Guest UserStaying in Morpheus has been a gorgeous experience for both my friend and me.
Both its architecture and service are top-notch!
We arrived at 12 noon aiming to simply drop.off the luggage to wait for checking into.the room at 3 pm.
The receptionist kindly advised us that the room will be available at around 1:30 pm. Then, he personally took us to the room and patiently explained to us all the advanced operating tech in it.
The ambience and the facilities in the room are unforgettable!
This is one of the best value for money hotel-stay I have come across so far!
Thank you for booking this nice hotel for us and look forward to my next visit there!

fishwingI've always wanted to stay at Hotel Okura, but it's so hard to get a reservation. I finally managed to book a two-night, three-day stay last week, and I was so impressed by the meticulous and thoughtful service. I have to give it a big thumbs up:
1. Before checking in, I emailed the hotel to let them know it was my husband's birthday in June and asked for some birthday decorations. They replied quickly, and to my surprise, they even sent a delicious matcha cake! [Strong]
2. The hotel lobby is open and airy with a simple, understated design. The bamboo garden courtyard is serene and luxurious, creating a wonderful ambiance. The front desk staff are all attractive and friendly. When we checked in, Johnny thoughtfully extended our check-out time to 1 PM. When we checked out, Alsen proactively asked about our stay and even gave us a hotel fridge magnet. The service from both gentlemen was truly exceptional.
3. The guest room layout is well-designed, comfortable, and practical. The Japanese design details are perfectly executed. The tea set is very practical, and there were also candies and fruit, with complimentary beverages. The housekeeping staff did a fantastic job cleaning and thoughtfully organized all my jewelry and cosmetics. It's been years since I've seen such a comprehensive turndown service – water, slippers, and a bathmat were all meticulously placed, and they even provided a sleep spray and paper cranes. Coming back to a tidy room every day after enjoying the Grand Resort Deck was incredibly comforting.
4. I've already decided to bring my mom to Hotel Okura next time, and I hope it will be easier to book then. I do wish the trash can in the bathroom was a bit bigger. All in all, my stay at Hotel Okura was very pleasant and excellent.

Guest UserThe Londoner Hotel is the furthest in this row of hotels. The twin room has a similar layout and amenities to the Parisian, and the blue color scheme looks good. During the World Cup, we could watch CCTV, which was perfect for our early morning room service and quarter-final viewing. It was also very convenient to take the elevator to the fourth floor and walk directly to The Londoner Theatre for a show. The highlight of this stay was the Celebrity SPA on the 3rd floor. We received a discount coupon when checking in, and the spa was very clean with good massage techniques. The downsides are: 1. Some rooms are probably smoking rooms, as we noticed a smoke smell in the hallway on our first day. 2. The first two days were fine, and I always throw my hair in the bin after washing, but on the third night, the bathroom drain got clogged, causing water to overflow and making the floor very slippery.

The Tasty PalatePeople always compare Macau to Las Vegas, but let me tell you right now: Macau and the hotels on the Cotai ***** are in a league of their own. Having been to Vegas a few dozen times, I’m used to hotels feeling smoky and chaotic. This was the exact opposite.
We took the free, direct Parisian shuttle bus straight from the Macau Port, and from the moment we arrived to the time we checked in, everything was incredibly smooth and organized. I can't even imagine what a seamless experience like this would cost in Vegas.
To top it off, they gave us a complimentary upgrade to an Eiffel Tower view room absolutely stunning! We were already loving the service. Plus, as a fantastic perk, hotel guests get free access to the Eiffel Tower deck, which was an awesome bonus. The room was immaculate; my wife immediately noticed how spotless the all-Italian marble bathroom was. From the registration hall to the lobby, the fine paintings and decor feel ultra-premium.
The main reason I picked this hotel was for the kids' pool and water slides. Vegas isn't exactly built for kids, but The Parisian makes families feel so welcome. The pool area was amazingly fun, and with lifeguards stationed everywhere, it was clear that safety is their number one priority.
Another huge perk is that it's connected to the other Sands hotels like The Venetian and The Londoner. You can walk from hotel to hotel without ever stepping outside, giving you access to endless high-end luxury shops and incredible restaurants. On top of that, the hotel offers free shuttle services to all the popular tourist destinations around the city, like Senado Square, making sightseeing incredibly easy and budget-friendly.
Given how amazing the experience was, you'd think it would cost an arm and a leg. But visiting in July, it was incredibly affordable roughly the same price as staying at a decent hotel off the ***** in Vegas.
We will definitely be coming back!

MengzhongguojijiaoyubateerHighly recommend the W Macau - Studio City! My stay was absolutely fantastic, and the front desk service was incredibly attentive. I booked a standard room and was pleasantly surprised with a complimentary upgrade to a panoramic suite – what a wonderful surprise! The suite was incredibly spacious, with a separate living room and bedroom, and floor-to-ceiling windows. I could lie in bed and watch the Eiffel Tower light up at night. The round observation tub in the bathroom added a perfect touch of ambiance. The hotel is connected to the Studio City mall, and it's just a 3-minute walk to the water park, making it super convenient for families with kids. The room was equipped with smart devices, very clean, and had excellent soundproofing. The service was also very responsive. I'll definitely choose this hotel again on my next trip to Macau!

KuailezhilurenCame to Macau and stayed at the Yoho Roosevelt this time. The location is a bit out of the way; **taxis are scarce, and you have to transfer twice. It's not ideal if you have luggage, but since we didn't, it wasn't an issue for us.**
**Environment & Amenities**
✅ Because it's remote, it's very quiet, and the hotel is new.
✅ Offers sea views and stadium views. Waking up to an unobstructed 180-degree view in the morning is incredibly comfortable.
✅ The TV can swivel, making it convenient to watch from the bed or living room. It has TVB and Phoenix TV, which was enjoyable.
⭕️ If you have luggage, transportation isn't very friendly; **taxis are few and you need to transfer.**
**Design & Service**
✅ At 400 MOP, the value for money is really high.
⭕️ The room layout is quite strange... there's a long corridor with a small table, which is fine for working but otherwise unnecessary.
⭕️ The bathroom is even weirder; the bathtub is inside the shower area, first time I've seen that! It's okay for bathing (comes with a disposable tub liner), but showering is really inconvenient.
**Summary:** Suitable for those without luggage, who seek quiet views, and aren't particular about room layout. For 400 MOP in Macau, what more could you ask for? A pure sea-view room would probably be even more comfortable.

LoloAugBeautiful hotel and great amenities. Rooms are spacious with a wonderful view of the garden or ocean. Although we are a couple sans children, the hotel is very family friendly with two pools (one indoor, one outdoor). Outdoor pool had an area for children with a zip line and balance obstacles. Children’s club with indoor bounce house, board games, table tennis table, pool table, foosball table and outdoor jungle gym. Changing room has a steam room, sauna and showers. Easy to order food and drinks pool side via QR code however service can be a little slow therefore expect to wait a little bit for what you ordered to be delivered. Breakfast buffet had a lot of options and price is very affordable, with a discounted price for children. Highly recommend staying here and we will stay here again in the future.

The staff were all incredibly friendly and polite. The location is super convenient for getting around and shopping. It gave us such peace of mind and comfort traveling with our kids. Highly, highly recommend!

jns02We stayed two nights and while the staff was more commendable, especially housekeeping and the breakfast team at the breakfast buffet, the hotel itself fell a bit short for the price.
Check-in felt a little unaccommodating, even with no queue. The room had a dated, musty smell, and sadly, the kettle handle overheated and burned my hand while I was preparing water for our baby. To their credit, the night staff quickly replaced the kettle after checking. He was kind and responsive, though we didn't receive further gesture of concern after that. The ice i needed for the pain, i had to ask for again because nothing was brought the first time he came to the room, despite mentioning the request through the room service call.
With a bit of upkeep and warmer front desk hospitality, this could be a much better stay.

PulishendinachuangwuerThis hotel offers great value for money. It's very close to Galaxy Macau, just across the road. The view from the window is also lovely. Getting a taxi right outside the hotel is super quick, and the metro is also nearby. For food, there's a good restaurant called Macao Restaurant just a few hundred meters away; their pork chop bun is especially delicious and it's very affordable. From the restaurant, Taipa Village (Rua do Cunha) is also very close, perfect for a stroll.
