Came here specifically for Zaha. Extremely satisfied 👍 Words can't really capture how full of design it is. I rode the elevators back and forth numerous times, giving me the feeling of traveling through time and space. The location is also very convenient. I went to see The House of Dancing Water, and walked over to Wynn Palace for the auto show. Everything is within walking distance. The service was quite good as well. The only minor issue was during check-in when the room wasn't fully cleaned yet, so I had to wait a bit. However, after speaking with the staff, they quickly sorted out a room for us.

This time, I stayed at Hotel Okura Macau with my child, and I'd like to extend a special thank you to Loki, the lobby manager. He was warm and friendly throughout, communicated patiently and meticulously, and went above and beyond to coordinate and fulfill all our requests. His service was truly exceptional. He fully understood the various needs of families traveling with children, responded promptly, and was both thoughtful and professional, making us feel incredibly welcomed during our trip. Our overall stay exceeded expectations, and I sincerely commend Loki. Next time I'm in Macau, Hotel Okura will be my top choice!

1. Convenient transportation with direct hotel parking and plenty of bus routes; 2. Great dining options around the hotel, including Vietnamese cuisine, Cantonese food, and more; 3. I always buy clothes and sneakers right downstairs; 4. Complete hotel facilities, including a gym and swimming pool; 5. Abundant and diverse breakfast.

Check-in: I emailed the hotel in advance to request kids' amenities, a customized teddy bear, a non-smoking room, and a complimentary stroller. The staff carefully noted everything down. The check-in process was super smooth, and a friendly staff member kindly showed us to the luggage storage to pick up the stroller~~ (The free stroller was an absolute lifesaver! I checked out a few other hotels, and it seems only Conrad offers it for free). Room: The facilities definitely feel a bit dated, and there was a very faint damp smell in the room, but it was totally acceptable overall~ Service: Conrad's service is truly top-notch. Housekeeping comes three times a day, and requests are handled super promptly—it takes no more than 5 minutes from making a phone call to having items delivered, which is quite impressive~ Also, luggage was delivered to the room very quickly. The doormen, front desk staff, and housekeeping team all provided exceptional service! It exceeded my expectations. Also, the pool is just gorgeous~~ You get a direct view of Big Ben, and there's a heated pool which is great for kids. They even provide drinks and fruit~~

We stayed during National Day and were upgraded to a room with a view. It was clean and tidy. A young lady at the front desk whose name started with E (I can't recall the full name) provided exceptional service. The 15th-floor viewing balcony is super photogenic, and they even offered complimentary drinks. Guests can also enjoy a free ride in a vintage sightseeing car. The hotel's location is prime: a 15-minute walk to the Ruins of St. Paul's, just 5 minutes to Rua da Felicidade and Avenida de Almeida Ribeiro, and close to Rua de Cinco de Outubro. Within a 1 km radius, there's a ton of delicious food. It wasn't overly crowded, and the area is great for photos. The MT4 bus stops right in front of the hotel, making trips to the Border Gate and Cotai incredibly convenient. A must-stay if you want to be in the historic Macau Peninsula!

My stay at W Macau - Studio City was an absolute pleasant surprise! The trendy and edgy interior design catches your eye the moment you walk in, with both the public areas and rooms packed with style. The hotel's location is very convenient, within walking distance of many popular photo spots and core shopping areas, making getting around and shopping effortless. The staff were warm, attentive, and super quick to respond to any requests. The bedding and bath amenities were of top-notch quality, making the stay both comfortable and relaxing. Overall, the value for money is fantastic ✨. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a chill and stylish getaway in Macau.

First of all, the hotel's service was excellent with very prompt responses, which is a big plus. Secondly, I need to bring up an issue with the bed and pillows—they were extremely uncomfortable. The mattress was exceptionally hard. As for the pillows, of the two provided, one was way too soft and the other way too high. Even after requesting a latex pillow replacement, it turned out to be super-duper hard! Perhaps because I had just been hiking that day and my whole body was already sore, combined with the uncomfortable bed, I didn't fall asleep until past 2 AM, only to wake up in unbearable discomfort around 3 AM, and barely managed to fall back asleep until past 5 AM. The sleep experience was just awful. No matter how good everything else is, it doesn't matter if you can't get a decent night's sleep.

Excellent experience! Grand Coloane Resort feels like the most secluded resort hotel in Macau! Location: Grand Coloane Resort is located at the southeasternmost tip of Macau, which is a bit remote and inconvenient for taxis. Only one bus route, 21A, passes by the hotel entrance. However, it only takes 20 minutes by bus to reach the major integrated resorts in Cotai and 35 minutes to Almeida Ribeiro. Plus, the hotel offers scheduled shuttle services to and from Grand Lisboa Palace (near the East Asian Games Dome area). Ambiance: The hotel's exterior combines Southeast Asian and Mediterranean styles, featuring red tiles and white walls, with Portuguese decorative elements adding an exotic touch. Its aesthetics suggest it opened in the 90s, with extensive use of light-colored wood materials. The entire hotel complex spans nearly 70,000 square meters, offering outdoor facilities for those who enjoy swimming, tennis, and soccer. The rooms are spacious, each with a large balcony of over 20 square meters, complementing the approximately 40 square meter guest room, demonstrating ample space. The decor is simple and elegant, not aiming for luxury. There's a somewhat narrow seaside promenade where you can enjoy the sea breeze, but it doesn't lead directly to Hac Sa Beach. Hygiene: Although Grand Coloane Resort has been open for a long time, its hygiene is well-maintained, with no unpleasant odors. Service: If you chat with the front desk, you might get an upgrade to the best sea-view room. After the front desk helped me register as a Grand Coloane Resort member, I received a 50% off voucher for breakfast and other dining discounts, which was even more cost-effective than booking a room with breakfast included. Housekeeping typically comes between 10 AM and 11 AM daily. At breakfast, after purchasing at the restaurant front desk, staff guide guests to appropriate seating areas to avoid congestion. It's worth noting that Grand Coloane Resort has many Southeast Asian employees who understand a bit of Chinese, but English communication is generally easier, and the hotel has a high proportion of foreign guests. Breakfast: The buffet breakfast is extensive, offering Chinese, Western, and Indian dishes (the Indian breakfast wasn't to my taste, but I highly recommend their main courses). Facilities: The indoor and outdoor pools are incredibly comfortable. The L-shaped outdoor pool has a long axis of 42 meters, allowing you to experience swimming under a bridge. The water temperature is very pleasant, maintained between 29-31℃, and it's very clear with visibility of less than 25 meters. When you get tired, there are plenty of lounge chairs to rest on. Next to it is a 0.9-meter-deep jacuzzi, though the water jets weren't on; there's also a 0.4-meter flower-shaped children's pool. There's also an indoor pool with a water temperature of 29℃, but it's only 12 meters long (most areas are just over 9 meters), with another jacuzzi nearby where the water jets were working. The adult pools are all 1.2 meters deep, so adults generally don't need to worry about the water being too deep.

This hotel is still in its soft opening phase, and if you get the chance, I highly recommend staying here for at least one night to enjoy a world of luxury at an affordable price. Each room can comfortably fit four adults, so sharing it with friends makes it a truly great deal! Privacy is a priority here; each room has its own dedicated elevator, and you simply scan your key card for it to take you directly to your floor. When you enter the villa, you are welcomed by a large living room stocked with complimentary tea, coffee, and snacks. Moving up two steps, there is an enclosed bedding area featuring a sofa. It doesn't have a door, but rather a curtain for privacy. A few more stairs lead you up to the guest bathroom. Further inside is the main bathroom, which is absolutely massive and beautifully designed with a black marble bathtub, a Japanese smart toilet room, a separate shower room, and twin basins. It is fully stocked with all the amenities you could need, but the standout touches were a lovely rose mask and a very high-quality hairbrush. Beyond that is the master suite, featuring a huge, comfortable bed and a chaise lounge. They offer a pillow menu where you can choose your preferred type. However, my friend asked the butler to bring a lavender pillow, but unfortunately, it was never brought to the room. As we were celebrating our birthdays, the staff put up a simple but lovely decoration, gifted us a small cake, and surprised us with a complimentary bottle of champagne. We spent the afternoon—and part of the next morning after breakfast—at the pool area. It features a spectacular plant wall, which is certified by the Guinness World Records as the largest semi-indoor vertical garden, alongside several small pools infused with different mineral waters. The only downside was the breakfast. While there was some variety, it unfortunately did not meet the high luxury standards of the rest of the hotel, and there is definitely a lot of room for improvement in this area.

The location is convenient, with easy access to many places via public transport. There are also many great restaurants nearby. The environment is clean and hygienic, and the staff are polite – highly recommended! I'll definitely come back next time, and I've already saved it to my favorites. The room was spacious and quiet. A very pleasant experience!
