This time, I brought my mother to City of Dreams - Morpheus Macau for her birthday, and we had a truly unforgettable experience. Many thanks to the thoughtful front desk team, who prepared a birthday cake, flowers, fruits, and snacks in the room beforehand. This pleasant surprise deeply touched us. The 37th-floor room they arranged offered a superb view. The room's design featured soft lines, gentle lighting, and comfortable bedding. The hotel's calming essential oils and spray were also a thoughtful touch. In the evening, we could see drone performances outside the window, which was a fantastic experience. Both the hotel's architecture and interior design are avant-garde and modern, offering a visually stunning experience. It's conveniently located next to The House of Dancing Water, making it very easy to catch a show. From design to service, City of Dreams - Morpheus Macau truly sets a benchmark for modern hotels. We had a wonderful birthday trip and highly recommend it.

This is my 4th stay at Grand Lisboa Palace since it opened in 2021, and I've booked through Trip.com every time. It offers great value for money. The package including breakfast for two at Grand Buffet is a fantastic deal, and the famous Grand Buffet restaurant is huge with a wide variety of food options. The hotel service remains top-notch. Although the public areas are showing a bit more wear and tear than before, the rooms are exceptionally well-maintained, very spacious at 60 square meters, and come with a complimentary first round of the minibar. The price is lower than surrounding hotels, making it a highly recommended choice. I must say that Grand Lisboa Palace has the most convenient transportation, with free shuttle buses to various ports of entry and downtown areas, making it much more convenient than neighboring hotels.

The hotel environment is clean and tidy, and the service is warm and friendly. The entire check-in process was a very pleasant experience, and the staff provided us with some very practical tips. All the employees are extremely polite and will proactively greet guests whenever you encounter them in any area. The view from the room is stunning, and the room feels unexpectedly spacious. The toiletries provided are also of great quality. Highly recommended!

The bed and pillows were very comfortable, and the room was quiet with excellent soundproofing. The toiletries were L'Occitane miniatures, and when I asked the staff, they said I could take them with me. The two sinks were spacious. It's about a 10-minute taxi ride to The Londoner, which is very convenient and offers great value for money. It's definitely worth another visit. My child praised the Portuguese roasted chicken pasta at breakfast as delicious.

Excellent experience! Grand Coloane Resort feels like the most secluded resort hotel in Macau! Location: Grand Coloane Resort is located at the southeasternmost tip of Macau, which is a bit remote and inconvenient for taxis. Only one bus route, 21A, passes by the hotel entrance. However, it only takes 20 minutes by bus to reach the major integrated resorts in Cotai and 35 minutes to Almeida Ribeiro. Plus, the hotel offers scheduled shuttle services to and from Grand Lisboa Palace (near the East Asian Games Dome area). Ambiance: The hotel's exterior combines Southeast Asian and Mediterranean styles, featuring red tiles and white walls, with Portuguese decorative elements adding an exotic touch. Its aesthetics suggest it opened in the 90s, with extensive use of light-colored wood materials. The entire hotel complex spans nearly 70,000 square meters, offering outdoor facilities for those who enjoy swimming, tennis, and soccer. The rooms are spacious, each with a large balcony of over 20 square meters, complementing the approximately 40 square meter guest room, demonstrating ample space. The decor is simple and elegant, not aiming for luxury. There's a somewhat narrow seaside promenade where you can enjoy the sea breeze, but it doesn't lead directly to Hac Sa Beach. Hygiene: Although Grand Coloane Resort has been open for a long time, its hygiene is well-maintained, with no unpleasant odors. Service: If you chat with the front desk, you might get an upgrade to the best sea-view room. After the front desk helped me register as a Grand Coloane Resort member, I received a 50% off voucher for breakfast and other dining discounts, which was even more cost-effective than booking a room with breakfast included. Housekeeping typically comes between 10 AM and 11 AM daily. At breakfast, after purchasing at the restaurant front desk, staff guide guests to appropriate seating areas to avoid congestion. It's worth noting that Grand Coloane Resort has many Southeast Asian employees who understand a bit of Chinese, but English communication is generally easier, and the hotel has a high proportion of foreign guests. Breakfast: The buffet breakfast is extensive, offering Chinese, Western, and Indian dishes (the Indian breakfast wasn't to my taste, but I highly recommend their main courses). Facilities: The indoor and outdoor pools are incredibly comfortable. The L-shaped outdoor pool has a long axis of 42 meters, allowing you to experience swimming under a bridge. The water temperature is very pleasant, maintained between 29-31℃, and it's very clear with visibility of less than 25 meters. When you get tired, there are plenty of lounge chairs to rest on. Next to it is a 0.9-meter-deep jacuzzi, though the water jets weren't on; there's also a 0.4-meter flower-shaped children's pool. There's also an indoor pool with a water temperature of 29℃, but it's only 12 meters long (most areas are just over 9 meters), with another jacuzzi nearby where the water jets were working. The adult pools are all 1.2 meters deep, so adults generally don't need to worry about the water being too deep.

The location is a bit close to the East Asian Games Dome. A taxi from Macau Airport costs around 60 MOP. It's about a 13-15 minute walk from the Grand Lisboa Palace, but if you're not familiar with the area, be aware that there are slopes and you can't just cross the road anywhere. If you have a lot of luggage or small children, just take a taxi! Check-in was smooth. I was worried about the room card, so I didn't book through an agent. I really liked the highest room type! It has a 'hui' character layout with a three-part bathroom for privacy, and the sofa bed in the living room can be opened with bedding provided! They gave us a birthday cake upon check-in and plenty of bottled water. We also received skip-the-line tickets for the Wynn Palace gondola, a voucher for MaMi Egg Waffles, two 50 MOP Angel's Cafe vouchers, and a shopping mall discount booklet! You can get 20% off go-karting and souvenirs! Business was good, and they allowed a late checkout until 12 PM. Express checkout and free luggage storage were also available! Although there's no casino, there are shuttle buses to Wynn Palace, but airport buses are less frequent! Our room type included three breakfasts, but if yours doesn't, you can find a better deal on Dianping for group-buy breakfasts! The room was quiet and clean! Perfect for adult children traveling with their parents!

I got an upgraded sea view room. The room environment was good, relatively clean and hygienic. The only drawback was that the shower gel made my skin very dry and itchy after washing, and there was no body lotion provided in the bathroom. Even after applying my own body lotion, my skin still felt very dry. I suggest changing to another brand of shower gel and providing regular body lotion. Also, there were no cotton swabs for ear cleaning in the bathroom. The facilities were a bit lacking.

The room facilities were well-maintained; all the equipment was clean, in good working order, and easy to use. The linens were soft and spotless, making for a very comfortable stay. The overall experience was great, and I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time!

When checking in, I specifically asked the front desk staff for a quiet room. Even though it was on a lower floor, they thoughtfully arranged a room not facing the road, and indeed, there was no street noise. However, I could still hear the sound of people opening doors next door and water running, which suggests the walls might be a bit thin. Breakfast is included with the stay now. While the selection isn't huge, with mostly standard breakfast items, it's definitely filling. The pork chop with fruit juice was particularly flavorful.

The lady at the front desk was very kind and proactively upgraded our room to a sea-view one, which was very quiet. I rarely leave reviews, but I feel that although this hotel is a bit old, it's clean, quiet, and has excellent air conditioning. The location is super convenient; there's a light rail station and bus stop right outside the door, and the Galaxy Diamond Lobby is just across the street, making it very easy to get to all the surrounding attractions. I would choose to stay here again next time I bring my family.
