Guest UserStaying in Morpheus has been a gorgeous experience for both my friend and me.
Both its architecture and service are top-notch!
We arrived at 12 noon aiming to simply drop.off the luggage to wait for checking into.the room at 3 pm.
The receptionist kindly advised us that the room will be available at around 1:30 pm. Then, he personally took us to the room and patiently explained to us all the advanced operating tech in it.
The ambience and the facilities in the room are unforgettable!
This is one of the best value for money hotel-stay I have come across so far!
Thank you for booking this nice hotel for us and look forward to my next visit there!

AnnaKoroWe stayed at this wonderful hotel in early May. We were pleasantly surprised by the attentive service from the entire staff, especially the manager Yuri, who was happy to help with any questions. We stayed at three different 5-star hotels in Macau, but this one stands out. Clean rooms, excellent cleaning, personalized service – every phone cord is neatly folded, your cosmetics will be neatly laid out, slippers and a robe are provided especially for the child, and soft toys and little tasty treats will make every child happy and their parents loyal. Excellent outdoor wave pool and beach with cocktails. Unfortunately, they don't offer rooms with breakfast, they would surely have been just as perfect, but there are plenty of cafes nearby for every taste, so you definitely won't go hungry. We will definitely return to this hotel again! From Russia with love!

A special thank you to Ophelia and Sophia! Your thoughtful and attentive service made my stay at Andaz Macau absolutely perfect. Your genuine care was truly invaluable.
This was my second time at Andaz, and both staff members were incredibly warm and friendly throughout my stay. They even proactively and kindly upgraded me to a spacious suite, showcasing their attention to detail at every turn. The hotel's overall design is elegant and serene, the guest rooms are airy and comfortable with complete amenities, and there's no noise, making it perfect for a relaxing getaway.
The service was gentle and meticulous from start to finish, from the warm gesture of recognizing a returning guest to the pleasant surprise of a room upgrade. Every detail made me feel so comfortable. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely choose Andaz again on my next visit to Macau. Thanks again to Ophelia and Sophia for their heartwarming service!

An excellent hotel! The view was great, the room was spacious, clean, and the staff were all very friendly. The complimentary breakfast buffet was fantastic, with a wide variety of delicious options. The hotel's location is also excellent, making it convenient to get anywhere. This time, I tried the Macau Light Rail – for 10 MOP, I took it to Barra in the Macau Peninsula, then transferred to a bus for five stops to Senado Square for shopping at the Ruins of St. Paul's. It was very convenient and saved money. My only regret is not getting to experience the pool; I was out shopping every day and didn't have time to swim.

Guest UserThis hotel isn't considered luxurious in Macau, but it's a good thing they provide L'Occitane toiletries. The rooms are quite spacious, and the service overall is decent. There's a mall on the first floor which makes dining convenient, and a few small shops with nice items. However, for serious shopping, you'd have to go to The Venetian. Unfortunately, the complimentary hotel shuttle stops running after 5 PM for border crossings, so you have to take a public bus or a taxi. Luckily, it's not too far from the border.

Guest UserGreat value for money, with a swimming pool and spacious rooms. The swing in the lobby is a nice touch. It's a 7-minute walk to the monorail and 35 minutes to The Venetian. The only downside was the breakfast, which was a bit too simple. Overall, I was very satisfied. The front desk staff (one guy in particular) was very helpful and answered all my questions. However, the receptionist on duty the night I checked in was a bit stiff.

ChanlytsuiI visit Macau 2-3 times a year, so a price hike during the summer weekend was expected. This time, I chose The Londoner Macao for our family of three, specifically for the 1.4m twin beds, which allowed us to sleep comfortably without feeling cramped. The room's cleanliness and overall environment were good, and the window overlooked the stadium. The front desk staff were all warm and welcoming, contradicting some reviews about poor service. The room was well-equipped with amenities sufficient for daily use, and there was even a self-service vending machine on our floor, which was quite convenient!
The best part is that despite The Londoner Macao's slightly off-the-beaten-path location, there's a shopping mall right downstairs, catering to all our daily needs for food, clothing, and entertainment. There's also a 24-hour cha chaan teng (Hong Kong-style diner), and registering as a Londoner Macao member gives you an 15% discount. The hotel also provided two discount coupons for Wynn Palace, with free shuttle bus service to Wynn Palace and Grand Lisboa Palace. The coupons included a priority ride on the cable car once, which was perfect for watching the musical fountain show in the evening. There was also a shopping and dining discount card for the mall, which really made up for the location. It's clear that The Londoner Macao's management is very thoughtful and genuinely cares about its guests.👍🏻👍🏻
Previously, staying in the Parisian area meant large shopping centers, but during peak season, it could get uncomfortably crowded. The Londoner Macao, however, is quieter and less crowded, making for a more comfortable and leisurely trip. The hotel is a 7-8 minute walk from the East Asian Games Dome Light Rail Station, and getting to Cunha Street (Taipa Pier Station) is also more affordable than taking a taxi. Personally, I think it's a very cost-effective choice for a family of three or four. Next time, I want to try the L'Occitane room and the LINE FRIENDS themed room, as I believe the weekday prices will be even more attractive.
In short: Of course, more expensive hotels will offer a different experience – you get what you pay for. But for our family's habit and experience of visiting Macau for a few days every year, The Londoner Macao is a good value-for-money option. If guests have higher demands, then I'd recommend choosing a more expensive hotel. 😉😉

xzj_kyoThis hotel stands out a bit in Taipa, located away from the main luxury hotel zone (though it's not really that far, given how small Macau is; a taxi from central Taipa is only about 50 MOP). It's nestled by the mountains and the sea, making it quite peaceful, right next to Hac Sa Beach. The decent-sized outdoor pool is definitely a highlight. However, it's an older property, so the facilities and decor have a 90s vibe and are quite dated, which explains why the price is lower compared to hotels in central Taipa. On the plus side, the rooms are spacious, and the shower has great water pressure, making for a comfortable experience.

DerrickChong0613The hotel is within walking distance of the Macau Outer Harbour Ferry Terminal, which takes around 15–20 minutes even with luggage. There’s also a nearby public bus stop that provides convenient access to the Cotai area. The housekeeping staff were friendly as well.
Overall, the stay was good, although the design feels a bit old-school. The in-house ****** has also ceased operations since November 2025.

kevinzcwThis hotel definitely has a retro vibe, like something from the 90s. You get what you pay for, after all; the opulent Galaxy is right across the street, but it's double the price. It's about a six-stop light rail ride from the airport to Pai Kok station. From there, you enter Galaxy Entertainment, walk through the lobby, cross the road, and you're there. Getting to the East Asian Games Dome is super convenient, just four stops away! The room is fully carpeted, but thankfully there's no weird smell – it's very clean. The bathroom has a tub, but the showerhead is built into the wall, which is a bit awkward. However, the water pressure is excellent, more than making up for that minor flaw. It's a shame the gym hours are only 10 AM to 6 PM, which isn't ideal for early birds. I ended up going for a morning run instead. To my surprise, a quick left turn led me to the Taipa waterfront, where I could enjoy the scenery while breaking a sweat. My biggest complaint is the breakfast; I honestly don't recommend it. There's hardly anything to eat, but maybe my expectations are just too high. You're better off going to Tsui Wah at Galaxy across the street for their breakfast set, which costs 60 MOP. The cleaning staff were excellent; they brought me bottled water several times without any fuss. Overall, it's a hotel with good value for money!
