Guest UserWhen looking for a hotel in a city, the key factors are, first, needs, second, location, and only then, price. It's truly delightful when all three align perfectly, which is exactly what happened during my recent stay in Ningbo. From the moment I stepped through the main entrance to interacting with the front desk and floor staff, their willingness to assist with every request was heartwarming. Ms. Wang Yingcong at the front desk noticed my mobility challenges and my age, and for several days, she consistently showed concern and proactively resolved any necessary issues, which deeply touched us. Employees with such a strong service-oriented mindset and work ethic deserve high praise. Thank you very much!

Guest UserLocation & Transportation:
The hotel is nestled within the Zhengshi Shiqifang Scenic Area in Shiqifang Village, Zhenhai District, right by Jiulong Lake. It's surrounded by mountains and water, offering a superb environment. Driving there is quite convenient, with a spacious surface parking lot that includes plenty of spots and even EV charging stations.
Service:
The service here is truly commendable. I've been many times, and now they offer a butler service. Our butler, Xianxian, provided excellent and attentive service. All our questions were quickly communicated and resolved. She also friendly reminded us about hotel itineraries and activities.
Room & Facilities:
The hotel and room facilities are very new. The indoor areas are well-maintained, and the bedding is great, ensuring a comfortable sleep. The room comes with a bathtub and a small private courtyard, making it perfect for a relaxing getaway.
Breakfast:
Breakfast is quite abundant. Even with many guests, the food was always replenished promptly, and the dishes were good.
Restaurant:
There's a restaurant called 'Zheng's Kitchen.' Their yellow croaker seafood noodles are incredibly fresh, and other dishes also taste good. The value for money is decent.

Guest UserThis Atour Hotel is centrally located, making it incredibly convenient for getting around and exploring. It's just two subway stops from the train station, and then a 3-minute walk. In the evenings, you can easily walk to the Old Bund and Tianyi Square. The hotel facilities are comprehensive and clean, and the breakfast offers a great selection of local Ningbo specialties. The service was also excellent; since we had an early start for Putuoshan, the front desk even thoughtfully packed us a breakfast to go. All in all, it was a perfect stay, and I would definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Ningbo.

Guest UserMy stay at Crowne Plaza Xiangshan Sea View Ningbo was absolutely perfect! Even after being open for years, the hotel is still incredibly well-maintained, and the facilities are in great condition. The rooms are spotless and pristine, and the breakfast offers a fantastic variety with excellent taste. All the staff are incredibly thoughtful and attentive. A special shout-out to Joe from guest services – he was so warm, reliable, and made my entire stay incredibly comfortable.

XiegangzhuangzhuangnianThe hotel has a great variety of facilities, including indoor and outdoor pools, a soft play area, and go-karts – everything you could want! The craft activities were fun, and they provide a full range of children's amenities. If outdoor activities are canceled due to rain, they quickly organize indoor alternatives. Our butler, Zuo Zuo, was also very attentive and helpful.

Guest UserIt’s a B&B that people like at first glance (at least that’s what I think). Whether it’s the facilities in the room or the scenery at the door (right next to the Qixiakeng Ancient Road), I think this visit is worth it! The food is also very delicious. My child didn’t even take a few bites of the food he ordered from a small restaurant near Xikou last year. It was not to his liking and it was also noisy. Unexpectedly, the chopsticks didn’t stop today, which means it’s very delicious and indeed in line with our taste. , How can taro be so pink and waxy! Delicious! We are already discussing how to come and stay for a few days during the summer vacation. In summer, we can play in the small stream in front of our house! Walking around the ancient village in the evening has a beautiful artistic conception! Anyway, it’s a comfortable stay and a comfortable environment. Get up and go hiking on the Qixiakeng Ancient Trail after breakfast tomorrow, which is the perfect end to this two-day and one-night short trip! Goodbye in the summer~

Tom2501The hotel is close to the Southern business district metro and the area by the river looks spectacular at night. The room was of a decent size and the bed was comfortable.
The shower floor was extremely slippery, especially for children and the toilet wasn't working on one side of the flush mechanism. With a bit of attention to detail, the room would have been great.
The breakfast wasn't the greatest. It was all cold and left for a long time. I guess you have to go very early to see the best of it.
The location is great, the staff were pleasant and the bed was comfortable. For a low price hotel, it was a good stay.

HepbyfNestled in a bamboo-ringed mountain hollow, Xikou Manxiugu B&B ingeniously tucks each forest villa into the hillside, creating a unique and secluded haven. Staying in these hollow villas, you can enjoy snow in winter, mist in spring, cicadas in summer, and autumn leaves, truly embracing the wild. You can imagine yourself as a free bird in the forest or an uninhibited 'wildling' from ancient times, far from the hustle and bustle. Wake up to the morning sun, watch the sunset in the evening, sip tea leisurely, enjoy a glass of wine at night, listen to the rain on the leaves, chat with friends, find romance with a loved one, or simply gaze at the starry sky. It’s simply delightful! I come back every other year for a few days; I arrive feeling weary and leave feeling completely refreshed.
The villas at Manxiugu are diverse in style and shape – from two-story Gothic-inspired spires to charming Baroque wooden cabins. Each room has a pleasant woody fragrance that ensures a peaceful night's sleep. On hot days, you can enjoy a refreshing swim in the clear infinity pool. And the chef's culinary skills are truly exceptional – the food is delicious, not greasy, and incredibly appetizing, all at a reasonable price, so there's no need to dine out. The service philosophy is guest-first, with every request met and every detail handled until you're completely satisfied. I especially want to thank Miss Xiaoyu, who thoughtfully carried our bags and helped us, who aren't so young anymore, settle in comfortably. My detailed rambling is simply because my stay was so comfortable and satisfying, so I highly recommend everyone give it a try!

HenanxianliguangTraveling with family during New Year's Day, I have to say that since InterContinental took over, the hardware after renovation is indeed very good. The rooms are spacious, equipped with smart toilets, and I even saw cribs for babies.
I want to focus on the service:
1. On the last day, we were in a hurry to leave, and my husband packed the luggage. Men, they don't recognize anything! We left behind a nearly empty bottle of essence water, a newly opened jar of face cream, and a pair of headphones. I only realized the items were missing when I got home. I contacted the butler, who said she would check for me when she was at work and also mentioned that the cleaning staff had already left. The next day, she told me they found the essence water (the nearly empty bottle), but nothing else. My essence and cream were together. If nothing had been found, I would have accepted it, but this is truly hard to comment on. (I've never encountered such a situation in a hotel. At other hotels, even if you deliberately leave something behind, they'll call to ask if you forgot it. I really can't comment here.)
2. We went for breakfast around 10 AM on the second day. We called the front desk, and they said there was no more breakfast. However, when we went down, we saw there was still food, although it was indeed winding down.
3. We wanted to have dinner at the hotel on the second day. We called and the front desk said it was available. But when we arrived, the staff told us there would be a long wait and suggested we eat out. I asked how long the wait usually is based on past experiences, and they replied that they had only been open for two weeks and didn't know. I'm speechless.

It was my first time to book a B&B, and I was moved by the enthusiasm and simplicity of the owner, Xiao Wu and the aunts! We checked in very late, and Xiao Wu came out to pick us up. It happened to be New Year's Eve, so a bonfire was lit in front of the B&B. The owner also provided us with luminous pearls, fairy sticks and other fireworks to play with. The rice cake slices in the store are really delicious hahahahaha! We had a wonderful New Year's Eve with other guests, making fire, watching movies, and setting off fireworks!
Overall, I feel like this B&B is very good, and it might be more interesting in summer! Thank you to the owner and all the staff in the store and we look forward to seeing you again!
