The Morpheus truly lives up to its reputation as the pinnacle of luxury accommodation in Macau! Zaha Hadid's architectural masterpiece, with its unique exoskeleton structure, was breathtaking at first sight. The 35-meter high atrium and the slow ascent of the suspended transparent scenic elevators create an immersive, futuristic experience. Every photo taken here is picture-perfect, truly befitting a landmark hotel in Macau. The location is superb, nestled within the City of Dreams resort. It's connected to a shopping mall, offering a one-stop solution for dining, entertainment, and leisure. Traveling between the various resorts in Taipa is also incredibly convenient. The guest rooms are spacious and airy, with flowing curved designs that create a wonderful ambiance. The entire room is smart-controlled, allowing you to adjust lights and curtains with a single tap on an iPad, showcasing cutting-edge technology. The amenities are exceptional, featuring a full set of Acqua di Parma toiletries and a Dyson hairdryer. The bathroom is generously sized, and the electric partition door offers excellent privacy. All non-alcoholic beverages in the mini-bar are complimentary, with quality evident in every detail. The bedding is soft and comfortable, guaranteeing a good night's sleep. While the toiletries have a sophisticated fragrance and are excellent to use, I do have a small suggestion. Currently, they only include shampoo, body wash, and conditioner. It would be even more perfect if a body lotion could be added. Macau's climate tends to be dry, and having body lotion would further enhance the comfort of the stay. The 40th-floor infinity sky pool is an absolute highlight, offering panoramic views of Taipa. The atmosphere at sunset is simply divine, and it's incredibly photogenic. The hotel also boasts Michelin-starred restaurants and comprehensive spa facilities. The service is the most commendable aspect. The staff are professional and courteous, responding promptly to requests. From check-in to daily needs, their attention to detail is thoughtful and non-intrusive, making the luxury experience feel opulent yet unpretentious. It was a near-perfect stay. Whether for a leisurely vacation or a sightseeing trip, the Morpheus is well worth a dedicated visit. I will definitely choose to stay here again on my next trip to Macau!

Our stay was incredibly satisfying, with exceptional and proactive personalized service! Before check-in, they even provided beautiful drawing toys for my child. The front desk staff also kindly upgraded us to a pool view room and thoughtfully set up a tent for the little one. Every night, the turndown service was full of pleasant surprises, including delicious local cookies. We had some trouble with the TV casting, and the hotel's housekeeping staff helped us multiple times. One of the managers even noticed my child and kindly gave them a small doll, which made my kid incredibly happy! They also paid special attention to potential bumps and proactively placed protective corners on every piece of furniture in the room – a huge plus! Many luxury five-star hotels don't go this extra mile. During every encounter with the concierge service, staff members would proactively ask if we needed help with a taxi or if we needed reservations for restaurants. Upon check-out, another detail left a lasting impression: the staff member proactively mentioned that we could continue to use the hotel's swimming pool and children's play area even after checking out. This truly showed their thoughtfulness and sincerity. The newly renovated room was excellent, and the bedding was incredibly comfortable, clean, and hygienic. Having stayed at many luxury hotels, I feel it's truly rare to find a hotel where every department consistently delivers such an outstanding service experience!

I was extremely satisfied with my stay at Andaz Hotel this time. The hotel manager, Mr. Hu, was incredibly attentive and thoughtful. All the hotel staff were very friendly, considerate, competent, and polite. There's a happy hour opposite the front desk from 5:30 PM to 7:00 PM, and a small gift is delivered to the room every night. The hotel bathroom is absolutely fantastic, with branded showerheads and toiletries, plus a large bathtub and two showerheads! This stay also included a package for Grand Resort Deck and a MOP 500 dining voucher! It was simply so enjoyable that I didn't want to leave. I will definitely be back.

Exterior: As shown in figures 1 and 2, this room type offers a direct view of the Eiffel Tower. Transportation: After landing at the airport, just follow the signs for hotel shuttles, and you'll find the Studio City shuttle at position 1, which is very convenient (Figure 7). When you reach W Macau - Studio City, it's the second stop, and there are signs. Service: Although there was a minor hiccup during our stay, the hotel team actively and positively resolved it, demonstrating high professionalism. Upon learning it was our honeymoon, they sent us cake and red wine. Dining: We chose in-room dining for both dinner and breakfast. It was very convenient and perfect for a vacation. The food was delicious, and the prices were very reasonable. Tips: Check-in at 3 PM is very busy, and you might have to wait in line. You might consider checking in a bit later. I arrived at noon, checked in, and then just waited to pick up the room card in the afternoon.

The room was nice, not big, but had all the necessary facilities. Housekeeping was also very good. The L'Occitane miniatures were a nice touch. The hotel front desk service process was quite long, and I had to wait a while. The luggage staff were also just chatting together. Also, don't bother with breakfast; it's not worth it. The selection is limited, and the management isn't great; it's quite chaotic. The coffee shops connected to the hotel's mall are good. Bloom, Cotiz, and Momokawa all have their own unique charm, worth visiting one by one. There's also a Cotiz-partnered Yee Shun Dairy Company Double-Skin Milk in the middle that's delicious. Remember to use the discount vouchers provided by the hotel. The hotel also provided Wynn Palace cable car tickets, which was very good and practical. Transportation is just okay. Taxis are scarce, but there's a taxi stand right outside where you can directly get a cab, and Macau drivers are generally quite friendly. There's a bus stop downstairs, and you can take the MT4 to many places. For the return trip, you have to walk about 5 minutes to the bus stop across the street. If I come to Macau again for a game or concert, I probably wouldn't choose this hotel. I'd consider a place more in the city center with more taxi options.

The location is a bit close to the East Asian Games Dome. A taxi from Macau Airport costs around 60 MOP. It's about a 13-15 minute walk from the Grand Lisboa Palace, but if you're not familiar with the area, be aware that there are slopes and you can't just cross the road anywhere. If you have a lot of luggage or small children, just take a taxi! Check-in was smooth. I was worried about the room card, so I didn't book through an agent. I really liked the highest room type! It has a 'hui' character layout with a three-part bathroom for privacy, and the sofa bed in the living room can be opened with bedding provided! They gave us a birthday cake upon check-in and plenty of bottled water. We also received skip-the-line tickets for the Wynn Palace gondola, a voucher for MaMi Egg Waffles, two 50 MOP Angel's Cafe vouchers, and a shopping mall discount booklet! You can get 20% off go-karting and souvenirs! Business was good, and they allowed a late checkout until 12 PM. Express checkout and free luggage storage were also available! Although there's no casino, there are shuttle buses to Wynn Palace, but airport buses are less frequent! Our room type included three breakfasts, but if yours doesn't, you can find a better deal on Dianping for group-buy breakfasts! The room was quiet and clean! Perfect for adult children traveling with their parents!

Although the hotel's location is a bit remote, I absolutely love the tranquility here. Sunbathing by the pool in the morning and watching the sunset at the nearby beach in the evening – it's just perfect! 👍 It would be even better if there were more streetlights near the bus stop. When I took the 21A back at night, I wasn't paying attention when I got off and fell straight into a ditch 😪. Luckily, someone nearby helped me, otherwise, it would have been a disaster.

I was genuinely impressed by the hotel and its overall ambiance. The property has a charming, coastal elegance that gave me beautiful Brighton vibes, making the stay feel both relaxing and memorable. The room was spacious, comfortable, and thoughtfully equipped, with a bathtub that added an extra touch of luxury. The staff also provided everything I needed throughout my stay. While I found the service to be somewhat reserved and less accommodating than I had expected, I understand that this may simply be a difference in culture and hospitality style. Aside from that, I had a wonderful experience. The hotel itself was beautifully maintained, peaceful, and comfortable. One of the highlights of my stay was having the pool almost entirely to myself, which made the experience feel especially private and relaxing. Overall, it was a lovely stay, and I would happily consider returning in the future.

I didn't have high expectations, but I was pleasantly surprised upon arrival. The room was incredibly spacious, and we were given a corner room that even had a small study! It wasn't old or dated as some reviews suggested; the room facilities felt very new, and it was spotlessly clean. The staff were also super friendly and helpful. I'll definitely book this place again next time I'm in Macau.

The lady at the front desk was very kind and proactively upgraded our room to a sea-view one, which was very quiet. I rarely leave reviews, but I feel that although this hotel is a bit old, it's clean, quiet, and has excellent air conditioning. The location is super convenient; there's a light rail station and bus stop right outside the door, and the Galaxy Diamond Lobby is just across the street, making it very easy to get to all the surrounding attractions. I would choose to stay here again next time I bring my family.
