The Parisian Macao

The room was clean and tidy, and the service from the front desk to housekeeping was excellent – very attentive and thoughtful. Although the hotel is a bit older, it's very well-maintained. A Ferrari is still a Ferrari, even when it's old.

It was great, I had a good time. The lighting is spectacular and beautiful. The pool closes too early... 7 PM? Don Quijote is close by and open until midnight, so you can buy beer and stuff there.

I visit Macau for a few days every year and have stayed at The Parisian Macao multiple times. The rooms are well-equipped, and it's super convenient to take the shuttle bus to attractions on the Peninsula. The hotel staff provide excellent service 👍, I highly recommend it to everyone.

The hotel's exterior is beautiful. It's connected to The Venetian and The Londoner via the Shoppes at Four Seasons, allowing for indoor exploration. I had requested a non-smoking room in advance, which was spacious and clean, and the service was excellent. Plus, you can visit the Eiffel Tower for a photo op. I'd definitely stay here again.

Although the hotel is already ten years old, the facilities are still very well maintained. The check-in and check-out processes were both quick. The only issue was that some guests had low etiquette standards, talking loudly in the hallway after midnight. However, this has nothing to do with the hotel itself.

Our overall experience staying at The Parisian Macao was excellent, and I highly recommend it for families with children! ✨ The room was clean and tidy, and the view was also very good. Every staff member we encountered at the hotel was incredibly friendly and provided excellent service. One thing that particularly impressed me was that no matter what floor or position they held, they would always ask if we needed bottled water. The location, I believe, is fantastic. It's surrounded by other large hotels and shopping malls, making shopping and dining very convenient. If you don't want to walk around under the Macao sun, you can use the indoor connecting walkways/skybridges to access nearby malls and hotels, which makes getting around with kids much easier. Just remember to bring an extra jacket, as the indoor air conditioning can be quite strong. Currently, there's a 10th-anniversary "The Little Prince" themed event, where you can collect stamps within the hotel and redeem a shopping bag upon completion. Even the children's amenities are Little Prince-themed, which gives kids a sense of occasion when they receive them 💛 Regarding dining, there's a food court on the 5th floor, which is very convenient for meals. However, I feel there's some room for improvement in terms of the variety and selection of dishes. It would be even better if they could expand the options in the future. The buffet on the 1st floor also offers a wide variety of dishes, and you can ask staff to take a commemorative instant photo for you. Overall, I was very satisfied with everything.

This isn't my first time visiting The Londoner, but every visit leaves me with a wonderful impression. The front desk staff's warmth and attentiveness always make me feel happy and well taken care of. As a Trip.com Black Diamond member, I even received special arrangements and a small gift upon checkout, which was a delightful surprise. I truly look forward to my next stay!

Worth every penny for such a great hotel at this price (over 600). The location is convenient, surrounded by other major hotels, and within walking distance.

The room experience was great! When I got the room, I told Calvin at check-in that I needed a bed rail. He knew I was traveling with a child and even gave me a special kids' toiletry set (it was a Little Prince themed event recently). The hotel's water park was enough to keep my 5-year-old busy and happy!
