Londoner Grand, a Luxury Collection Hotel, Macao

The front desk kindly upgraded me to a one-bedroom suite and mentioned it had a great view! After checking in, I saw that it really was beautiful! The room facilities were complete, comfortable, and spacious!!! I've stayed at all the hotels in the surrounding area, but this was my first time at The Londoner, and it was excellent! For anyone who loves staying in hotels, it's a great experience to bring the kids here for a holiday!

From December 2nd to 4th, I had a leisure vacation and chose to stay at The Londoner Macao's Grand Suites. The service experience was truly excellent. Check-in is usually at 3:00 PM, and by the time I got to the front desk, it was already past that. The front desk staff informed me that the non-smoking area still needed a bit more time as housekeeping wasn't finished yet, and Deluxe King rooms were in high demand. They offered to upgrade me to a suite and first asked if I minded being a bit further from the elevator. I said I didn't, and they immediately processed the upgrade to a suite. I was able to move into the room right away, and I was very happy with it. For my first night, the mini-bar drinks and snacks were complimentary, which was a thoughtful touch. I was quite hungry and didn't want to go out, so this considerate gesture was perfect. After a two-and-a-half-hour drive and crossing the Hengqin border, I was exhausted and needed to rest, and this really made things convenient for me at that moment. I was very satisfied with the hotel service – that's the first point. Secondly, when I checked out on December 4th at noon, I called for a bellboy to help with some luggage. He arrived even quicker than expected, with a genuine smile. He introduced himself as Koenig and said, 'Ma'am, I'm here to assist you with everything.' He was polite and spoke in a very friendly tone. Such a bellboy leaves an excellent impression; he was truly courteous. It's clear the hotel's training program is very effective. Koenig was absolutely a professionally trained hotel staff member, with every action being perfectly executed. He proactively asked about my stay and if I was satisfied with the hotel, and if everything was convenient. His proactive communication with guests shows how much he cares about their experience, which is an excellent quality. Hotels really need frontline staff like this to get feedback on guests' experiences. This has already given me a good reason to choose The Londoner Macao's Grand Suites again for my next stay. I hope the hotel continues to offer more pleasant surprises to its guests. 💁🖐🌹🌹

The room was fantastic, luxuriously and elegantly decorated. Service was top-notch, truly making a difference. The shower had great water pressure, perfect for revitalizing a tired body. DUKE at the front desk was especially thoughtful, upgrading us to a Baccart room. The mini-fridge was well-stocked, and all the coffee and tea were complimentary, making for a delightful family vacation. We'll definitely be staying here again.

Traveling during the off-season, we got an upgrade to a suite! The view of the Eiffel Tower from our window was absolutely stunning, and the room itself was incredibly spacious. When the hotel found out we were celebrating a birthday, they thoughtfully sent a small cake to our room, which felt really special. The hotel is also very close to The Venetian, making it super convenient to get around. We'll definitely be back!

Melody Chen at the front desk was so warm and friendly! She gave us a great welcome and even upgraded us to a suite, which was perfect for the kids to stay and play in. During our stay, my child's bag was left in the public hallway. I called customer service, and Simon helped us contact other hotels to retrieve it. It was a wonderful experience and a perfect trip! We'll definitely be back often.
