Our family booked the Platinum Onsen Room, last December 31, 2024, to January 1, 2025 and we thought it was simply perfect for our hotel staycation.Β
From the moment we arrived, a Filipino staff in check-in area was very welcoming and attentive, making us feel right at home.Β
The room was spacious, beautifully designed, and equipped with a private onsen that provided a luxurious and relaxing experience, and perfect for family.Β
Though the views from our room are not the one we expected. We booked Platinum (Resorts World) Garden Onsen Room, itβs quite pricey but since we want to experience the onsen we are okay with that price, Macau Tower view as we saw that on the picture in trip.com are one we choose, because we thought there is fireworks display in Macau, sad to say no fireworks display this year 2025 in Macau tower.Β
Anyway the amenities at Yoho Hotel were fantastic! My boys and I loved the onsen room, as it was warm and inviting, and the amenities in hotel especially the gym.
On New Year's Eve, we had a small celebration, we thought we can sing outside (onsen) coz there is small table, on our room but hotel called us twice π So our New year eve night is not as special as it is. For us our staycation is just a waste of money.
Anyway i want to commend Jape and the filipino in check-in area for being so helpful and mindful on our needs. (forgot to get the name) they are both friendly and helpful. Not being biased but having a Filipino staff is very good coz they are all welcoming and friendly.Β
But overall, our stay at Yoho Hotel was okay. We all relaxed. But I will not recommend this room, if your family like to have fun coz they will scold you π
Excellent

A very great hotel!!! Though itβs a little bit old to be honest, service is excellent, all staffs are so friendly and nice as well. Also the night view is so stunning! Defintely worth it.
The Parisian Macao provides a great place for travelers to relax after a busy day. The Parisian Macao offers a pleasant stay in Macau for those traveling for business or leisure. From the hotel, Macau International Airport is just 3km away. Just a short walk from Union Hospital Metro Station, traveling to most city destinations is a breeze. Keeping busy is easy, with Lisboeta Macau, Galaxy Arena and Qube Kingdom - Kid's indoor playground all nearby. When guests have some time on their hands they can make use of the onsite facilities. This Macau hotel features parking on site. If you demand a high level of service, our guests have indicated that this hotel has excellent standards. This hotel is a popular accommodation for guests traveling with families.

It was pretty good but not up to my expectations. The room was quite simple but it's pretty comfortable. The location was quite good with Venetian just about 10min walk away. I will stay here again if the price is really much cheaper than others.
Treasure Hotel is a hotel opposite to Macau International Airport and close to Cotai Strip. There are 23 floors and 654 guest rooms, including standard rooms, business suites, deluxe rooms, featured quad rooms and accessible rooms, to meet different needs of our guests. The decoration and design of Treasure hotel is based on the theme of European medieval armored knights, with a retro color tone of brown, gold and burgundy. The hotel also exhibits various 1:1 handmade armor models with reference to replicas of medieval ancient relics, as well as precious artworks from abroad. We hope our guests enjoy the atmosphere and feel like they are in a medieval art exhibition hall.

The hotel was clean and comfy with an excellent position right next to both light rail station and airport. It's less than a 10 minute train drive to the main ****** area of Venetian, Parisien and other famous sights. So it's very convenient and quite a good price. The only negative is every room in the hotel has two twin beds rather than a large double bed.
Andaz Macau β a vibrant lifestyle hotel rooted in local art and culture β is opened with Asiaβs most iconic and advanced MICE destination, Galaxy International Convention Center (GICC) and the spectacular events venue, 16,000-seat Galaxy Arena. 1. The hotel is new, clean, modern decorations. Great amenities.
2. Very attentive service.
3. Amazing breakfast. As a coffee lover, I appreciated that they had a barista, who made excellent coffee. Great selection of food.
4. Shuttle service.
5. The hotel was not crowded.
-
1. The staff canβt speak English very well. Starting from the reception to the lobby bar. So it may be a bit challenging for English speaking only guests.
2. The βloungeβ is super small and overcrowded on evening with very few snacks, so not worth it for sure.
3. You need to be aware of the location (I was, so I knew what to expect). But there are almost no convenience stores nearby, or restaurants/coffee shops that are not in the hotel.
Overall the place is really nice, highly recommended it.
Hotel Central, nestled in the vibrant heart of Macau's historic city along Avenida de Almeida Ribeiro, is ideally situated near iconic landmarks such as St. Paul's Ruins and the Senado Square. Following a meticulous HK$2 billion acquisition and revitalization project, this century-old treasure was gloriously reborn in 2024. This singular century-old boutique hotel ingeniously merges a nostalgic retro aesthetic with advanced technology and eco-friendly principles, resulting in an ambiance that is both evocative of the past and refreshingly contemporary.

I booked 2 rooms for 2 nights for 3 adults and 1 teen. First time in Macau. We were pleasantly surprised and very much impressed by the complimentary snacks and drinks which includes daily 2 bottled water, sprite, coke, non-gassy sweet bottled drink, beer and even a bottle of red wine! There is even coffee beans and coffee grinder for you to grind and make your own coffee! We did not drink the wine as not a wine drinker, neither did we bring it home cos find it a hassle to put into luggage. The staff is very friendly. The only inconvenience is that the hotel is located in a narrow lane and there is no proper hotel lobby where U can take taxi. We have to walk about 2 mins to go main road to catch a taxi. But other than that, hotel is clean and it is near the Ruins of St Paul and few other places. Best part is it is near Koi Kei bakery where I logged 2 giant bags of almond pastry snacks back home.
Long story. Overall is still pleasant. Some might say itβs a new hotel, cut some slack for them. Yes and no. If you are not ready, then donβt open. I would say either understaff or staffs are not experienced or well trained. To those that were working there now, I can see that they are doing their very best. Higher management might want to see how to improve further.
1: Reached hotel at 12pm. Put my luggage at reception and went out. They already have my booking and name verified. Came back at 4pm, waited for 30 minutes and gave me the wrong room type from my booking. When I went down to the counter, told me that my room is not ready yet. At 4pm and my room is not ready yet? The fact is that, thereβs a group of walked in customers in front of me when I came back. They gave my room to them thinking that I am not back yet. And I have to wait for the other room, which was given a late checked out. And the guest had just left and room is not ready for me. So they put me up in another room to wait for my room.
2: Very generous with space. Room is spacious. Bright. Nice and clean. Which I think it has to be as it is a brand new hotel just opened in less than 2 weeks ago.
3: Stingy with water. Gave only 2 bottles of water. 250ml type. Asked for more and said at most can give 2 more only.
4: Water heater temperature not constant. One moment become very hot and one water becomes cold. And the hot that it suddenly became was very hot. Quite dangerous.
5: There is no robot to bring up your food deliveries and send anything that you request from hotel. You will have to go down to pick up your deliveries and wait for hotel staff to bring to you anything that you request for. I have to wait for 45 minutes for a pair of slippers.
6: The shower area had a design flaw that allows water to flow out when you shower and water ponded right in front the vanity counter. That was how I needed an extra pair of slippers.
7: The blinds of the windows are another wrong choice of blinds to install. You need to lower the entire day blind then you can bring up the black out blind. There are 7 panels of them in the room. My arms are sore after that. And you need to repeat the entire process to bring it up in the morning if you wish to see outside the window.
8: TV doesnβt have access to paid TV. Can only watch local channels.
9: Drop off point do not have a shelter like neighboring buildings. You get wet going in and out of the hotel entrance if it rains.
10: My room was on the top floor. Each time the lift moves, I can hear the braking lock engaging and disengaging. I can also feel the vibration from the gears that lowers and pulls the ropes. I am not a light sleeper and I can hear it.
11: Windows are double glazed. But still can hear the rain splattering while sleeping.

GGuest UserThis is the first time we stayed this hotel and I asked if the hotel can offer us a better city view.
The hotel people was so kind to upgrade us to a high floor and the city view was great and beautiful.
The hotel has lot of restaurants to choose , standard and high price restaurants which was good for customer to choose .
The hotel room has provide free drinks and snacks for customer which is good in case people feel hungry in the early morning or night. And the only small issue was the bath tub was so slippy and need to place a small met inside the bath tub, otherwise , elder people would easy to fall down and the handle was too low in position to catch when showering .
YYee KwanI visited your hotel for my wedding anniversary yesterday and I am very satisfied with the environment and facilities of your hotel! The service attitude of the staff is very good. Eddy who works at the front desk is very kind and enthusiastically arranges for us. This wedding anniversary is very successful for us. We are all very happy. We have decided to stay at your hotel again that night and wrote an email to thank you for your arrangement. We will also recommend your hotelβs professional services to our friends! Finally, I would like to thank W Hotel in Studio City and Eddy at the front desk for their service!
GGuest UserThe hotel's location is simply unparalleled. It is located in the center of Macau, providing unparalleled convenience. Whether you are a business traveler or a tourist, hotels located near major attractions, commercial centers, and public transportation are an ideal choice. What impressed me most was that I could easily and quickly reach the must see attractions in this city.
The hotel is brand new. The attention to detail in maintaining cleanliness is evident. From clean sheets to spotless bathrooms, every corner of the room has been meticulously cleaned. Room service personnel deserve special mention as they are committed to ensuring a hygienic and comfortable environment for guests.
One of the most prominent features of this hotel is its stunning infinity pool. The scenery of the swimming pool is breathtaking, offering a panoramic view of the city skyline. This is an ideal place to relax after a long day. The swimming pool area is well maintained, equipped with comfortable lounge chairs and a peaceful atmosphere, adding fun to overall relaxation.
Daniel at the front desk was very helpful, his warm welcome and sincere friendliness set the tone for my stay, providing valuable insights into local attractions and dining options. He actively resolves any questions and ensures smooth check-in and check-out procedures, which is truly commendable.
I must say that the hotel exceeded my expectations in multiple aspects. My accommodation at YOHO Treasure Island Hotel was simply fantastic. The superior geographical location, spotless cleanliness, luxurious infinity pool, and excellent service from Daniel and other staff make this hotel the first choice for anyone visiting Macau. I strongly recommend it and look forward to my next visit.
GGuest UserThe theme of l'occitane is quite comfortable and attractive! But I don't understand why I have to wait until 3:30pm to check in at 3pm?π
The staff at the front desk are very polite, but the white uniformed staff in charge of baggage storage are not polite, especially the man with glasses! I understand that it is a hard job, but he could have been a bit more polite! π The hotel room is very nice, but how many seconds does it take to press the lift button? Many travellers don't know what's going on with the lift button!π§ And the location is not very convenient! There is no shuttle bus to connect to the hotel, so I have to take a taxi every time!
Jjam7The hotel is very clean and I thought very well decorated and designed. The room was much bigger than I expected and had 2 very nice places to sit by the windows - one breakfast bar and one cushioned window sill. My one suggestion would be to have a shower bracket on the wall to make the shower hands free. The bathtub is nice but if you want to shower, it could be more convenient. Staff were very friendly and attentive. Shuttle bus is convenient.
CChung NingVery close to the outer ferry terminal, like 10-15 minutes walk. Quite a lot of bus routes to choose as well, pretty convenient location for traveler. Hotel has smoking and nonsmoking rooms. I chose smoking room (cause I do smoke), expecting the room might smells pretty bad but it was fine. I do recommend this hotel if you're a smoker and a traveler that not looking for a nice view from hotel but just convenient location.
JJJC TravelsIt was indeed a great experience. The room is spacious and clean. All staff were friendly specially the receptionist Ms. Malou San Juan (not sure if I named here correctly) and Mark Manansala. Since I am a Filipino, and they are either, communication was easier. They were sop helpful and professional. Also, the locals (Chinese) staff were the same. The hotel smells expensive and they offer more than what guests need. I mean, they are very much willing to provide the reasonable needs of guests. Could improve on breakfast menu but worth the price.
GGuest UserI left my silver ring in my room and checked out.
The room cleaning staff found it before I realised and informed me immediately.
They then stored it at the hotel for six months.
Above all, I was impressed by the hospitality of the staff, who gave the guests peace of mindγ
Thank you so much for all your helpγ
TTanRoom was big and king size bed. Spacious and comfy. Bathtub for bubble bath. Air conditioning well temperature controlled leading to a nice atmosphere for dining in room. Bed comfy nice sleep well rested . Highly recommended ! Just renovations till 6pm but bearable since not all times in room hearing the noise .
