Lovely service 🥰. Always available. They prepared a free cake for my husband birthday. Yummy cioccolate 😋 Free Shuttle to ferry and airport pick up and drop off. Breakfast we had alla carta room service healthy bowl. Water bottle in the room and great amenities (toiletries). Gym is spacious and fully equipment. Hope to join you again and again. Also great and accurate Luggage storage service.

房間大有70平，乾淨衞生，服務好，大堂小夥子會幫你把行李送到房間，我不小心把房卡丟了，打電話到大堂説明情況等會就有人把補辦的卡送過來，還是免費的，真的點贊。酒店交通方便，到各個口岸都有**車，到附近的巴黎人倫敦人都有室內通道

整體體驗感還是不錯的。但是有瑕疵：1.床頭櫃上的2個usb接頭都無法取電；2.衞生間配的電吹風是3芯插頭，而衞生間牆上所有插座都是2眼插座，在衞生間裏是無法使用的；3.三樓的購物中心，因為較大，如果找某家知道品牌的店還是比較難，雖然在大運河旁邊有查詢屏幕，但是衹有按分類查找，沒有文字輸入，查詢還是困難。

房間總體還是可以的，出行也方便，唯一不足就是我們到了之後房間不是很寬裕，所以給我們安排了最邊上的位置，因為寶寶要睡覺，也衹能接受了，但離電梯特別遠，每次出門都走很久，我家寶寶手還被門夾到了所以提前結束了旅行，大家帶寶寶住的一定要注意房間門
