"For my birthday, I visited the Andaz Hotel in Macau. The staff were incredibly friendly, and I was so grateful for the birthday cake. I was able to take the Andaz-operated shuttle bus to the Galaxy Macau pool, which was a lot of fun. Breakfast was also excellent. I would definitely visit again."

"Having stayed here multiple times, I already know and choose Four Seasons for its many advantages. The female staff member who helped us with the free shuttle from the ferry terminal, Ms. Kelly who made a great first impression and was incredibly kind from check-in, and Ms. Ka who, after hearing me mumble ”it's cold” to myself when entering the breakfast restaurant, brought a shawl to my table – these were truly touching moments. Plus, she spoke Korean quite well! Not a single staff member, whether in the sauna or anywhere else, was anything but friendly. Because of this, I'd rate it even higher than its excellent sauna, swimming pool, and delicious breakfast restaurant. It's a place I happily return to again and again. I'll be back soon! Oh, and I'm hoping for some changes to the room service menu. Haha."

"Second time staying at Grand Lisboa Palace 🏨. There is a free shuttle bus 🚌 from the Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macao Bridge straight to the hotel. The hotel is newly built, and there are also free shuttle buses 🆓 to Taipa Village, making getting around very convenient 🙌🙌. The breakfast 🥣 at The Grand Buffet has a huge variety of options 👍👍."

"I booked 2 rooms for family stay. The check in process is fast. Rooms are clean and we loved the gym and pool. We were surprised to received drinks at the poolside. Hotel also provide transport to airport that give us great convenience. Staff at the poolside, gym, reception counter, concierge etc are all friendly and efficient. I will surely come back to this hotel again on my next trip to Macau."

"What an amazing hotel. From before we even arrived, they contacted us to make the sty special. Transfer service organised, we were greeted upon arrival at the curb. The hotel facade is something to behold! Spectacular! All our requirements were well and truly met and beyond. The room we had was superb, with bath bongs delivered, treats on arrival, a stocked mini bar and personalised greetings. We absolutely recommend the use of all the day services: breakfast, afternoon tea and cocktail hour were all way beyond expectations. Cannot wait to return"
