Late-night congee for two: Enjoyed a very comfortable bowl of congee late at night. Facilities: Quite new. Ambiance: The surrounding area is average, but the hotel's interior hygiene is good. Hygiene: Pretty good. The best part was the specially placed trash can on the sink vanity.

This time, I traveled to Ningbo with my friends' family, and after browsing several Atour hotels on Ctrip, we finally booked the Atour Hotel Tianyi Pavilion & Yuehu. The reviews highlighted its excellent location, and upon checking in, we found it truly lives up to its reputation! 👍👍👍 It's just a 10-minute walk from Ningbo Station, and right across from Yuehu Park. If you enjoy walking, this is definitely the place to stay. Most attractions (Yuehu Shengyuan, Chenghuang Temple, Tianyi Pavilion Museum, Nantang Street, Gulou City Wall) and popular eateries (Ala Mingzao, Qingjia Mu Xiaoguan, Cangqiao Mianjie Dian, Zhangfuji Yellow Croaker Noodles, Mumu Seafood Noodles, Amao Restaurant) are within a 10-20 minute walk from the hotel. The hotel's interior design is consistently simple and comfortable. The front desk staff were all very welcoming, proactively offering water and greetings. The room layout was also excellent, quite spacious and not cramped, with a great view from the floor-to-ceiling windows. Our room on the 9th floor was very quiet. Both the bathroom and shower room were clean and odorless, and the vanity even had a full-length mirror. The in-room fridge was stocked with complimentary welcome drinks and tea. From 9:30 PM onwards, the restaurant on the first floor also offered free warm porridge and side dishes. Overall, it was a fantastic stay! 👍👍👍

My stay at Atour was absolutely perfect! The room was incredibly spacious with floor-to-ceiling windows offering a superb view. The entire place was spotless, with impeccable cleanliness and soft, comfortable bedding that made for a truly pleasant stay. The breakfast buffet was fantastic, offering a wide variety of Chinese and Western dishes, along with local specialties, all tasting great. The overall environment was quiet and elegant, and the service was attentive and thoughtful. It’s definitely my top choice for accommodation when traveling, and I'll be back again!

Right next to the high-speed train station, which is super convenient for getting around. Plus, there's Moon Lake Park and a commercial district right by the hotel, so you have everything you need. The hotel itself is newly renovated, and the breakfast is also good. Great value for money.

The room was clean, the bedding was comfortable, breakfast was delicious, and they paid attention to every detail. Great value for money, overall very satisfied.

The hotel's environment and room decor were absolutely perfect. The breakfast was plentiful, and they even offered late-night congee after 9:30 PM. The decor was very tasteful. I also noticed that all the wooden cabinets and shelves in the room had rounded corners to prevent bumps, which is a really thoughtful touch. I especially loved that the tissue box, toilet paper holder, and bathroom trash can were all made of travertine – both beautiful and practical. The room's smart system was also great; the TV could connect to my phone for screen mirroring, which was very convenient. The TV home screen even showed the current availability of washing machines and dryers. One area for improvement is the bathroom and vanity lights. After turning them on, they seemed to periodically detect movement and would suddenly turn off, then back on when I moved again. It wasn't very stable. I'll definitely stay at Atour again if I have the chance.

The environment is great, and the transportation is convenient. The staff are all very enthusiastic and proactively greet you. The room is clean, tidy, and well-arranged. They offer congee in the evenings and afternoon tea. The public areas are beautifully decorated.

Came to Ningbo for an event. The facilities were spick and span, and the hygiene was impeccable. The hotel is within walking distance from the train station, which is a great location. The service was polite and attentive; they even proactively upgraded my room. The late-night congee for two was delicious. I'll definitely stay here again next time, very soon!
