Grand Lisboa Palace Macau

The room was spacious enough and I loved the unique blue decor. The hotel facilities were comprehensive; the restaurant and garden were great. The pool looked fantastic too, but unfortunately, it closed at 8 PM so I didn't get to use it. A minor drawback was the TV, which was constantly lagging and freezing. Transportation was decent; there are buses to various destinations. It's a pleasant walk to the Wynn Fountain, but other properties are a bit further away. The price was right, especially since I booked last minute, making it excellent value for money.

I've stayed here many times, and the hotel's overall luxury is top-notch. The rooms are very spacious, and the hotel amenities are excellent. The service is fantastic, with housekeeping responding very quickly. Xinbaibaihan (New Yaohan) is right downstairs, making shopping very convenient. The hotel's free shuttle bus is a great perk, and guests get priority boarding. My only minor complaint is that the control panel still emits a dazzling light even in sleep mode, which could use some improvement.

Got an upgrade to a garden-view room, which had a nice view of the garden. Saw the swimming pool, but it was already closed, probably because we arrived late, which was a bit of a shame. The hygiene and service were both good.

The room facilities are very new and the room is spacious. What I liked most were the 1.35m twin beds, which provided ample space for families with two children. However, for a family-friendly hotel, there were no gifts or activities for children during our stay on Children's Day (June 1st), which was a bit disappointing. The transportation isn't very convenient, and the hygiene was just okay. I found chocolate stains in the fridge, which was quite disgusting. To avoid spoiling anyone's appetite, I won't post pictures here. The hotel didn't offer any other solutions, just an apology and a promise to upgrade us to a suite on our next stay.

The staff were proactive and helpful. The facilities are great and clean. They even have universal power outlets. The location is a bit average, but they offer shuttle buses to all the important places, which is super convenient and a big plus!
