The hotel's design is innovative, and the bathroom features a spacious wet/dry separation with a unique pentagonal bathtub. Toiletries are plentiful, and the large sliding bathroom door operates smoothly with a satisfying weight. The mini-bar is well-stocked with water, tea bags, and drinks, and even includes two complimentary instant noodles! The room is equipped with a tablet for controlling lights, curtains, and other functions, which is a very modern touch. The 37th-floor view is expansive, overlooking Macau Airport, offering an extra sense of openness.

Khun DenConvenient transportation with easy access to all directions, and a wide variety of restaurants to choose from. What's truly commendable is the excellent overall service quality. They proactively offered a cake and coordinated the delivery time, which was very thoughtful.

AnnamakEvery year, I choose Galaxy Resort to celebrate my mother's birthday. Since it's summer, we can go to Grand Resort Deck to play in the water, and it's a one-stop shop for dining and watching movies. If you want to go from the hotel to the resort's mall, you can take a shuttle bus or walk to the JW Hotel. It's actually just across the road.
On the day of check-in, I'm very grateful for the arrangements made by Yannie and Fung at the front desk. Both receptionists were polite, friendly, and very thoughtful. It was extremely busy that day due to a concert, and it was rare to see them maintain such professionalism. Their service attitude was excellent, and they provided us with a wonderful stay.

Guest UserThis was my first time staying at the W Hotel in Macau, despite having visited many times before. The environment was excellent, and the location was very convenient, being close to The Parisian. They even kindly upgraded us to a suite, which was incredibly spacious. The breakfast was delicious and offered a wide variety of options, making it great value for money.

DanLi_WongThe hotel is conveniently located right next to shops, offering a wide array of dining options like Hong Kong-style cafes, Japanese restaurants, Western cuisine, and more. There's even an Emperor Cinemas, which is a huge plus. You really don't need to overthink your packing. Even if you forget a travel adapter, the room thoughtfully provides one. The room's design is incredibly comfortable and relaxing; you could even say it feels very much like home. I often dislike hotel rooms that lack space for luggage, but the L'Occitane-themed room at The Karl Lagerfeld offered excellent luggage placement. The room was spacious, and the bathroom and shower facilities were fantastic! Highly recommended!

NatyunaAmazing!BUT
Im so happy with choice . We stayed with a 7 month old baby. So we had not many choices. The most important for me was the crib. They provided the crib. It was clean. Soft ( not wooden with nails her and there amd dirty like in Vietnam). And a small pillow and a quilt. So nice. Thank you. Also I like those sofas around the windows and the wall. It's very nice if your baby is still crawling. My baby spent hours there.
Cleanling. This hotel is one of the cleanest I have seen ib my life. Everywhere. Everything was spotless. Thank you cleaning team. Staff speak English 👏 that's also a big plus. The pool is not as big as on the photo, bus so nice. It has different levels.. start from 20 cm. Bed was super!!! Comfy. Pillows amazing. Shower room no words. Now 3 things that I didn't like: location..... there are no shops or restaurants around. So even if you want to buy water you can't 🫠i stayed without black coffee for 2 days because 7 eleven was also very far to walk there.
.shuttle service.....the hotel is clos to Hengqin port, but there is no shuttle to / from. Taxi for 5 min ride costed me more than 100 had. There is a shuttle to Venetian, but they wont bring you back. Taxi back costs 50hkd even its like across the road, but you cant just walk there that easy. And third minor thing is... soundproof. Our neighbors started to ****************** from 8 am and the woman was shouting til 10 am. It was so loud like ******************************.
S
In conclusion... of you want to stay here...bring with you enough of food and drinks to survive. It's not easy to find anything around there. Venetian and Galaxy also had no convenience shop. Enjoy

fafa0320This was my first time staying at this long-standing seaside hotel. Usually, when I come to Macau, I stay in 5-star hotels in Taipa. Compared to those, this one doesn't have the opulent, glittering decor, but instead offers a complete resort vibe, and it's incredibly good value for money! The room faced the sea, and the balcony was especially spacious – it was very comfortable to sit out there in the evening. Plus, the hotel wasn't crowded, and the swimming pool had a few fun activities, along with free ball games and board games. The kids had an absolute blast.

Guest UserThe room was spacious and very clean, with excellent night views. There's a large bus station right downstairs where you can buy Macau Pass cards directly from a machine. Wynn is just a 4-minute walk away, making it super convenient to get anywhere. The Ruins of St. Paul's are also very close by. Claro at the luggage storage was very kind and helpful, providing assistance promptly.

Guest UserThe location is key, with a nice surrounding area and a bus stop nearby offering routes to various places. It's an established star-rated hotel; the grand and luxurious lobby clearly shows its former glory. The price was acceptable for the summer holiday period. Room facilities and amenities were well-maintained, the bedding was clean and tidy, and the service was good. The breakfast area was also pleasant, with a sufficient variety of Chinese and Western options, and the food was decent. Staff frequently patrolled, promptly refilling items when they ran low. Staying for two nights, it was a satisfying holiday experience.
