over superficial flair. During a four-night stay, the property maintained a high standard of cleanliness and operational efficiency that is becoming increasingly rare in larger integrated resorts. The convenience of the location allows for easy access to the surrounding area without being trapped in the chaotic atmosphere of the Cotai *****, making it a more sophisticated choice for a multi-night visit. What truly distinguishes the hotel is the execution of their service. The staff managed a birthday surprise for my wife with genuine care rather than a scripted checklist. Seeing her reaction to the effort they put in made it clear that this team understands how to personalize an experience. If you are looking for a stay that prioritizes the guest’s emotional experience as much as the technical details of hospitality, this is the place. Plan to improve your travel standards: 1. Mindset: Stop viewing hotel stays as just a bed and a shower. A four-night stay is a significant investment of time. Look for properties that offer ”anticipatory service” like you experienced here. 2. Action: When traveling for milestones, always provide specific details about preferences well in advance. Altira delivered here, but you can maximize these results elsewhere by being the architect of the surprise. 3. Strategy: Prioritize boutique-style luxury over massive resorts. The attention to detail you found at Altira is often lost in 2,000-room hotels. Stay where the staff has the bandwidth to care about your specific itinerary.

XXiaobaituchenWendyThe room was great! The front desk guy had already upgraded my room [strong] with a view of the Eiffel Tower in the distance. In the afternoon, they sent a birthday cake [cake], balloons 🎈, and fruit, which made me really happy. Then, I had another pleasant surprise at breakfast the next morning! Every day at 6 PM, there's a champagne toast ceremony 🍷 using Veuve Clicquot, which truly made me feel joyful and happy 🥳 [celebration]. The service attitude was excellent 👍. They were always responsive, sending hot milk 🥛 and cookies!

MMin Min 269If you’re looking for a truly elevated luxury experience in Macau, Grand Lisboa Palace Resort Macau absolutely delivers on every level. From the moment you step into the resort, everything feels grand yet thoughtfully organized. Despite the massive scale of the property, the flow is incredibly smooth—staff coordination, guest movement, and overall operations are handled with impressive precision. Nothing feels chaotic; instead, there’s a calm, refined efficiency throughout. One of the standout highlights is the buffet. The food selection is exceptional, offering a wide variety that spans East to West—fresh seafood, refined Western dishes, authentic Asian cuisine, and an indulgent dessert section. Every station is well-managed, constantly replenished, and presented beautifully. It’s clear that both quality and diversity are taken seriously here. Equally impressive is the room service and housekeeping. The rooms are maintained to a very high standard—spotlessly clean, well-organized, and refreshed with great attention to detail. The staff are discreet yet attentive, ensuring everything feels seamless without being intrusive. The resort itself is a destination on its own. The scale is enormous, yet aesthetically cohesive. The beautifully landscaped gardens, elegant pools, and European-inspired architecture create a unique atmosphere. There’s even a charming “castle-like” design element that adds a whimsical, almost fairytale touch to the surroundings—making it feel more like a luxury retreat than just a hotel. Overall, Grand Lisboa Palace is not just about luxury—it’s about execution. The combination of outstanding dining, meticulous service, and thoughtfully designed spaces makes it one of the most complete and satisfying resort experiences in Macau.

GGuest UserThe environment was comfortable and clean. It's conveniently located, with dining options within walking distance right outside the hotel, and attractions about 1 km away. The front desk service was excellent and well-arranged.

QQinjianshangdejinglingFacilities: The hairdryer wasn't very good, the toilet wasn't smart (non-bidet), and the pillows were very uncomfortable. Cleanliness: It was okay. Ambiance: L'Occitane decor, and the lobby smelled great. Service: Check-in was incredibly slow, had to wait in line for a long time. Breakfast: Don't recommend choosing Angel (restaurant name), the variety was too limited.

GGuest UserThis hotel was called The Westin when it first opened, and it was one of the best hotels in Macau at the time. Going back 30 years later, I still found the environment to be first-class and the hygiene facilities excellent. My 12-year-old son thoroughly enjoyed the facilities and surroundings, and he insisted we come back again next time. Although it's a bit far from the city center, it's still acceptable, and it's not too far from the newly opened [resort/area, assuming '群' refers to a new development or cluster of attractions]!

AAnonymous UserThis time, I made a last-minute booking at Holiday Inn Macau. During check-in, Mr. Wang at the front desk was professional and efficient. After understanding my situation, he proactively upgraded me to an executive floor suite. He wasn't overtly enthusiastic, but his attention to detail made me feel genuinely valued. It happened to be the fourth day of the ***** New Year, and in the morning, the hotel had a lion dance and a 'God of Wealth' performance. The atmosphere was lively but not chaotic – a nice, ceremonial touch. The executive floor was relatively quiet, making for a comfortable and relaxing stay overall. What truly left an impression on me was what happened afterward. After checking out, I realized I had left my ring in the room, which naturally made me anxious. Upon contacting the hotel, the housekeeping manager quickly helped confirm its location and retrieve it. The entire communication process was efficient, and the sense of reassurance brought by such professionalism was more important than any physical amenity.
