"Facilities: Among the dozens of Atour hotels across the country, this one has the newest facilities and a pretty good environment, in my opinion. Service: All good. Even if the front desk couldn't resolve some issues immediately, they followed up and addressed every problem and question later. They also provided good emotional support. Doing all that is quite impressive. Hygiene: Generally very good. I brought my parents here for a trip; they accompanied me to a place I've always wanted to visit. It was really nice."

She professionally answered my questions and thoughtfully helped arrange my room. The room was clean and tidy, and the size was just right – not too big, not too small. It also had a bathtub, which was great for a relaxing soak. It was a very satisfying stay. The concierge service was also excellent, actively and proactively helping with luggage. "The hotel's location is excellent, conveniently close to nearby attractions, many of which are within walking distance. It's also not far from the subway station, making it easy to get to places further away. I only found out upon checking in that this was the first five-star hotel in Zhejiang. Considering how many years it's been, the facilities have been well-maintained and renovated. The service is top-notch; all the staff are very friendly and proactively greet you, and they're quick to assist whenever you need help. The room had no strange odors, was very clean, and well-kept. During my multi-day stay, they even provided complimentary snacks."
