Altira Macau

The hotel boasts an excellent location, surrounded by many famous local eateries. The lobby is uniquely situated on the top floor (38th floor), offering stunning panoramic views of the Macau Peninsula. The room itself is spacious and incredibly comfortable! The ocean view from the room is even more spectacular!

Excellent stay, highly recommended! Our three-day experience at the Altira Hotel was truly exceptional! From the service to the room facilities, everything was very satisfying. Especially the bathtub in the room – it was spacious and comfortable, with a beautiful sea view that we absolutely loved! Next time we visit Macau, we will definitely choose to stay here again. The hotel room is very spacious and clean, with a fantastic large bathtub and a superb view that offers an unobstructed panoramic view of the fireworks – simply perfect! It was a bit of a shame that we happened to visit during the annual pool maintenance, which makes me less inclined to visit again at the same time of year. Nevertheless, it's still highly recommended.

This is our second stay here, and it was for my husband's birthday. I decorated the room for him, and the hotel even provided a cake and a birthday card. We also got to see a fireworks competition, and the room had an excellent view of it. The hygiene and service were both top-notch. Highly recommend!

This hotel is located along the coast, making it very convenient to get to the peninsula. The hotel lobby on the 38th floor offers fantastic panoramic views. The rooms are very spacious and well-equipped, including a large bathtub. The only downside was that disposable bathtub liners weren't provided, so I didn't use it. The front desk staff were very professional and had excellent service attitudes. There was also a turndown service, and an entertainment complex downstairs. It's a shame that the famous pool was closed. I'll definitely stay here again on my next visit. City of Dreams resort free shuttle bus service: Very convenient.

The service attitude was excellent. The front desk and housekeeping staff were very attentive to guests and proactively offered assistance.

All rooms are sea-facing 🤗 Convenient transportation 👍 The hot water in the bathroom wasn't hot enough 👎 but the water pressure was strong 👍 It's rare to find a hotel where all rooms are sea-facing 👍

This is yet another positive review for Altira! This time, we were lucky enough to stay on the floor managed by Ah Nan, and we really appreciate the excellent housekeeping service he provided over our six-day stay. We've previously enjoyed dining at Tenmasa and Aurora, which were both great, and this time we tried Monsoon, which was also surprisingly good. Altira always has so many pleasant surprises! The staff, from front desk check-in to the restaurant team, were all wonderful. Just a small suggestion: the previous batch of toiletries was better. The new product boxes are quite soft, and the comb and toothbrush aren't as good as before.
