Both its architecture and service are top-notch!
We arrived at 12 noon aiming to simply drop.off the luggage to wait for checking into.the room at 3 pm.
The receptionist kindly advised us that the room will be available at around 1:30 pm. Then, he personally took us to the room and patiently explained to us all the advanced operating tech in it.
The ambience and the facilities in the room are unforgettable!
This is one of the best value for money hotel-stay I have come across so far!
Thank you for booking this nice hotel for us and look forward to my next visit there!

FfishwingI've always wanted to stay at Hotel Okura, but it's so hard to get a reservation. I finally managed to book a two-night, three-day stay last week, and I was so impressed by the meticulous and thoughtful service. I have to give it a big thumbs up:
1. Before checking in, I emailed the hotel to let them know it was my husband's birthday in June and asked for some birthday decorations. They replied quickly, and to my surprise, they even sent a delicious matcha cake! [Strong]
2. The hotel lobby is open and airy with a simple, understated design. The bamboo garden courtyard is serene and luxurious, creating a wonderful ambiance. The front desk staff are all attractive and friendly. When we checked in, Johnny thoughtfully extended our check-out time to 1 PM. When we checked out, Alsen proactively asked about our stay and even gave us a hotel fridge magnet. The service from both gentlemen was truly exceptional.
3. The guest room layout is well-designed, comfortable, and practical. The Japanese design details are perfectly executed. The tea set is very practical, and there were also candies and fruit, with complimentary beverages. The housekeeping staff did a fantastic job cleaning and thoughtfully organized all my jewelry and cosmetics. It's been years since I've seen such a comprehensive turndown service – water, slippers, and a bathmat were all meticulously placed, and they even provided a sleep spray and paper cranes. Coming back to a tidy room every day after enjoying the Grand Resort Deck was incredibly comforting.
4. I've already decided to bring my mom to Hotel Okura next time, and I hope it will be easier to book then. I do wish the trash can in the bathroom was a bit bigger. All in all, my stay at Hotel Okura was very pleasant and excellent.

GGuest UserThe hotel service was excellent, and the twin beds were very spacious. The in-room drinks were complimentary, and the gym was fantastic. The staff's attitude was also very good. The swimming pool was great too. The only downside was the lack of a direct, free shuttle from Hengqin Port to the hotel. It would be great if they could run dozens of shuttles a day. During the summer holiday, waiting for a bus at the port is very inconvenient.

GGuest UserThe Londoner Hotel is the furthest in this row of hotels. The twin room has a similar layout and amenities to the Parisian, and the blue color scheme looks good. During the World Cup, we could watch CCTV, which was perfect for our early morning room service and quarter-final viewing. It was also very convenient to take the elevator to the fourth floor and walk directly to The Londoner Theatre for a show. The highlight of this stay was the Celebrity SPA on the 3rd floor. We received a discount coupon when checking in, and the spa was very clean with good massage techniques. The downsides are: 1. Some rooms are probably smoking rooms, as we noticed a smoke smell in the hallway on our first day. 2. The first two days were fine, and I always throw my hair in the bin after washing, but on the third night, the bathroom drain got clogged, causing water to overflow and making the floor very slippery.

LLingyun12345678The hotel is quite luxurious, located right across from the Conrad Hotel lobby. The room view is excellent; you can see the Parisian Macao's Eiffel Tower directly from the window. You can also request complimentary coffee and English afternoon tea, and the night view outside is particularly stunning. The hotel breakfast is also great, with high-quality ingredients and attentive service. I will definitely stay at the St. Regis again next time I'm in Macau. The only minor drawback was a slight new renovation smell in the room.

Minibar free snacks and complimentary drinks: The snacks were abundant, and there were 4 glass bottles of water, but the water didn't taste particularly fresh or sweet.
Service: The service was good. However, after check-in, they called to say I hadn't signed something and asked me to sign it. Since I had my child with me, it was a bit inconvenient, so I asked them to come up to our room to get the signature.
Facilities: The bathtub couldn't switch to the shower head function, which was very odd. They said someone would come up to fix it, but because my child had already showered in the walk-in shower and it was time to put them to bed, I didn't let them come up to repair it. I'm not sure if the bathroom has an extractor fan; I couldn't find the switch.

Don't hesitate, if you're coming to Macau, choose Grand Lisboa Palace. It's a luxurious experience with the warmth of home. Plus, the supermarket and food street on the second floor make shopping for essentials and snacks a breeze. The service is so incredibly attentive, you'll wonder if the butler is secretly your mom! Truly heartwarming and thoughtful service.

I booked a standard room and was pleasantly surprised with a complimentary upgrade to a panoramic suite – what a wonderful surprise! The suite was incredibly spacious, with a separate living room and bedroom, and floor-to-ceiling windows. I could lie in bed and watch the Eiffel Tower light up at night. The round observation tub in the bathroom added a perfect touch of ambiance. The hotel is connected to the Studio City mall, and it's just a 3-minute walk to the water park, making it super convenient for families with kids. The room was equipped with smart devices, very clean, and had excellent soundproofing. The service was also very responsive. I'll definitely choose this hotel again on my next trip to Macau!

LLoloAugBeautiful hotel and great amenities. Rooms are spacious with a wonderful view of the garden or ocean. Although we are a couple sans children, the hotel is very family friendly with two pools (one indoor, one outdoor). Outdoor pool had an area for children with a zip line and balance obstacles. Children’s club with indoor bounce house, board games, table tennis table, pool table, foosball table and outdoor jungle gym. Changing room has a steam room, sauna and showers. Easy to order food and drinks pool side via QR code however service can be a little slow therefore expect to wait a little bit for what you ordered to be delivered. Breakfast buffet had a lot of options and price is very affordable, with a discounted price for children. Highly recommend staying here and we will stay here again in the future.

The 30+ strong delegation from the University of Brazil was extremely satisfied and said they would return here on future visits to Macau and recommend it to others. Every visit to Macau has been a 100% positive experience. Many thanks to the hotel team for their thoughtful and professional service. Especially the power outlets, which can accommodate various needs, are a big plus and very international.
