MMuxi456A legendary hotel. Designed by Zaha Hadid, with an investment of 6.5 billion, utilizing 28,000 tons of steel, and managed by Lawrence Ho, it opened in 2018.
The service is impeccable; guests are escorted to their rooms, and luggage is handled for them. The soundproofing in the rooms is excellent, and the fully smart features were truly ahead of their time 8 years ago. Don't miss the open-air pool on the 50th floor.
Breakfast is served directly to the room. Guests in executive rooms can also have breakfast at the lounge on the 30th floor. It's a semi-buffet style, and the quality is superb.
I do have to complain about the behavior of some mainland Chinese guests. Half of them were wearing slippers in the lounge, speaking loudly, playing audio on their phones without headphones, and generally lacking etiquette. Such 'uncouth' individuals really shouldn't be present in such an establishment.

A special shout-out to Tel at the front desk who helped me with my luggage to my room. Knowing I like to drink tea and Coke, they immediately had a staff member bring me drinking water and Coke. A five-star hotel with first-class service!

GGuest UserThe Londoner Macao is excellent in every aspect – facilities, location, and service. It's also very convenient to get around, offering fantastic value for money.
My only complaints are that the pillows aren't comfortable and the shower enclosure isn't sealed well enough, so water leaks out, leaving the floor quite wet after showering. These two issues are consistent every time.

JJinyushuiFacilities: Well-equipped, spacious and bright rooms, with a coffee table perfect for tea. Hygiene: The bed was comfortably soft, the pillows were cozy, and bottled water was refilled endlessly. Service: Attentive service; front desk staff member He Xiaoying was exceptionally thoughtful. Our luggage was delivered directly to our room, and we even received Eiffel Tower chocolates as a souvenir.

GGuest UserStayed at the W with my grandma and baby. You can take the Studio City shuttle from the airport, and the hotel is the second stop. My little one exclaimed how beautiful the hotel was while we were waiting to check in. The front desk staff even upgraded us to a room with a great view and provided excellent service. We could see the Parisian's Eiffel Tower and the Ferris wheel nearby. It's currently Disney-themed, and my child had so much fun they didn't want to leave. The 40th-floor restaurant, 'Hua,' also has an amazing view, and their set menus are a great value – just be sure to book in advance. This trip was a bit rushed, so we didn't get to experience the Ferris wheel or the water park, but we'll definitely be back next time.

GGuest UserFantastic experience! The L'Occitane toiletries were a lovely touch and great value for money. The room service staff were also very friendly, and the front desk actively helped with luggage. The only minor downside was that the hotel facilities were a bit old, especially the hairdryer which was very, very dirty and looked like it hadn't been cleaned in a long time. There was also a lot of limescale in the corners around the bathroom.

GGuest UserI had a very satisfying stay at this hotel. The overall environment was clean and tidy, and the lobby design was grand, giving a comfortable and relaxing feeling. The room space was well-proportioned, the bedding was soft and comfortable, and the soundproofing was excellent, ensuring a very quiet night's rest.
The front desk staff were warm and professional, making check-in and check-out efficient. They were also patient and prompt in answering any questions I had. Housekeeping was quick to respond and attentive to details.
The hotel's location is also quite convenient, with easy access to dining and transportation, making getting around hassle-free.

JJulia GrebenevaExcellent hotel located in the green part of Coloane Island. It's a very peaceful area with sea views from the window. Quiet, with the sounds of the jungle. I love walking on forest trails, and near the hotel, there's plenty of space – huge parks with well-maintained paths for hill walks. You could probably explore different trails for a week. I really enjoyed it. In the center of the park, there's a massive A-Ma sculpture and a Buddhist temple.
The hotel doesn't have its own beach access, but it does have swimming pools. There's a public beach nearby, so it's not an issue.
I was very pleased with the bedding in the room – the mattress was perfectly soft, and the blanket was well-chosen, making it ideal for sleeping with the air conditioning on, neither too hot nor too cold.
The hotel isn't new; it seems to have been built in 1993, and there's a certain charm to its slightly older feel. Some of the old furniture and wooden doors remained in the room, which I found beautiful.
The breakfasts were superb – delicious and varied. I wasn't impressed with the lunch and dinner menu at the ground-floor cafe; it was expensive and uninspired. The Japanese cafe upstairs was decent. There's a street cafe near the hotel, towards the beach, which seemed good, but I didn't eat there.
I'm very satisfied with my stay; it's a beautiful, green part of the island. A pleasant hotel that I recommend.

The HSKP attendants and room service server are very kind.
Though the front desk they need to be more effective with their service cause they didn't introduce the wifi and inform about the pool renovation.

GGuest UserThe hygiene is good, and the sea-view breakfast environment is pleasant. It's convenient to get there by taking the Galaxy Shuttle and crossing the skybridge after getting off. The hotel offers a shuttle bus to The Venetian, but it only runs a few times a day. The facilities are a bit old, especially the hairdryer. A deposit of 500 MOP is required, payable only by Alipay or cash, WeChat is not accepted. The service is decent; I didn't have a power adapter for charging, and they sent one up immediately.
