Excellent
MM371987****I was drawn to the Morpheus hotel's exterior on my last visit to Macau, so this time I specifically booked two nights. The room design is very modern, and all the facilities look brand new, almost unique in Macau. The front desk service was very warm and welcoming. Whether calling the hotel through the Ctrip app on my phone or contacting room service from the room, the service was professional and attentive. Communication was seamless in either English or Mandarin, and all the staff were very patient. There's luggage storage service available both before check-in and after check-out. If early check-in is possible, the front desk will call to notify you. You can walk to the City of Dreams' free shuttle bus to get to the ferry terminal, airport, and other places. Staff members guide you, and the queues aren't too long, making it very convenient for catching flights. The hotel lobby is next to the COD casino, with shops and restaurants nearby. The hotel gym isn't 24-hour; it opens at 10 AM, requires registration with a staff member, and is relatively small. My room faced Macau University of Science and Technology and the airport, so there wasn't much of a view. Turndown service in the evening included hand cream/essential oil. The fruit platter and mini-bar items were fully replenished each day. The toiletries were a full set from Acqua di Parma, and there was also a Zaha Hadid book in the room. Overall, it was an excellent stay, and I will definitely choose this hotel again in the future.

HHing keungIt has been over 5 years not stay in this hotel. This time made me not much excited. Regards the room service, there are only 2 bottles of water provided and it's much behind others. the saunna room still keeps same and it's the only point I forcast. Unfortunately, there still no wet towel provided, no slipper provided, the good thing is not much people use the room. the view is nice and this is the selling point. I might not stay again unless the room rate is attractively.

GGuest UserI really have to give this hotel a thumbs-up! Our family of four stayed here for three nights during a 6-day in-depth trip to Macau, and it was an excellent experience! Knowing I had two kids, they specially provided children's toiletries and bathrobes. There were free fruits and drinks every day. Downstairs, there's a small entertainment area, which was more than enough if you wanted to do some gambling. Let's talk about the hotel's facilities: there's a decent-sized swimming pool, which was nice; the large bathtub in the room could fit two children, and they even provided bath salts; there's also a small room inside for hanging clothes and storing luggage. The sea view from the window was very expansive. The hotel's shuttle bus goes to Studio City and City of Dreams, and the Venetian, Galaxy, Parisian, and Londoner are all in that area, which is very convenient. While the room wasn't as big as the Venetian's, I felt it was perfectly adequate. I'm sure it was a standard room, and the bed size was fine for two adults. I'll definitely book this hotel again on my next visit. I'm already looking forward to my next Macau trip!

MM386554****Overall, it was fantastic! A newly renovated hotel, exceptionally clean. Even for someone with a slight潔癖 (germaphobe tendencies), I'd rather have a scent and a clean room than an unscented, dirty one! But we stayed very comfortably, and personally, I didn't smell anything. Even if there was a slight scent, every room has an air purifier, so it was really fine! The minibar in the suite is complimentary for one-time use, which is much better than many hotels that charge for it. The experience was full of perks! There's a shopping mall right upstairs with all my favorite burger restaurants, and I could shop anytime. From high-end luxury to affordable luxury, it has everything. At The Londoner Macao, it's a one-stop vacation experience! Honestly, it's superior to nearby hotels. The service was exceptionally good. Any request was patiently addressed. I feel like every service staff member in Macao is very friendly towards mainland tourists! I look forward to staying again next time! I'll definitely choose The Londoner Macao again! The most important thing is that it's great for photos, hahahahaha. It's the most photogenic hotel in all of Macao. The British style is much more upscale and cleaner than many older European-themed hotels, hahahaha.

XXingzoudedingdangmao007Staying at Studio City's Celebrity Tower was a truly dazzling surprise during my trip. The room layout was spacious and airy, featuring a light aesthetic with 300-thread-count bedding. The down comforter promised a night of blissful sleep, while the panoramic windows offered a captivating view of Cotai, beautifully complemented by the silhouette of The Parisian Macao. The smart touch control system allowed for one-touch management of lighting and curtains, and thoughtful details like mainland power sockets and free in-room entertainment were much appreciated. The mini-bar's specialty snacks added an extra touch of warmth. The hotel's location is superb, with seamless connections via shuttle bus and the light rail. It's conveniently situated next to shopping districts and the Cotai Arena, making it easy to attend exhibitions or explore. The staff provided warm and attentive service, from efficient check-in guidance to prompt responses to requests. The cleanliness was absolutely impeccable. In my downtime, I enjoyed a swim in the heated pool or a stroll around the resort, where entertainment and shopping needs were met all in one place. This stay, a blend of luxury, comfort, smart technology, and convenience, truly elevated my Macau experience.

BBomakThis time I took my parents on a getaway! The main difference from before is that the shuttle bus now drops you off at the East Gate, so we checked in at the East Gate front desk. At the time, I thought the front desk had moved. However, when we went up to our room in the afternoon, we realized it was still in the West Wing (where the old check-in desk still is 😂). This time, the front desk lady upgraded me to a garden view room, which was amazing – I could even watch planes landing! Plus, there's now an additional shuttle bus to the Cotai Strip, making it much more convenient to get to The Londoner and The Parisian than before.

XXiaolangxiguaThe hotel's location is super convenient, whether I'm heading to my own event venue or another one! Room service was thorough and excellent, and all the staff were so friendly! After coming back from the concert, I even found a handwritten note and a little bunny waiting for me 🐰! I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time! I just hope they can add more variety to the breakfast menu.

Lls890423I've been to Macau many times, and this is my third time staying overnight. The first time, I stayed at an affordable guesthouse in the old city center – clean and tidy, right across from Wen Ji Cafe & Snacks. It wasn't far from Grand Lisboa and St. Paul's Ruins. The second time, I stayed at the Crowne Plaza near the Gongbei Border Gate. The room was super spacious, breakfast was delicious, and the king-size bed was very comfortable. This time, a few of us bit the bullet and booked a room at The Venetian 😭 – decided to splurge a bit. They said it was a Royal Presidential Suite, and it even came with two tickets to the Parisian Macao's Eiffel Tower (the front desk lady mentioned that the 7th floor is actually free to visit now). The rooms in Macau, compared to neighboring Hong Kong, are not just a little bit better [facepalm]. It really is a city centered on entertainment and service industries, with a different positioning than Hong Kong. We took a private car from Hong Kong, and as soon as we got out, a young man helped us with our luggage and gave us a luggage tag. When checking in, you just give the tag to the front desk, and your luggage is automatically delivered to your room. The room was large and spacious, with a separate living room and two TVs. To put it bluntly… the bathroom in this suite could rival an entire Hong Kong hotel room in size! The bed 🛌 was huge and comfortable, the sofa was great, and the view from the large floor-to-ceiling windows was pretty good too – though I imagine the view would be even better from the opposite rooms. Next time, if I get the chance, I'll try out Galaxy and Studio City too [smirk]. Even though it's not ** (missing original text, likely referring to 'cheap'), it's definitely worth experiencing [evil grin]. In mainland terms, almost all hotels in Taipa can be considered top-tier luxury, haha… especially with all the rumors surrounding Wynn Palace, haha… so much 'color' has been added to it… Macau is truly unforgettable and suitable for people of all ages to visit. Thumbs up!

MM416121****The hotel lobby also has Line Friends photo ops, which is a nice touch. The front desk offers daily Wynn Palace skip-the-line tickets, which are very useful! If you book an L'Occitane themed room, you'll get L'Occitane samples. For public transport 🚌, the MT4 bus stop right outside the hotel covers most tourist routes, making it convenient to get to the Old Town, Ruins of St. Paul's, and The Venetian, The Londoner, and The Parisian. If you want a taxi, there's a taxi stand right outside the hotel. There's a shuttle bus 🚗 to Wynn Palace that runs every 10 minutes or so, taking about 10 minutes. It's quite convenient. Connected to the hotel 🏨 is a small entertainment complex with a milk tea shop, Japanese set meals, and Sang Kee Cafe (which partners with the hotel for a buffet breakfast). P6 shows the à la carte beef noodles, and there's a generous amount of beef – it would easily cost 80 RMB in Shanghai 😂. For breakfast, there are three restaurants: Sang Kee Cafe, and then Anqi'er Cafe (P4&5), which has delicious oatmeal and yogurt.

AAnonymous UserAn excellent hotel stay, highly recommended. My accommodation experience during this trip was a delightful surprise. As soon as I stepped into the lobby, the staff greeted me with warm smiles. Their enthusiasm instantly washed away my travel fatigue. Upon entering the room, I was greeted by a spotlessly clean environment. The room was well-equipped with all the amenities one could need, quiet and comfortable. My overall experience was fantastic.
