W Macau - Studio City

The room was spacious with bright floor-to-ceiling windows. The location is excellent, making it easy to get around, and there's a bus stop right outside to the right. Breakfast was plentiful, though it was a bit pricey. It's best to pay the deposit in cash, as Alipay refunds take up to a week after check-out.

Came to Macau for a short two-day holiday again. Decided to try a hotel I hadn't stayed at before and chose the W Hotel at Studio City. It was my first time here, and I found it quite nice and comfortable. The room was spacious, clean, and cozy. There are also plenty of dining options downstairs, which is a plus.

I booked for three nights and was upgraded to the extraordinary suite, and the service was excellent! I brought insect repellent sachets because I was worried about bugs. I used them for the first two nights without issue, but I got careless on the third night. Around 6 or 7 AM, I felt an uncomfortable itch on my legs. When I turned on the light, I saw they were covered in bites. I called the front desk, and they handled it very proactively with a great attitude. However, I didn't dare stay another night and quickly checked out to move to another hotel. The hotel later called to say they had an exterminator come in and found no bugs, offering to provide a certificate. I'm giving five stars because I truly feel the service and amenities are very much worth it! I hope this doesn't happen again in the future!

The room was spacious with a great view, and the breakfast was excellent. The lady at check-in was very kind and approachable, and even upgraded our room. We had a wonderful experience and will definitely stay here again next time.

I always choose this hotel for concerts because it's so convenient to walk to the venue. It's also great value for money, and the breakfast is delicious.

The room view was beautiful, and the staff provided excellent service. The soundproofing in the room was also very good. The hotel even prepared a cake for us, which was a lovely touch. Thank you for the thoughtful arrangement!

The room was a bit small, and the service was just okay. The environment was decent, mainly because Studio City has a Disney exhibition, which is convenient for families with kids. A minor drawback for a relatively new hotel was the lack of a smart toilet. The bedside lamp switch in our room was broken, and one of the power outlets was also unusable. This really lowered the overall experience. I read reviews saying the breakfast buffet was good, so I booked two mornings with breakfast. After trying it the first day, it was definitely not worth it – a complete letdown. We even skipped it on the second day.

Stylish design, clean and tidy, spacious, and the exterior view is also very nice! It's super convenient for water park fun, dining, shopping 🛍, and exploring nearby attractions. The buffet breakfast was also very generous. Coincidentally, it was a family member's birthday, and the hotel even gifted a delicate cake, what a big surprise! It's perfect for family trips, very satisfied, satisfied, satisfied!

The room size was decent. However, there were long queues for check-in. The breakfast area was a bit small and the variety was just okay. It's very close to The Parisian, just across the street, and also conveniently located near Galaxy. Overall, it's not bad.
