They always offered to help get us a taxi because getting transport is a challenge. They were friendly and professional. The room was spacious and clean. Some things suggested for improvenent: the spare lounge room is an awkward space with just two chairs and a big open space with no table or tv or any use. and a plug in the middle of the floor. There is also no bedside plug to plug in my phone charger. Unfortunately, the breakfast buffet was cold everyday. The serving dishes did not keep the food warm.
