"Let's start with the positives: the service was quite good, with all staff members being polite and friendly. Although the location seemed a bit out of the way, it's very close to the subway, making it convenient to visit Dongqian Lake or take a taxi to several attractions. The bed was also quite comfortable. However, what was unbearable was the soundproofing. During the May Day holiday, Ningbo's municipal construction was non-stop. Cement trucks started operating at 6 AM, and we could hear the construction noise crystal clear. The 'smart' Xiao Du speaker was overly sensitive, lighting up the screen and turning on the bathroom light at the slightest movement. We didn't dare ask it to turn off the lights or screen for fear of disturbing our family's sleep. The most unbearable thing was that the shower room was directly connected to the outside. Our junior high school-aged child found it incredibly inconvenient to change clothes due to the lack of a partition. What a 'genius' designer! The toilet and shower room were also transparent. The bathroom door was broken and took forever to open. Switching between hot and cold water was impossible; it was either scalding hot or freezing cold. The facilities simply don't match the service quality. The staff, however, were all great 👍"

"We stayed here during the Chinese New Year, and even though it was very busy, the check-in process was smooth thanks to Ms. Coco from customer service. She was incredibly patient. We checked in quite late, but she still managed to get us a room facing the park, and the view was absolutely amazing! A pleasant surprise was the disposable compressed towels provided. We also received a small snack bag for Chinese New Year, which, though a small gesture, really made us feel happy and welcomed."

"The Holiday Inn Express is right next to the Crowne Plaza, sharing the same courtyard and parking garage. It's an economy hotel, quite simple and straightforward. The room was reasonably spacious and well-equipped, and the shower had good hot water pressure. The only thing is that the bathroom was internal, so it felt a little stuffy when first entering. The breakfast buffet was pretty standard, not particularly lavish, but it had all the basics, which is fair enough for an economy hotel. The location is quite excellent. It's convenient for sightseeing; you can walk left out of the lobby for about half an hour to reach the Old Bund and the confluence of the three rivers. To the right, it's a five-minute walk to Chenghuang Temple, and if you cross a few streets and walk for about half an hour, you'll reach Moon Lake Park and Tianyi Pavilion Museum."

The electric curtains, separate wet and dry areas in the bathroom, semi-smart toilet, and TV screen casting all show great attention to detail. The cleanliness was impeccable, which made our stay very comfortable. The service was even more thoughtful; the front desk staff were warm and attentive, and they even brought us a comforting sweet soup every night before bed, which was a lovely touch. The breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious options. Overall, it's incredibly good value for money and a top choice for accommodation in Ningbo. We'll definitely stay here again on our next visit!"

"I chose this hotel specifically because of the airport pick-up service. Last night, I confirmed with the driver that we needed to leave for the airport at 5:30 AM sharp. This morning, we were literally 3 minutes late because we had kids with us, and the car just left at 5:30 AM! If you can't tolerate even a one-minute delay, you should really inform guests about that beforehand. Your hotel isn't even the closest to the airport; if it weren't for the pick-up service, there are so many other options near the airport, and there would be no reason to stay here. In the end, I was stuck outside with so much luggage and several kids, waiting for ages just to hail a taxi to the airport. We arrived at the airport so late. So, I'm really not happy with this experience."

XXidan123Two days in advance, I added the housekeeper's WeChat and booked the meal and hot spring time. It is more convenient to drive there. After locating their parking lot, a housekeeper will pick us up to check in at the B&B. The room is still clean as a whole, with everything it should have. The welcome fruits and flowers are still very warm. There is only a window on the top to watch the starry sky. The glass is a little dirty after a long time, but it doesn't affect it at night. After that, we walked around. The content of the B&B is still very complete, with a large room for dinner, facilities for children to play, hot springs and swimming pools, and places to read and drink tea. Walking out of the B&B, the village is peaceful and quiet. Walk around and feel the environment and culture of Maoao Village. I made an appointment for dinner and hot springs in the evening at the B&B. Because it is a reservation system, it is equivalent to a private soup, which feels good. Half an hour is completely enough. The dinner tastes good, and the chef gives a good review. The above.

The service is excellent, with a WeChat concierge almost 24/7, always ready to help with anything you need. Especially Miya, who always contacts me in advance before my check-in to reserve my preferred room. The hotel breakfast is very good. The hotel facilities are top-notch among domestic five-star hotels. The gym is huge, and there's also a sauna, yoga room, squash court, and a tennis court with a dedicated coach, which is very convenient. The only downside is the slow Wi-Fi. Personally, I think this hotel ranks first among all the five-star hotels in Ningbo for its overall offerings.

We booked a family room, which was spacious with a thoughtful layout, and very clean and tidy. The bedding was soft and comfortable. The facilities were new and complete, with a smart TV, high-speed Wi-Fi, and a mini-fridge – everything you need. Breakfast offered both Chinese and Western options, incorporating local specialties, and tasted delicious. A big shout-out to all the staff, from the front desk to customer service and the restaurant staff – everyone was warm, attentive, and very responsive. We had a fantastic experience.

The King Koil mattress is just right – not too soft, not too firm – and with a choice of soft and firm pillows, I slept incredibly soundly. The bathroom features a dry/wet separation with a glass partition, and the high-quality fixtures really elevate the feel. Both the bedside and desk have USB sockets, making charging super convenient. Even little details like the mini-fridge and silent air conditioning are on point. The 24-hour gym in the common area is well-equipped, and all the facilities are new and well-maintained. YyingyingI have always wanted to experience the Tree Frog Tribe, but unfortunately it is really difficult to book in summer. I am so lucky to be able to book the last two tree houses during the Spring Festival. The 3 days and 2 nights passed very quickly, and I was really reluctant to leave here. . The kind teachers and enthusiastic staff moved us every moment. The store manager of Tribe is professional and attentive. He has another identity as a barista. The coffee produced by the store manager is really delicious. Mr. Liu, who is in charge of the operation, always made us mistakenly think that he is a professional preschool teacher. He knows how to guide children very well and is very kind. She is very patient and takes good care of every child in the activities she leads. In the past few days, the children have experienced plant dyeing, went up the mountain to chop wood and set up a stove to light a fire, made their own glutinous rice dumplings, made a cabin, and spent time at night bonfire party, etc. I am very grateful that the B&B can arrange such rich activities for the children in winter. Although I have just left, I am already looking forward to coming back here in the summer to experience a richer summer boutique camp. I will definitely come back here this summer.

GGuest UserA fantastic accommodation experience! It's right next to Lingqiao East, and the lively area is just across the bridge. The room was spacious, especially the bed, which was incredibly comfortable. The bathroom was large, and even their clothes rack was high-end. The towels were nice too. There was Wi-Fi, a kettle, an elevator, and a room key. A truly excellent accommodation experience, and the price was very reasonable.
