YYouyouyouyouStayed for two nights with my child, and it was simply perfect. First off, the design is stunning; the hotel is so beautiful. The room was spacious and very clean. Fresh fruit was provided daily, and the mini-bar was free and fully stocked – we couldn't even finish everything. The turndown service each night was also excellent. Breakfast was a set menu delivered to the room, more than enough, with both Western and Chinese options available. The hotel is also very close to the airport, just a 5-minute taxi ride. All in all, extremely satisfied!

QQingzaihuangxianyiwaihouche©I studied on the mountain and saw this hotel every day. Finally, before graduating, I had the chance to experience it. The service and facilities are practically impeccable, and the room is luxuriously appointed with direct views of the Macau Peninsula. The only slight concern might be that transportation isn't as convenient as some hotels in Cotai, as **bus services are less frequent**. However, its prime location in the heart of Taipa Village offers a unique charm, perhaps even a better way to experience the authentic Macau vibe.

EElvacherry44As always, the hygiene, service, and environment were all excellent! The butler even left a handwritten card, which was a thoughtful touch. It was also very convenient to have drinks delivered to the room. Every time I come to Macau, I usually stay at The St. Regis, and I highly recommend it. Tim Ho Wan is right downstairs, and MGM is just across the street. The location is superb, and there's an Apple Store right around the corner. I'll definitely choose The St. Regis again next time.

Every interaction was seamless, professional, and incredibly accommodating, giving the impression of a truly premium, high-touch service standards. The culinary offerings were equally impressive, with high-quality dishes that made dining a highlight of our trip.
The only minor aspect that could be improved is the water pressure in the bathroom, which was noticeably low during our stay.
Aside from that single logistical point, the exceptional staff and superb overall quality made this an unforgettable visit. We would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a flawless hospitality experience and look forward to returning.

QQueeniehebeijixingyiqiqulvxingI brought my elders to Macau this time and specifically chose to stay in a Venetian luxury suite. Our family had plenty of space and comfort, and the overall experience was very good.
Let me share the booking prices: booking in advance is much more cost-effective. A room including double breakfast was just over 2,000, and without breakfast it was a little over 1,500. We spontaneously added another room of the same type on a weekday, and the price jumped to 3,500. The price difference is significant, so I sincerely recommend everyone to book in advance.
Check-in isn't until 3 PM. When we arrived at 1 PM, some rooms were still being cleaned. The staff thoughtfully informed us they would send an SMS notification and helped transport our luggage to the room. The front desk service was meticulous; they proactively offered us a map, and the handsome guy at the reception patiently explained about the rooms, restaurants, and surrounding routes – very nice!
The suite layout was excellent, with a split-level design separating the living room and bedroom, offering a spacious 70 square meters. It was very convenient for the elders to move around, and the room was clean and tidy. The breakfast restaurant had an elegant European style, spacious and grand. The food was a combination of Chinese and Western, with a rich variety. Everyone in the family found something they liked, and they even had my favorite salmon – it was fantastic!
Check-out is at 11 AM, which is a bit early, but you can store luggage for free. They can also transfer it to the West Wing lobby's baggage storage, where the airport bus is located, which doesn't affect subsequent travel. Downstairs is the Grand Canal Shoppes, full of Venetian charm, making shopping and dining very convenient.
Considering the room type, service, and location, it's very suitable for traveling with elders. Overall, it's highly recommended.

GGuest UserThe hotel smells lovely and the rooms are clean and well-maintained. The L'Occitane toiletries have a great scent. We happened to be there during a music festival, and the hotel thoughtfully provided earplugs. For breakfast, we chose the Angel restaurant on the first floor; there were a lot of cold options, but the food tasted pretty good overall.

YYouziairenThe front desk staff were lovely, attentive, and very helpful, always with a smile 😊. She kindly double-checked my reservation and even praised Ctrip's service. Just a few minor suggestions: one of the pillows had an odd smell, and some of the facilities are a bit dated. There was a constant water noise from the toilet and sink; personally, I can sleep through anything, but other guests might be sensitive to noise. The TV signal was poor and very blurry. However, the environment is great; I loved walking by the sea, and there are even hiking trails nearby. I'm looking forward to my next stay. The Cantonese restaurant also had excellent service and delicious food, and they were good about reminding us about portion sizes. Although the abalone was a bit overcooked – or maybe I'm just getting old and can't chew as well, hehehe 😬.

AA LITTIE WATERFor my trip to Macau, Trip.com recommended the Holiday Inn. Upon arrival, I found the hotel conveniently located on Beijing Street. The front desk staff and lobby manager were all very attentive and welcoming, truly reflecting the high standard of service you'd expect in a tourist city. The hotel facilities are comprehensive, clean, and well-designed, and the room service is excellent. During my stay, I reported some noise from the surroundings, and it was addressed promptly. I was very satisfied with their quick response.
The hotel boasts an excellent location, with cultural landmarks such as the Lotus Square, Dr. Ho Yin Park, Macau Polytechnic University, and Beijing Tong Ren Tang all nearby, offering plenty of options for exploration.
