"The hotel's environment and room decor were absolutely perfect. The breakfast was plentiful, and they even offered late-night congee after 9:30 PM. The decor was very tasteful. I also noticed that all the wooden cabinets and shelves in the room had rounded corners to prevent bumps, which is a really thoughtful touch. I especially loved that the tissue box, toilet paper holder, and bathroom trash can were all made of travertine – both beautiful and practical. The room's smart system was also great; the TV could connect to my phone for screen mirroring, which was very convenient. The TV home screen even showed the current availability of washing machines and dryers. One area for improvement is the bathroom and vanity lights. After turning them on, they seemed to periodically detect movement and would suddenly turn off, then back on when I moved again. It wasn't very stable. I'll definitely stay at Atour again if I have the chance."

"So glad they upgraded our room! It was perfect for our family with a baby, especially the temperature-controlled kettle – a lifesaver for moms. The location is super convenient, close to all the nearby attractions, and getting around by taxi or car is a breeze. We'll definitely stay here again if we get the chance. "Choosing the Wyndham Grand Plaza Royale Ningbo for my recent trip to Ningbo was absolutely the right decision! It definitely deserves a five-star rating! Let's start with the hardware – the rooms are spacious, the carpets are soft, making for a very comfortable stay. The bathroom, paved with white marble, feels very luxurious, and the addition of a smart toilet and a large bathtub is fantastic! Now, for the 'software' – the service – which truly deserves a special mention. I've stayed in many five-star hotels, and the service here is by far the best! When we checked in, the gentleman who assisted us was incredibly polite and well-mannered, and he even managed to upgrade our room when possible. The other staff members were seamlessly coordinated, whether it was helping with luggage storage or directing us to the elevators. Every time we left, the doormen and lobby concierges were so friendly and always waved goodbye, making us feel truly at home. The breakfast was also superb, and I even got to try the famous Ningbo tangyuan (rice balls). Ningbo is a beautiful city that left a lasting impression. When our trip ended, the hotel even arranged a car to take us to the airport. All connections were smooth and convenient. Even at checkout, the 'bellhop' proactively offered assistance, telling us to simply hand her the room card. The driver who took us to the airport was also incredibly polite! If there were a six-star rating, they would definitely earn it. Too bad I didn't take many photos!"

"First of all, a big thank you to the lovely front desk lady for the complimentary upgrade to a river view room and the fruit plate. The hotel has a light luxury style with deep colors, which isn't entirely my preference, but the design is very impressive, so that's a plus. The breakfast selection isn't vast, but everything is exquisite. The room amenities are appropriate, and it's very clean. As someone with rhinitis, I'm quite sensitive to smells, and I could still detect a slight hint of renovation odor. The soundproofing in the room is average; I could hear some noise and sounds from the pipes at night. Overall, it was still a good stay."

"The hotel is new, with all new facilities. It has a separate wet and dry area, a smart toilet, and strong water pressure in the shower. However, the faucet design in the sink is flawed; the water pressure is either too low or too high, splashing you everywhere. The windows don't have screens, so mosquitoes fly in if you sleep with the windows open. The lobby has free self-service luggage storage, which is a plus. It's located in a bustling area with many well-established restaurants nearby, and it's not far from Tianyi Pavilion, City God Temple, and Nantang Old Street. Public transportation is convenient. My personal experience: I stayed on the 4th floor. I was happy when I entered the room; the park was right across the street from the window. After putting down my luggage, I went to the convention center to pick up my Ningbo Marathon gear. Back at the hotel in the evening, I didn't need the air conditioning in this season, so I opened the window a crack to let in some fresh air before sleeping. Goodness, the car horns outside were right next to me, making it feel like I was on the first floor! I had to get up and close the window again, but soon felt stuffy and opened it again. Anyway, I didn't sleep a wink all night, and neither did my husband. I got up at 5 a.m., and he asked how many nights I'd booked. I'd booked two nights directly. I said if it didn't work out, I'd see if there were any rooms available for cancellation. He said to hang in there, maybe I'd fall asleep from exhaustion. Running the marathon and sightseeing was tiring, and I was still woken up at 4 a.m. by the sound of car horns. Before checking out, I made sure to close the windows, which reduced the noise considerably, but you still have to turn on the air conditioning for ventilation, and that inevitably makes noise too. So, booking a room depends on the individual and the season; the best hotel is the one that suits your needs."

"The B&B is very good. Although it is not in a popular tourist area, it is quiet. It is close to the lake. Looking out from the floor-to-ceiling windows of the room, you can see the misty Dongqian Lake, which is an unbeatable view. The boss's service attitude is also very good. He upgraded the room and sent welcome fruits. The decoration is a bit Japanese, very simple and bright. The comments mentioned that you need to drive through a narrow road, which is true, but it doesn't have much impact on normal drivers. Just a suggestion, the material of the stairs can be padded with some soft materials, which is a bit loud for people with heavy feet. The walkway is all carpeted, very quiet. The heavy floor-to-ceiling windows are also very soundproof."

The hotel views are absolutely stunning, and the room was very comfortable. It's super convenient to get around by car, and I also noticed a subway station nearby, so public transport wouldn't be an issue either. The location is right next to the Eastern New Town, with a shopping mall not far away. Lumi even called to check in before our arrival and continued to be attentive throughout our stay – the service was incredibly thoughtful. This will definitely be our go-to choice for future trips!"
