The Venetian Macao

It was so good. It was clean, and the pool wasn't crowded, so I had a pleasant trip. I guess because it was peak season, the Venetian Mall area was very crowded.

Staying at The Venetian was a great experience. The room was spacious and comfortable. It's super convenient with everything in one place—dining, accommodation, and shopping. The hotel has a wide variety of food options, and the Grand Canal Shoppes are right downstairs, so you don't have to go far for shopping and eating. It saves a lot of effort when getting around, making it my top choice for Macau! Thanks to Kevin at the front desk for the thoughtful gift, some local Macanese snacks – very heartwarming!

Our trip to Macau was very enjoyable. It was a last-minute decision to bring the kids, and in the rush, I forgot to inform the hotel beforehand that I needed two adjoining rooms. Upon arrival at the front desk, the staff was very enthusiastic and helpful in coordinating the rooms for me, for which I'm very grateful. The hotel rooms are quite spacious, and the mall is right downstairs, which is very convenient. On the second day, we simply called the front desk to check out and then went to the Ruins of St. Paul's. When we returned, our luggage had already been stored at the luggage service for us. Many thanks to Frank for his warm and helpful service.

I'm quite satisfied with the room. It's spacious, and the front desk staff are very friendly. I would choose this place again next time I visit Macau. The location is also good. It's convenient to take a bus to the border gate and to shop at the Venetian Macao. This time, I watched 'Visual Space' and 'The House of Dancing Water', and both locations were easy to find.

The accommodation felt a little dated, but it was spacious and I really liked it. I felt there was more to see and do at the Venetian Shopping Mall, so I'm glad I chose to stay at The Venetian instead of another hotel. I'm also very grateful to Cynthia and Lilia for their kindness during check-in. I would definitely stay here again for a night if I come back to Macau.

The room they gave us was excellent, right across from Galaxy Macau! Our booking was for August 9th, if you know what I mean!! Plus, the service was fantastic. My luggage went missing after we checked it with a ticket, and the staff immediately told us not to worry, assuring us they would help find it. They located it very quickly and even delivered it to our room, which was great! Next time I go, I'll definitely book The Venetian again!

I booked a suite, and the environment was clean and comfortable. When checking in, because my preferred floor and room weren't ready yet, the front desk staff, Wency and KVS, even gave us a complimentary dessert, which was a pleasant surprise.

The hotel is huge! Check-in was smooth, and the front desk staff was very helpful, even giving us some complimentary items.

The front desk staff were super friendly, and the room was great. The only downside was the poor soundproofing – you could clearly hear people walking in the hallway. It happened to be my birthday, and the photos turned out fantastic!
