"Finally, I found my ideal hotel—'Paradise'—for a comfortable travel experience. The room boasts a new Chinese-style decor, which feels fresh and modern. The wooden floor adds a comfortable touch, and the space is generous, with well-divided areas for relaxation and a tea/coffee station, preventing any cramped feeling. The bathroom has a separate wet and dry area, and the toiletries are comprehensive, even including two types of makeup remover. The bedding is soft, ensuring a restful sleep, and the overall ambiance is quiet and comfortable. The room is intelligently controlled by Xiaodu, and the large TV offers a great viewing experience. What truly impressed me most was not only the coffee served at breakfast but also the 24-hour complimentary freshly ground coffee (not instant, which is a huge plus!) available in the hotel lobby. They also offer free plum juice, lemon water, and ice cream. The front desk staff were warm, lovely, and incredibly attentive. We received a fruit platter upon check-in and a souvenir upon departure. Next time I visit Ningbo, I will definitely choose 'Paradise' again."

"I practically always stay at the Shangri-La Hotel whenever I'm in Ningbo. This time, I switched to a room overlooking Central Art Park, which was really nice. They even provided complimentary fruit upon check-in, and the service was very thoughtful! Hopefully, next time I can get an even better room upgrade!"

"All five-star reviews are solely for the amazing service provided by the Holiday Inn Express front desk staff. The gentleman was incredibly patient and helpful. He upgraded us to a family room at the neighboring Crowne Plaza, personally escorted us to check in, and even had fruits and drinks delivered to our room. We are truly grateful! Now, about the Crowne Plaza itself: we were in the South Tower, which has very outdated facilities. Upon check-in, we found the room to be quite dirty and messy. There wasn't a single good pillow, and the blankets even had bloodstains. We called the front desk and had them changed that night. I'm not sure if the bedding in the newly renovated North Tower is newer or cleaner. The hotel's only real advantage is its good location."

"I booked last minute and still got a room that was quiet and away from the elevator. Though I could smell smoke in the hallways, it didn’t disturb my room. The bathroom and bed were clean, the bed was comfortable with an assortment of pillows. The room has a nice tea set and plenty of room water (two in the refrigerator), instant Nescafé coffee. The shower temperature was good and they had hair conditioner as well. The robes and slippers were nice, but no shower shoes. You can order any toiletries and have them delivered, and a robot brings your waimai. The TV had free on demand movies in multiple languages. The air conditioner is strong, and though you can adjust the fan speed, I don’t think you can adjust the temperature, which means you may not be able to use it consistently if you are sensitive to AC. I woke up hot due to this, which is fine, but it’d have been preferable otherwise. It’s directly across from the railway station as shown in my only evening photo. Nice view of the river."
