The Executive Lounge snacks are delicious, and the fruit is very fresh. The coffee and tea are excellent, especially with the great service from Lois.

My parents were very satisfied. The location is super convenient, just a short walk to Tianyi Pavilion. From the window, you get a panoramic view of the city, and Yuewu Lake Park is right downstairs. The staff at the entrance were very responsible, thumbs up!

Its location is unbeatable; you can step right out and explore Tianyi Pavilion, and the surrounding old streets offer a complete range of amenities, making it even more convenient. It's also within easy walking distance of the high-speed train station.

The A block's decor definitely shows its age, but it's impeccably clean, and the service is absolutely fantastic. The butler was always attentive, and in the evenings, they provided essential oils for aromatherapy, disposable bath liners, and herbal bath sachets. Every staff member greeted us politely. The location is perfect, right next to Tianyi Pavilion and Moon Lake, making it super convenient to walk to both.

Let's start with the hardware – the rooms are spacious, the carpets are soft, making for a very comfortable stay. The bathroom, paved with white marble, feels very luxurious, and the addition of a smart toilet and a large bathtub is fantastic! Now, for the 'software' – the service – which truly deserves a special mention. I've stayed in many five-star hotels, and the service here is by far the best! When we checked in, the gentleman who assisted us was incredibly polite and well-mannered, and he even managed to upgrade our room when possible. The other staff members were seamlessly coordinated, whether it was helping with luggage storage or directing us to the elevators. Every time we left, the doormen and lobby concierges were so friendly and always waved goodbye, making us feel truly at home. The breakfast was also superb, and I even got to try the famous Ningbo tangyuan (rice balls). Ningbo is a beautiful city that left a lasting impression. When our trip ended, the hotel even arranged a car to take us to the airport. All connections were smooth and convenient. Even at checkout, the 'bellhop' proactively offered assistance, telling us to simply hand her the room card. The driver who took us to the airport was also incredibly polite! If there were a six-star rating, they would definitely earn it. Too bad I didn't take many photos!
