Hotel seems a bit dated to my taste but it is very well maintained. Excellent service and housekeeping, everything was great from the doorman and reception to my departure. Beautiful swimming pool area, good GYM. I loved the breakfast buffet, one of the best I’ve tried in Macau. One star off the service for having to wait to be seated for breakfast despite having the reservation time, my plans had to be moved because of this. The rest was brilliant.

My only choice in Macau. Good service, spacious room, well maintained facilities, clean and tidy everywhere, delicious buffet no matter breakfast or other meal sections, all good👍 plus its convenient location as right next to subway station are all my description for this hotel. I stayed here for few times, but this time wanna express my special thanks to Kent. He is professional with passion, patience and details minded. While checking in, I booked a non-smoking suite room but it was sold out for non-smoking of such category, he tried for non-smoking treatment at first but I was allergic and sensitive to it, he was so patiently showed me with an upgraded non-smoking suite to ensure my stay was pleasant. He also reminded for transportation arrangement during CNY for room closure details. We definitely will return because of his outstanding. Really appreciated.

been well treated by the staff in the hotel, the hotel is in almost perfect condition from the detailed furnishing to the well maintained decoration. sound proof was great too

- the location beside the airport terminal and the MLRT(Airport Station) was very convenient for the business - the hotel and the room were clean and the daily fixing up was properly done on time - no business service - printing out some documents - is the only minus point so far - due to many tourists (mainly families with children) the noise after 22;00 pm was nearly daily on the acceptable limit.

Hotel situates in the middle of Venetian and Parisian, provide free shuttle pick up from/to Cotai port to hotel, great spot to live in especially for family who prefers to stay slightly away from the ****** and busy shopping malls. Hotel is tidy clean with great and attentive services. I was amazed that how the hotel staff would remember your name, and proactive support whenever needed. The breakfast buffet is amazing too with broad options and enjoy how I don’t have to wait in line for items required further cooking, like congee and noodle soup, the resto staff will send right to your table.

Hello, I'm Imhyeongwoo who stayed for one night on Oct. 8, 2024. I travel to many countries around the world. I've even stayed in some of the best hotels in the world. But I think St.Regis hotel is the best hotel in the world. I was lucky to have spent my couple's 15th wedding anniversary in Macau. Thank you for leaving me as a happy memory. In particular, I think Chris' kindness will remain as a good memory for me forever. I was really comfortable and happy thanks to Chris during my stay at the St. Regis Hotel. He explained me a lot of information about Macau. He allowed me to experience the best kindness that I can't experience at other hotels. Other guests also expressed their ”best(Thumbs up)” expression when Chris passed by. He is a person who gives a lot of kindness to all the guests. All the guests who meet him are lucky. Thanks to Chris, I will come again because I have a good memory in Macau. Thank you.

This hotel brings back lots of my childhood memories, I am so glad it re-opens and making it so grand like the great old days. This hotel status is like peace hotel in Shanghai; the peninsula in Hong Kong... Each and every small details are so fine and taken care of, a wooden tooth brush, bronze mouth wash cup, fresh coffee bean, an imitate tube Bluetooth speaker, complimentary red wine with Central hotel logo...., it's a tiny museum only in the room. Staff are nice and polite and professional. We were well taken care by the hotel manager, Joseph, he introduced nearby restaurant for us, and taken care of all our requests. This is not a hotel! The staff and the decoration of the place makes it a palace, it's an unique experience!

Standard room with an extra bed on, the Hotel offers a seaview room upgrade for us. The seaview is now a but interrupted by construction sites along the seafront. Spacious amenities, with catering, indoor infinity pool and a cozy gym on 17/F. Corridors are like a maze.

From the initial contact by Catherine Londoner Guest Relations Team to the pickup limo by Brian at Heng Qin port to the arrival at the main entrance, received by Gordon 吳鎮宇 star captain team manager to the suite it’s a great impression of tops hotelier experience ! The afternoon tea and evening cocktail reception literally occupied the rest of our evening at The Residence, Londoner restaurant operation for guests. Many thanks to Jessica Exec manager who introduces us various gourmet foods and canapés and offers a special plate of strawberries and blueberry to celebrate our 45th wedding anniversary. To our surprise, the Guest Relations Team delivers a cake to our room in the evening at 9:30pm. The next day breakfast at The Residence restaurant is sumptuous and exquisite. Elna Exec manager from Taiwan personally serves tea and suggests a few dim sum items for us to taste. Our one day stay at Londoner is filled with joy and 感恩to all the Londoner staffs who pamper us with genuine hospitality and professionalism. The top quality of the staff, the food quality and the ambiance contribute to our precious memories. Gordon and Fiona, Stephen(?)who offers us guidance to maneuver around Londoner Sands , Venetian shoppes, assisted our departure inn a limousine at 4pm. We will be back. I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Mandarin Oriental Hotel in Macau, and I must say, it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. First and foremost, the staff truly made our stay memorable. Michelle, in particular, was outstanding. Her attentiveness and genuine care for our needs enhanced our experience significantly. She went above and beyond to ensure we felt welcomed and comfortable throughout our visit. One of the lovely surprises during our stay was the thoughtful thank-you card and a little gift for my bambino. It was such a heartwarming gesture that made us feel special and appreciated, adding a personal touch that we will always remember. We also indulged in the afternoon tea service in our room, which was set up beautifully. The atmosphere was both nice and romantic, creating the perfect backdrop for our tea time. The staff who organized this were incredibly thoughtful, ensuring that every detail was just right. The room itself was a haven of comfort. It was not only beautifully appointed, but the view was absolutely breathtaking. Waking up to such stunning scenery in the morning was a highlight of our stay. Lastly, the hotel's location is incredibly convenient. It is within walking distance of local restaurants and parks, making it easy for us to explore the area and find fun activities for our child to enjoy. However, the only downside I noticed was that some of the cutlery, specifically the knives and forks, seemed a bit old and worn out. While the overall dining experience was delightful, a refresh of these items could elevate the dining experience even further. Overall, my stay at the Mandarin Oriental Hotel Macau was nothing short of fantastic. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and memorable experience.
