Both the public areas and guest rooms show meticulous attention to detail, truly embodying a five-star experience. I opted for a river-view room, and the floor-to-ceiling windows offered breathtaking panoramic views of the three rivers and their banks. Waking up to the morning mist over the river and enjoying the neon reflections at night, every moment was a picturesque scene. The bedding in the room was soft, and the soundproofing was excellent. The staff were warm and attentive, demonstrating thoughtful service throughout my stay, making it incredibly relaxing and comfortable. It truly lives up to its reputation as a landmark luxury hotel in Ningbo."

"The Holiday Inn Express is right next to the Crowne Plaza, sharing the same courtyard and parking garage. It's an economy hotel, quite simple and straightforward. The room was reasonably spacious and well-equipped, and the shower had good hot water pressure. The only thing is that the bathroom was internal, so it felt a little stuffy when first entering. The breakfast buffet was pretty standard, not particularly lavish, but it had all the basics, which is fair enough for an economy hotel. The location is quite excellent. It's convenient for sightseeing; you can walk left out of the lobby for about half an hour to reach the Old Bund and the confluence of the three rivers. To the right, it's a five-minute walk to Chenghuang Temple, and if you cross a few streets and walk for about half an hour, you'll reach Moon Lake Park and Tianyi Pavilion Museum."

You literally can't miss it once you exit the North Square! 😂 Although the hotel is a bit older, it's generally clean and comfortable. The in-room amenities are also great, especially being able to order room service by scanning a QR code. The breakfast was excellent too, with a wide variety of delicious options. My only minor complaint is that the insect control needs improvement (there were quite a few small flies buzzing around the food in the salad area). Moon Lake Park is just a short walk away, making it incredibly easy to start a city walk from the hotel."

After a few days, I must commend every aspect of our stay, from the staff's service attitude and the hotel's location to the room's design and layout, and the overall breakfast offerings. We truly felt at home! 1. The location is incredibly convenient. The hotel is right by Metro Line 4 and bus stops, and Line 6 is just a 150-meter walk away. It's super easy to get to attractions like Tianyi Pavilion and the Old Bund, or for shopping and leisure at Tianyi Plaza. 2. The guest rooms are warm and elegant. The layout is well-designed, and there's plenty of natural light. The decor subtly incorporates a touch of Jiangnan charm, making it feel especially fresh. The room was meticulously clean, and the facilities were well-maintained and felt new, ensuring a comfortable and reassuring stay. The room even came with an air purifier, and on our first day, we received welcome fruit and snacks for the kids. 3. Breakfast was a major highlight of our stay! The variety was extensive, with everything from Chinese dim sum and porridge to Western pastries and salads. The local specialty breakfast items were particularly authentic. The ingredients were fresh, and the flavors catered to both northern and southern tastes. Breakfast became something to look forward to every day. 4. The staff were enthusiastic and attentive. From check-in guidance to everyday inquiries, their professionalism and meticulousness were evident. They were still working diligently during the Chinese New Year period and even presented us with a small New Year gift, which felt especially heartwarming. This stay significantly improved my impression of Ningbo. The Xinzhi Hotel not only has excellent facilities but also demonstrates genuine sincerity in its service and attention to detail. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Ningbo, and I will definitely choose to stay here again next time!"

"The breakfast was okay, but the cleanliness was questionable. Although I was given an upgrade, the room was very old, with the feel of a university classroom. The slippers were the most uncomfortable I've ever had in dozens of hotels. Although it had all the amenities, the environment was old and outdated. Sleeping was fine, and it was quiet outside, but the air conditioner was dirty and dripping, making an unusually loud noise, and the cooling effect was very poor. The front desk was nice, but the Gemei loyalty program promotion in the elevator was disgusting."
