Well, the hotel is big,and there's a big mall too but I think the mall is a little quiet and the mall doesn’t have too many things to do ……
But the room is spacious, staff friendly and the amenities are of better qualities than those in other hotels. The beds are comfortable and the showers are gorgeous. The location
Is bit far from the city centre and the shuttle bus is not too frequent. Other than that it’s good in general and I’d try other facilities next time.

The hotel, staffs and all facilities are sooo good and I love the hotel so much. I recommend if you looking for the hotel to stay in Macau, Grand Lisboa place can be one of your option.

Its my second time staying in this hotel. Everything is great apart from the shower room. The water drain doesnt smell a bit , i guess its a bit old. Last time didnt has this problem at all.
Otherwise, service is excellent, room decoration is beautiful. Breakfast buffet is great too.

Very good vacation with the family with competitive package. Service are great! The front desk staff are very helpful and showing the high level of support and service. Especially Ms Amanda and the male staff ( sorry forgot his name)
Highly recommended! No excuses at all.

We booked two deluxed twins rooms and the rooms are clean! The facilities of the hotel are also wonderful! There are shuttle buses and it is so convenient to travel from one place to another.

Hotel has been opened for a while, but staff seems not familiar with the facilities within the hotel complex. One of the restaurants, Mesa, is located on the third floor which is the same floor as the garden. I had reservation at the restaurant and left my room 10 minutes before thinking that I should be there on time. However, they did not allow access through the third floor. I checked with the security guard on duty and he told me to go to the 2nd floor and go to the east gate direction. When I reached 2nd floor, there was no sign whatsoever showing the direction to the restaurant. I checked with staff working at the shops and they couldn't tell how to get to the restaurant. I ended up spending over 30 minutes to reach the restaurant. Eventually I figured out myself that the simplest access only takes much less than 10 minutes from my room.
The consolation was the food, service and ambience of Mesa were all exceptional. It's really worth trying.
I believe the hotel has close to 1,000 rooms but the size of the gym was just around 2,000 square feet with not a whole lot of equipment. It is totally out of proportion. There was no steam room or sauna in the changing room. That's a bit below expectation for a 5-star hotel. Isn't it?

Our stay was very pleasant, and the hotel staff were super thoughtful. They knew that we went to the hotel to celebrate our wedding anniversary so they offered to upgrade our room. Husband, kids and I had an awesome time. Will definitely visit again in the future!

All of the staffs in Grand Lisboa Palace hotel are kind and helpful especially the staff named Lee Ka Man Karen. She is polite and patient. The accommodation was good and the garden maze was fun.
Our family had a happy moment and good experiences in Grand Lisboa Palace hotel. It is no doubt for me to choose Grand Lisboa Palace in the future vacation.

The place is very neat. The ambience is really great, breakfast buffet was amazing as there were variety of choices to choose from. Location wise, it's quite far from most hotels. Need 10minutes walk but there are some shuttle buses. However, the staff gave inconsistent information regarding the shuttle bus route and time. Overall, it was a pleasant stay!
