The biggest advantage of this hotel is the exceptional service from the staff. They made us feel right at home. They proactively upgraded our room, asked about our needs and sleeping preferences, and even informed us about potential construction noise nearby, offering good alternative solutions. The room itself was spacious with a good layout. Overall, I was very satisfied. It would be even better if the hardware facilities could be further upgraded. Five stars.

The hotel's overall ambiance is elegant, and the soundproofing is excellent, ensuring a very comfortable rest. The facilities are comprehensive, and you can feel the attention to detail. The service is thoughtful and appropriate, making it a great choice for accommodation when traveling.

Overall, my stay was average. The hotel's location is quite convenient for getting around, with good transport links nearby. The subway is just a 3-minute walk to the right from the hotel entrance, making it easy to visit attractions like Chenghuang Temple, Gulou, and Nantang Old Street. The train station is also only two subway stops away. The room was cleaned to a decent standard, but I encountered two issues that significantly impacted my comfort and hope the hotel can address them. Firstly, the hot water in the room was very unstable; I spent a long time trying to adjust it without success. Secondly, the room door lock was faulty, and there were several instances where I couldn't open the door. On the plus side, there are plenty of dining and shopping options nearby, which is very convenient. If the hot water and door lock issues could be fixed, the overall experience would be much better. I hope the hotel optimizes its facilities. The breakfast selection was decent and tasted good, and the restaurant environment was bright. I particularly liked the in-room smart assistant; it was very convenient to control the curtains, lights, TV, and air conditioning from bed.
